Abstract: Cutting pliers include a first plier body and a second plier body. The first plier body includes a support end and a first handle coupled to each other. The second plier body includes a cutting end and a second handle coupled to each other. The first handle and the second handle are rotationally coupled by a connecting shaft. The support end and the cutting end cooperatively form jaws for cutting a pipe. The support end comprises a convex arcuate surface for supporting a pipe. The cutting end comprises two clamping arms and a blade. The blade is arranged between the two clamping arms. When the jaws are closed, a clamping end of the clamping arms abuts against the pipe, the pipe on the arcuate support surface is squeezed and deformed along the arcuate support surface to form an arcuate pipe, and the blade abuts against the arcuate pipe.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a fixture and/or locator for supporting and positioning and/or calibrating an object comprising a male or female portion of an interlock mechanism, the fixture and/or locator comprising: at least one fixating (2) component for holding the object in a fixed position, characterized in that, the at least one fixating component comprises a locking element (3) configured for receiving the male portion and a release element (4) for releasing the male or female portion from the locking element by actuating the release element.
Abstract: A fence clip installation tool includes a pair of handles pivotally joined to respective jaws pivotally maintained between two plates to enable the jaws to counter-rotate in unison. Clips of a compatible design may then be nested between the jaws and compressed or deformed about objects upon closure of the handles.
