Patent number: 10814357Abstract: An immersed wheel cleaning device is composed of a wheel feeding system, a wheel cleaning system and a wheel discharging and blowing system. Cleaning and blowing of each wheel comprise four steps: step 1, feeding and clamping; step 2, primary cleaning; step 3, secondary cleaning; and step 4, blowing and discharging. Ordered engagement of discharging and feeding is realized by cyclic switching of manipulators, and the steps are engaged, so that the cycle time is greatly reduced.Type: GrantFiled: February 12, 2018Date of Patent: October 27, 2020Assignee: CITIC Dicastal CO., LTD.Inventors: Huiying Liu, Yuexin Lu

Patent number: 8047057Abstract: An output mode switching apparatus including a power unit, a hammering unit, an output shaft, a housing, and a shifting member is provided. The hammering unit includes a gasket cup, a switching ring, a spring member, a hammering seat, and a main shaft. When the power unit is not in operation, the switching ring is restricted so as to be positioned against and secured to the gasket cup. When the mains shaft is driven by the power unit to rotate, the hammering seat is carried to rotate and is applied with a restriction for restricting the hammering seat from axial movement, thus configuring an output mode of electric drill. When the shifting member is turned, the restriction applied to the hammering seat is released. The hammering blocks repetitively hammers the protrusion blocks and axially returns back to the original position, thus configuring an impact output mode.Type: GrantFiled: May 7, 2010Date of Patent: November 1, 2011Assignee: Top Gearbox Industry Co., Ltd.Inventor: Ting-Kuang Chen

Patent number: 7943916Abstract: The invention relates generally to methods of monitoring and controlling the processing of blood and blood samples, particularly the separation of blood and blood samples into its components with a two-dimensional optical measurement and control device. The method may comprise the steps of providing a blood processing system comprising a density centrifuge blood processing system and an elutriation blood processing system; filling the elutriation blood processing system with a desired component; measuring a cellular flux of cells entering the elutriation blood processing system with a two-dimensional optical control system; and flushing the elutriation blood processing system.Type: GrantFiled: September 17, 2009Date of Patent: May 17, 2011Assignee: CaridianBCT, Inc.Inventors: Lee F. Patent number: 7839274Abstract: A tire risk judging device of a wheel assembly for a vehicle includes a pressure sensor detecting air pressure of a tire air chamber, an air pressure-generating device that can supply pressurized air to the tire air chamber, an electronic control unit, and an instrument panel display unit. The electronic control unit computes a supply airflow rate supplied from the air pressure-generating device to the tire air chamber between the present location and a specified location, computes a leakage airflow rate leaked from the tire air chamber between the present location and the specified location, computes air pressure in the specified location of the tire air chamber based on air pressure in the present location of the tire air chamber, the supply airflow rate, and the leakage airflow rate, and judges tire risk in the specified location based on the air pressure in the specified location of the tire air chamber.Type: GrantFiled: May 15, 2007Date of Patent: November 23, 2010Assignee: Toyota Jidosha Kabushiki KaishaInventor: Hiroshi Isono

Publication number: 20040011117Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and system for detecting air leaks in tires and in a tire testing machine. Each of the tires is mounted on the tire testing machine; inflated with an air flow from an inflation system to a first pressure; and maintained at the first pressure by continued supply of air from the inflation system into the tire. The flow of the continued supply of air is measured with a calorimetric flow sensor calibrated to output a sensor signal having a full scale value corresponding to an identical model tire mounted on the tire testing machine with no air leaks in the model tire or the testing machine. The flow of the continued supply of air is compared with an averaged flow for previously measured tires mounted on the tire testing machine with no air leaks in the tires or the testing machine. A control signal indicating an air leak is outputted if the sensor signal is 20% to 80% of the full scale value.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 19, 2002Publication date: January 22, 2004Inventors: William Randall Dutt, John Edward Fahringer, John Michael Maloney

Patent number: 5264820Abstract: A pressure transducer for measuring high differential pressure media in a harsh environment where a diaphragm assembly is mounted to an intermediate support number which is mounted to a main support member where the high pressure media impinges on the diaphragm to create a force opposing that provided by the diaphragm support structure thereby loading the diaphragm in compression. The strain sensitive piezoresistive elements are protected and sealed from the low pressure media by a passivation layer and electrical signal leads are attached to bonding pads formed on the diaphragm assembly which are sealed to the intermediate support member by a sealing cap.Type: GrantFiled: March 31, 1992Date of Patent: November 23, 1993Assignee: Eaton CorporationInventors: John A. Patent number: 5226315Abstract: A device for monitoring the sealing properties of a gas-filled chamber is provided. The temperature-sensitive device is formed out of a thermally-reacting element (14, 19, 20, 24). The element changes its dimensional length depending on a temperature change. The element (14, 19, 20, 24) is disposed between a pressure measurement device (6, 11) and a valve (7, 8; 9, 10), serving as a signal generator. The device can be used for a monitoring of the pressure in a vehicle tire or of the gas density in a vehicle tire.Type: GrantFiled: October 15, 1990Date of Patent: July 13, 1993Assignee: WABCO Westinghouse Fahrzegbremsen GmbHInventors: Peter Bartscher, Gerhard Stegemann, deceased, Gunther Singbartl, Helmut Ulrich
