Abstract: A collapsible turret apparatus used for shooting having a turret base and a turret ring. The turret base is mounted to a surface with an opening, such as a surface of a camper shell and the turret ring, which can rotate 360 degrees, is connected to a collapsible two part arm. In a collapsed state, the two part arm is folded and stowed on the ceiling of a camper shell. The first arm pivots about a point where it is connected to the turret ring. The second arm pivots about a point where it is connected to the first arm. In an extendable state, the two part arm reaches out of the camper shell. The available end of the two part arm has the ability to mount shooting devices, weapons and the like. Further accessories for the two part arm can be stored on the camper shell.
Abstract: A mounting apparatus includes a fixed mounting structure that includes a first fixed fitting including a plurality of first flanges and a second fixed fitting. A rotatable mounting structure has a swivel fitting configured to engage and swivel with respect to the first fixed fitting. The swivel fitting includes a plurality of second flanges, one of which is configured to rest on one of the plurality of first flanges when the swivel fitting and first fixed fitting are engaged. The rotatable mounting structure also has a slide fitting configured to slide with respect to the second fixed fitting based on the swivel fitting being engaged with the first fixed fitting. An adjustment assembly is arranged at an interface between the second fixed fitting and the slide fitting. The adjustment assembly is configured to adjust an angular position of the slide fitting relative to the swivel fitting.

Abstract: A missile container has a container housing, one or a plurality of canisters stored therein for supporting a missile, and a movement mechanism for moving the canister from a storage position into an operating position. The missile container is efficiently transferred from a storage state into a combat state, in which the canister is in a combat-ready position for firing the missile, by providing a movement mechanism with a kinematic linkage for pivoting the canister.
Abstract: A piston cylinder unit of an upwardly swinging pinile mounting necessary for the adjustment of the muzzle height of the gun barrel of a battle tank contains a bracking mechanism which becomes effective at firing at each upwardly swingable setting of the gun barrel. In this way it is possible to utilize the swinging motion of a gun mount arm carrying a gun barrel for the recoil energy release of the gun barrel. The barrel recoil energy of the gun barrel, and of the masses recoiling at the same time with the gun barrel, is thereby energy dissipatingly absorbed at the barrel recoil, after completing the free-running switching operation d of a known barrel recoil brake mechanism within a barrel recoil path c, jointly formed out of the recoil ranges a and b, on the one hand, by way of the piston cylinder unit over the gun mount arm swung back by an angle .alpha.
