  • Patent number: 9895820
Abstract: An apparatus for cutting bread into slices includes at least one circular blade which rotates in a cutting plane and is guided between a feed section feeding the bread to be sliced to the blade and a removal section receiving the cut slices of bread. At least one advancing device advances the bread from the feed section towards the knife. The advancing device is designed such that, between two cutting instances, it advances the uncut bread and then withdraws it such that the actually exposed front end of the uncut bread is advanced across the cutting plane by an advance path greater than the predetermined slice thickness and is then withdrawn counter to the direction of advance of the bread.

  • Patent number: 7150214
Abstract: A vegetable chopper (10) includes a lower housing part (14), which has a knife (16) on its underside and receives a rotatable inner body with a chopping grid (20), the inner body (18) being fillable with the vegetable. Vegetable chopper (10) has an upper housing part (12) with a ram (26) which is disposed on a spindle (24) in the operating state plunges into the inner body (18) and upon rotation of the upper housing part (12) relative to the lower housing part (14) executes an axial motion counter to the chopping grid (20). Vegetable chopper (10) includes a coupling device (28), which in the operating state assure engagement with a thread of the spindle (24) and in the open state allows a free axial displacement of the spindle (24) and ram (26). The coupling device (28) is connected to the upper housing part (12), and the spindle (24) is guided for axial displacement relative to the upper housing part (12) and secured against rotation relative to the upper housing part (12) on the axial guide (34).

  • Patent number: 7131362
Abstract: A punching machine includes a body frame having a table to support a workpiece. First and second work movement positioning apparatuses are mounted at both sides to move and position the workpiece in a direction of axis X. A work head is mounted on the body frame and has a ram and a tool. The work head moves on the body frame in a direction of axis Y, which is perpendicular to axis X. The first and second work movement positioning apparatuses are arranged in series in the direction of axis X. The workpiece is clamped by the first positioning apparatus, moved in the direction of axis X, punched, clamped by the second positioning apparatus, unclamped by the first positioning apparatus, and moved further in the direction of axis X.

  • Publication number: 20040149102
Abstract: A corrugated fin cutting device includes a pair of worms that restrains a position of bottom portion of a corrugated fin material that is being continuously conveyed in a conveying direction, and a guide piece that approaches the bottom portion of the fin material that is being restrained by the pair of worms to determine a position of this bottom portion and moves in the conveying direction in synchronization with the fin material. Further, the corrugated fin cutting device includes cutting blades that move with the guide piece in the conveying direction and cut the bottom portion of the fin material that is positioned by the guide piece. The bottom portion of the fin material is cut when the guide peace passes the worms.
