A first pair of panels (24/124) is located at the front side (16), a second pair of panels (24/124) is located at the rear side (18), a third pair of panels (24/124) is located at the right side (20), and a fourth pair of panels (24/124) is located at the left side (22). Each panel (24/124) of the pairs of panels (24/124) defines a plurality of receptacles (26/126) for receiving the telecommunications equipment. When mounted to a fixed surface, the telecommunications chassis (10/100) is rotatable relative to the fixed surface about the central longitudinal axis (36).
