Abstract: A plurality of computer-based transactions facilitated by each of a plurality of custodians are monitored. A first transaction of the plurality of transactions includes a transfer of an amount of cryptocurrency of a first type by a first counterparty to a second counterparty in exchange for an amount of cryptocurrency of a second, different type. Transaction packages are generated by each counterparty which include requisite information to effect the transfer. A settlement coordinator asynchronously receives (via a computing network) the transaction packages which specify information required to (i) transfer the cryptocurrency of the first type from the first counterparty to the second counterparty on a first blockchain and (ii) transfer the cryptocurrency of the second type from the second counterparty to the first counterparty on a second blockchain.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide pre-hedge rules and tools for creating pre-hedge rules. An example method includes receiving an indication that a first leg of a spread trade is at least partially filled; and in response to the indication and before an order associated with a second leg of the spread trade is placed, determining whether a condition defined in a rule is satisfied and, when the condition is satisfied, performing an action defined in the rule.

Abstract: A method for trading a financial instrument via an exchange computing system includes receiving, from a user interface, data indicative of an order to trade the financial instrument, and one or more parameter values to customize parameters for the order, the parameters including at least one of a price, a quantity, an expiration time, a settlement time, an order type, a product type, a strategy identification, hedge information, an equity, and an index. The method includes adding one or more legs to the order, transmitting a request for clearing information associated with the one or more legs, receiving, from the user interface, data indicative of the clearing information including a matching level and a contra party, configuring the order, and executing the order by matching the order to an offer that satisfies the parameter values and the clearing information.

Abstract: In some embodiments, the instant invention provides for specifically programming a computer machine to perform at lease: receiving, from a trader, a passive indication of interest (IOI) for a financial instrument, where the passive IOI is a bid or an offer and a resting liquidity; classifying the trader as at least: a trading type that is subject to a decline ratio calculation for crossing the passive IOIs, where the decline ratio calculation identifies how many eligible aggressive IOIs have been previously declined by the trader out of a total number of all eligible aggressive IOIs that were offered to such trader; receiving, from another trader, another TOT that is an aggressive IOI where the aggressive IOI is available to be immediately crossed at the price; and determining, in real-time, an allocation of the aggressive IOI to the trader submitted the passive TOT based on the decline ratio of the trader.

Abstract: A system and method for the capture, storage and usage of specific insurance underwriting and/or loss validation data includes a handheld mobile computer device containing one or more master forms in which insurance data is entered into the handheld device, normally at the location of the insured home along with an electronic signature of the insured and a geocode and time/date stamp. The data is uploaded to a secure, structured database. Insurance data can also be entered, in a secure manner, via a customer portal by the insured or from third party data sources. The system includes software with the ability to pre-populate standardized underwriting forms based on the collected data. The system also manages electronic insurance quotes and bind orders as well.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention is directed to automated trust discretionary distribution decisions. The innovative system comprises a computer server configured to perform the steps of: receiving, via an electronic input, a trust beneficiary cash distribution request relating to a trust instrument; responsive to the trust beneficiary request, obtaining trust details relating to the trust instrument; applying, via a computer server, a trust decision predictor to the distribution request to generate a trust decision wherein the trust decision predictor considers a set of decision factors comprising the trust beneficiary cash distribution request, beneficiary details, trust details and applicability of governing restrictions; presenting, via an electronic interface, the trust decision; automatically executing the trust decision; and applying feedback data to refine and standardize the trust decision predictor.

Abstract: An electronic trading method is provided. The method includes receiving a trading strategy order having a parent trading strategy including multiple quoting legs; splitting the trading strategy order into multiple child orders; and submitting each of the multiple child orders to exchange systems adapted to fill the quoting legs in the child orders. Each child order includes a child trading strategy having a single quoting leg or a reduced number of quoting legs relative to the parent trading strategy. The child trading strategies are the same as the parent trading strategy except for the number of legs marked as quoting legs. The method may be performed by a trading strategy device disposed between a client device and multiple server side devices.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for minting payment tokens to conduct transactions within a blockchain-based supply chain payment network. The payment tokens can be pegged to fiat currency or digital currency. The payment tokens can be minted by a computing system that is a node in the blockchain-based supply chain payment network. A number of payment tokens to be provided to a network participant as payment can be determined. The network participant can be a supplier associated with the blockchain-based supply chain payment network. The number of payment tokens can be provided for deposit in a digital wallet associated with the network participant as payment. The cryptocurrency tokens can be redeemed as fiat or digital currency.

Abstract: An application is disclosed that receives from a host exchange a plurality of trade notifications, each trade notification corresponding to an executed trade, and for each executed trade of interest, may determine whether the executed trade belongs in an aggregated set with one or more other executed trades. The application provides an indicator for indicating whether the corresponding executed trade or aggregated trade traded on the bid side or on the offer side of the market, and which indicates whether additional volume is available at the associated trade price.

Abstract: In one aspect, a share data allocation (SDA) computing device is provided. The SDA computing device includes at least one processor in communication with a database. The at least one processor is configured to receive direct-share participant (DSP) request data indicating an amount each DSP is willing to invest and receive interest-based participant (IBP) request data indicating an amount each IBP is willing to invest. The at least one processor is also configured to apply a first mapping algorithm to the DSP request data and apply a second mapping algorithm to the IBP request data. The at least one processor is further configured to calculate a preliminary allocation of a total amount of assets among the DSPs and the IBPs according to results of an apportionment, and direct allocation of the total amount of assets among the DSPs and the IBPs according to results of a join operator.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are automated trading engine embodiments that operate on market data and re-engineer trading logic to operate on computational resources that are capable of providing highly parallelized and pipelined processing operations to improve tick to trade latency. As an example, logic resources for the automated trading engine can implement canceling strategies to cancel quotes and/or orders on markets when defined conditions are met. For example, if new trades indicate that existing quotes and/or orders are no longer advantageous, the logic resources can act quickly to cancel those quotes and/or orders.

The method obtains information about a conversion associated with an advertisement and generates with respect to the conversion, an operational smart attribution evaluation package (SAEP). The SAEP includes a conversion parameter and a reward. The method transmits the SAEP to a platform to be posted, and thereafter receives from the SAEP, an indication of an entity which is estimated to be associated with the conversion and to which the reward is to be allocated. The entity is determined by the SAEP based on the conversion parameter and information from a plurality of entities that displayed the advertisement.

Tokenized securities purchased during or after the tokenized securities offering are tradable on a secondary market. According to one example embodiment, a central risk controller is provided that can communicate with a plurality of local risk management modules located at a plurality of gateways. The central risk controller may allocate a portion of a central account balance associated with a trading account to each local risk management module. Then, as the trades are made using the trading account, the local risk management modules may manage risk associated with the trades until the local account balance is insufficient. As the account balance gets low, the local risk management module may query the central risk controller for the additional risk account balance.

Abstract: A sticky order routing system may include multiple order routers in communication with an electronic exchange for communicating transaction messages. Each of the order routers communicates transaction messages between multiple associated trading sessions and the electronic exchange, where of the associated trading sessions is assigned to the order router in communication with the electronic exchange. Transaction message traffic between the order routers and the electronic exchange is monitored, such as randomly, based on round-robin assignment, and/or trading data. In response to transaction message traffic exceeding a threshold, the trading session may be assigned to a new order router.

Abstract: Methods and system are described for optimizing data processing in cloud-based, machine learning environments. For example, through the use of a machine learning model utilizing a self organizing map and/or the use of specific processing nodes in a computer system to perform specific tasks the methods and system may more efficiently distribute tasks through a cloud computing environment and increase overall processing speeds despite increasing amounts of data. The methods and system described herein are particularly related to collateral allocation computer systems that automate the management of numerous collateral assets. For example, as the amount of collateral assets and the complexity of given transactions grow, typical allocation systems face frequent processing delays related to collateral allocations (e.g., allocations of collateral associated with Tri-Party Repos).

Abstract: An unpriced order auction and related market center and process are disclosed which allow posting market centers (e.g., exchanges) to schedule an auction that includes unpriced (Market) orders only. Such unpriced order auction executes at the midpoint of the NBBO, ensuring that the cross reflects the best prices in the entire marketplace, while discouraging the manipulation of the auction price on the posting market center. The disclosed auction also executes concurrently, but separately from the regular continuous matching process.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed that provide real-time pre-trade risk assessments for multiple parties. In one embodiment, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD) may be embedded within an Automated Trading Systems (ATS) architecture by utilizing the Intel socket G or the PCIe interface to provide pre-trade risk functionality. The system may also provide a method for interacting with the ATS DRAM or L1 cache to provide faster access to orders in ATS memory for PLDs. The system may use the Quick Path Interconnect between an embedded processor and a PLD to transfer memory maps. The system may also add additional libraries to an ATS processor to accelerate the transfer or memory maps to a PLD. The system also may use system interrupts to cancel erroneous orders within an ATS processor from a PLD housed within the same physical architecture.

Abstract: A system to provide end users with recommendations on improving the quality of the incident management process is provided. A computer device identifies a set of historical incident reports, wherein the historical incident reports identify: (i) incident tickets, (ii) one or more skills associated with personnel assigned to the incident tickets, and (iii) whether the incident tickets were resolved within threshold periods of time to resolve. The computing device trains a machine learning model to predict sets of skills associated with resolving incident tickets within the threshold periods of time to resolve based, at least in part, on the identified set of historical incident reports. The computing device assigns a set of personnel to the new incident ticket based, at least in part, on the predicted set of skills associated with resolving the new incident ticket within the threshold period of time to resolve.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media utilized receiving a customer request via a graphical user interface (GUI) of a wallet application, extracting transfer information from the customer request based on a smart contract and identifying the transfer information in predefined fields, determining the customer account is associated with a first type of currency and the recipient account is associated with a second type of currency, automatically determining and locking-in an exchange rate, transmitting data corresponding to the exchange rate to the GUI, exchanging an amount of the first type of currency for an amount of the second type of currency based on the exchange rate, transferring an amount for the currency transfer from the wallet application to the recipient account via an omnibus account based on executing a smart contract on a distributed ledger, and transmitting a confirmation of the currency transfer to the GUI of the wallet application.
