    Abstract: A process for the trichromatic dyeing or printing of natural and synthetic polyamide fibre materials, which comprises using at least one red dye of the formula ##STR1## in which D,R.sub.1,R.sub.2,R.sub.3,R.sub.4 and n are as defined in claim 1, together with at least one yellow or orange dye of the formula ##STR2## in which B.sub.1,B.sub.2,E.sub.1 and X are as defined in claim 1, or ##STR3## in which Z.sub.1,Z.sub.2 and Z.sub.3 are as defined in claim 1, or mixtures of dyes of the formulae (2) and (3), or a yellow dye of the formula ##STR4## in which W.sub.1,W.sub.2,W.sub.3 and W.sub.4 are as defined in claim 1, or mixtures of dyes of the formulae (2),(3) and (4) and at least one blue dye of the formula ##STR5## in which one Y and Z.sub.4 are as defined in claim 1 are used. The process according to the invention is suitable for dying natural or synthetic polyamide materials from aqueous liquor or for printing with printing pastes; and in particular for dyeing from short liquors.
