    Abstract: An electrical torque screwdriver includes a handle, a shaft, a torque limiter, and an electrical switch. The shaft is disposed on the handle and rotatable but not movable linearly. The torque limiter includes a driving tooth, a slipping block, a pawl, and at least one restoring element. The driving tooth is disposed on the shaft. The slipping block is disposed on the handle. The slipping block is displaceable linearly but not rotatable. The pawl is disposed on the slipping block and engaged with the driving tooth. The restoring element is pivotally disposed on the handle and has a restoring force, wherein one end of the restoring element resists against the slipping block for pushing the pawl to be engaged with the driving tooth. The electrical switch is disposed on the handle for optionally resisting against the other end of the restoring element to stop the restoring element.

    Abstract: A limiter torque wrench and method having a handle and a jaw pivotally connected together along an axis and for pivoting of the handle upon applying a quantifiable torque. A cam and spring-loaded follower are interconnected between the handle and the jaw. A ratchet is connected to the cam for return of the cam to a starting position and with minimal torque and after application of the limited torque. There is a second ratchet engagable with a workpiece and a pawl engages the second ratchet and a pusher engages the pawl offset from the axis for optimum engagement force on the engaged pawl.

Moreover, a containment groove is provided at the intersection of various surfaces to accommodate the rolling rod and rolling bead, thus the outer flank of various rolling rods and rolling beads will protrude the aperture of the containment groove, and then keep in close contact with the wall of the assembly groove. One surface of the overload movement ring is supported and braked by the movable shore of spring bolster.

    Abstract: A ratchet chuck key tool with a torque indicator for tightening and loosening a chuck. The device includes a one-way ratchet having a ratchet wheel, a pawl and a handle. The pawl, which is connected to the handle, drivingly engages and disengages the ratchet wheel as the handle is reciprocated. A shaft is connected to and rotates with ratchet wheel. A pair of chuck keys are mounted on opposite ends of shaft. One chuck key tightens a chuck and the other chuck key loosens a chuck, the handle being moved in the same direction for tightening and loosening of the chuck. One chuck key defines a purchase for turning the other chuck key and making the chuck finger tight. A torque indicator associated with the pawl provides an indication that the force required to rotate the handle and turn the chuck keys exceeds a predetermined torque level.
