Abstract: Systems and related methods facilitating interactions between a merchant device, a central system and a consumer device are discussed herein. A system that may be implemented to provide a master merchant having a merchant device with a POS system configured to generate a bill for products, experiences, or services provided, a way to link or associate one or more accounts, such as contractor accounts to their master merchant account or merchant device, and transfer a portion of the payment to the linked accounts. In addition, some embodiments of the system may provide for receiving selection of, for each product, service or experience provided, a contractor account from a list of one or more approved contractor accounts linked to the master merchant account.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a method of managing trading is provided. A first offer for a particular instrument in a particular market is received from a first market maker at a first offer price. A first bid for the same particular instrument in the same particular market is received from a second market maker at a first bid price, the first bid price being higher than or equal to the first offer price. As a result of the first bid price being higher than or equal to the first offer price, the first offer price is automatically increased to a price higher than the first bid price such that a trade is not executed between the first offer and the first bid. In some embodiments, such method may be used to protect market makers from unwanted trades caused by inherent latency in the market makers' pricing engines and/or networks.

Abstract: A computerized trading system includes a master node and a plurality of regional nodes, the master and regional nodes each including a processor and memory, and where the master node is communicatively coupled to each of the regional nodes over a network. The master node and regional nodes are programmed to perform a method for updating limits for each of the regional nodes, where the master node maintains a global limit and a ratio representing a proportion of the global limit allocable to each of the regional nodes. The master node allocates to each regional node a local limit that is a proportion of the global limit in accordance with the ratio, and monitors the local limit utilization at each of the regional nodes. When the master node detects one or more events, the master node allocates a new local limit to one or more of the regional nodes.

Abstract: A distributed network transaction system and method includes a central exchange computer connected via the Internet (world wide web) to multiple remote computers associated with, for example, individual brokers. A central database is provided with the exchange computer and each remote computer can have a respective database for information that the individual brokers was to maintain separate from the system. E-commerce transactions are conducted by the system, which performs a number of transaction-related functions, such as pushing tickets up to the system for sale, purchasing tickets online, shipping, web site-related and bookkeeping. The system and methodology accommodate price event functions where non real-time tickets can be sold and the orders filled with tickets acquired on the system.

Abstract: The CONVERGED MERCHANT PROCESSING APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS (“CMP”) facilitates the generation of user accounts with merchants. The user may be logged into an electronic wallet or issuer account, and may initiate an account generation process with a one-click mechanism. The CMP may provide information to the merchant in order to facilitate the generation of the account after receiving data from the electronic wallet or issuer.

Abstract: A tracking liquidity order and related market center and process are disclosed which allow posting market centers (e.g. exchanges) to fill routable, smaller orders that would have otherwise routed off the posting market center. Such tracking liquidity orders increase the liquidity of that posting market center and allow it to execute more orders internally, without having to route them to an away market center.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided to increase the rate at which a system can accept and process data transaction request messages. The system includes a pre-processer that filters incoming data transaction request messages prior to transmitting the messages for further processing, for example, by a matching engine. The pre-processer quickly identifies whether a new arriving data transaction request is transactable. If the new arriving data transaction request is not transactable, then the data transaction request will be transmitted and stored in a main data structure and not transmitted to the matching engine.

Abstract: According to an embodiment of the present invention, an automated computer implemented system aggregates foreign exchange data and graphically represents a change in spread. The system comprises a computer processor coupled to a storage mechanism, an aggregator server, an orders server and an interactive user interface. The computer processor is programmed to: aggregate data from a plurality of market data sources representing a plurality of different underlying markets; generate an amount view, based on the aggregated data, that illustrates smart liquidity with respect to a moving average based on a predetermined time period plus two standard deviations; and provide, via the interactive user interface, an interactive amount view with a slope that represents a change in spread between a bid and an offer.

Abstract: A disclosed system, method and computer readable storage medium includes mechanism for controlling cascade price movements in an electronic trading system. Price limits control the prices at which traders can place orders. An upper price limit prevents traders from placing orders above the upper limit and a lower price limit prevents traders from placing orders below the lower limit. The gap between the upper limit and the indicative marked price as well as the gap between lower limit and the indicative market price is controlled so as to cause a breaking effect on very rapidly changing market price.

A drop down menu with different options may be rendered for an order associated with a product on which a cursor hovers. In response to a selection of a parameter option, an order for a product is transmitted.

Abstract: A computer implemented method for determining implied orders in an electronic trading system is provided. The method comprises receiving a first set of one or more real orders, wherein the orders are not tradable against each other. One or more implied orders are identified within the first set of real orders. Market data corresponding to the implied orders can also be identified. At least one additional order is received and the tradability of the additional order is determined against the real or implied orders within the first set of real orders. A resting set of orders is determined from those real and implied orders within the first set of orders not affected by the tradability of the additional order. Implied orders are determined from within the set of resting orders.

Abstract: Systems and methods for performing netting of business-to-business payments for settlement of running balances between parties are provided. To that end, blockchain infrastructures allow smart contracts that may be suitable for subrogation and netting operations, and the smart contracts that facilitate the operations. Application-programming interfaces (APIs) are provided that may be used to interact with the smart contracts.

Abstract: Various systems and methods are described herein for a risk check. The risk check bases a decision to allow a trading strategy to proceed on whether the order quantity for each leg of the trading strategy satisfies a certain condition. Particularly, when a trading strategy is initiated, the quantity for each of the orders to be submitted on behalf of the trading strategy, including the quantity of the initial order and any subsequent orders, is then compared to a corresponding risk value. If the order quantity for each of the orders is less than the corresponding risk value, then the trading strategy can proceed and the initial order can be sent on to the exchange. However, if the order quantity for any of the orders exceeds the risk value, then the initial order is not sent to the electronic exchange.

Abstract: A processing module may be centralized and coupled to multiple inputs from customers, and behave deterministically, e.g., programmed to depend on state, inputs and outputs. The rapid speed of automated trading systems implementing such a centralized, deterministic module, where all users can access a central limit order object, can quickly result in an object state that does not reflect a true consensus or desirable state. Accordingly the resulting problem is a problem arising in computer systems due in part to the high speeds of computer systems. The solutions disclosed herein are, in one embodiment, implemented as automatic responses and actions by a computing system.

The system may determine a compatibility between advertising content and digital content, determine candidate advertising content and candidate digital content using the determined compatibility, determine that the candidate digital content includes an advertising zone specifying an area where advertising content may be inserted, determine that an advertising slot of the candidate advertising content matches the advertising zone, and select digital content from the candidate digital content. The system may further select advertising content from the candidate advertising content, and combine selected digital content and selected advertising content by inserting the selected advertising content into the advertising zone.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include a computer-implemented method for performing a token escrow swap on a network of nodes. The method includes placing buy/sell orders through a broker-dealer node and sending signed buy/sell order transactions with cryptocurrency wallets to the token escrow swap node. The method further includes performing a buy-order filling operation by requesting a transfer of currency tokens to the token escrow swap node and receiving the currency tokens via the buyer node. For each sell order, security tokens are transferred to the token escrow swap node via the seller node. The security tokens are sent from the token escrow swap node. For each sell order, the currency tokens are sent to the seller node. The method includes an analogous operation to fill a sell order.

Abstract: A computer implemented method for assigning values to objects includes receiving a plurality of values for each of a plurality of base objects including a first and second base object; receiving a plurality of values for a first composite object associated with the first and second base objects; generating and storing in the memory a solution set including combinations of values of the first and second base objects; for each combination in the solution set, generating first transaction results by computing transactions between the values of the first and second base objects; comparing each of the first transaction results to a first range of values including the values of the first composite object; and removing, from the solution set and from the memory, the combinations of the values of the first and second base objects corresponding to the first transaction results that are outside of the first range of values.

Abstract: A system and computer-implemented method for identifying and blocking repetitive submissions from a fraudster or unscrupulous merchant/acquirer to a card-issuer for the same financial transaction. A communications network is monitored for financial transaction requests and responses being communicated between the fraudster or unscrupulous merchant/acquirer and the card-issuer. The requests are analyzed to identify a pattern in a subset of the requests which the card-issuer has declined. The pattern identifies the subset of the requests as repetitive submissions from the merchant/acquirer for the same financial transaction. The pattern may be based on the number of requests from the same merchant/acquirer, the same card number, the same reason code for declining the requests, the same transaction amount, and being received within a particular time period. The next submission for the same transaction is blocked from reaching the card-issuer.

Abstract: Systems and method may implement a publish/subscribe messaging framework for distributing messages among a plurality of mobile computing devices. A particular “publish/subscribe channel” may be implemented in the context of an auction for one or more items, e.g., collectibles such as trading cards, toys, and/or figurines. The implementation of the publish/subscribe messaging framework may allow for real-time communications of developments in the auction(s) which, in combination with a real-time video stream from a host to a plurality of guests in the channel, amounts to an improved user experience at host devices and guest devices.

Abstract: A system and method for managing a request for roadside assistance includes receiving an electronic roadside assistance request made from a driver device. A set of available provider entities matching parameters of the request are determined. An electronic roadside assistance solicitation is transmitted to each of the available providers. Electronic roadside assistance offers made by a subset of the provider entities are received, each offer defining a respective offer price and an estimated time of arrival. The received offers are transmitted to the driver device. A response from the driver device indicating an acceptance one of the offers is further received. Electronic payment corresponding to the offer price is also received. A notification to an operator device associated to the provider entity of the accepted offer is further transmitted, the notification indicating the parameters of the roadside assistance request. The system and method are also applicable transportation assistance.

Abstract: A method and system of generating a listing in a network-based commerce system is provided. The method includes receiving listing identification data from a user, and retrieving listing data associated with the listing based on the listing identification data. Thereafter, a listing is generated that is at least partially based on the listing data and posted on the network-based commerce system. In one embodiment, the user may edit the listing data prior to posting the listing. The network-based commerce system may include a database of listing data associated with at least one of movies, music, games, books and motor vehicles. In one embodiment, a plurality of check boxes is provided each of which are associated with an attribute of the listing and the method automatically, without human intervention, checks attributes based on the listing data.

The user action may cause the submission of the trade order to the electronic exchange. The trading device may receive a user action on the GUI to define an active order state. The trading device may maintain the order state until receiving an identified user action on the GUI to change the order state to inactive, which may cause the trade order to be canceled or held at the electronic exchange. The user action causing the change in the order state may be an active use action, such as a selection, or a passive user action, such as a failure to perform a selection. Such user action may encourage user attention when managing trade orders.

Market maker entitlements are integrated with the order processing, so that the market maker is guaranteed an allocation of the trade if the market maker is at the NBBO when an order priced at or better than the NBBO is received. Once posted to the order book, the displayed price of an order may be eligible for preferential execution in a market maker entitlement process, regardless of whether the displayed price is original or has been automatically repriced.

Abstract: The invention relates to improved computer systems mitigating the effects of computational incongruencies of Electronic Trading Venue (“ETV”) computers based on selection of orders, received at the ETV via a network from the computers, using randomization and delay-free mechanisms. To address High Frequency Trading and improve the efficiency of the computer system of an ETV, the system may immediately, without introducing a batching or randomization delay, place maker orders into an electronic order book. If a taker order is received that is price-compatible with previously received maker orders in the electronic order book, the system may batch the maker orders in the electronic order book for randomization. As such, batching and randomization processes do not use network and computational resources of the computer system unless they are actually necessary, and are typically not employed when maker orders are canceled after their initial entry into the electronic order book.
