Abstract: An input-panel-equipped portable speaker device includes a cabinet shell body configured to enclose an accommodation chamber in a longitudinal direction, and having left and right mounting walls opposite to each other in a transverse direction. The left mounting wall has an inner peripheral region defining a fitting opening. The right mounting wall has a positioning groove. An input panel is connected with an amplifier circuit board, and is disposed to cover the fitting opening. When a right board edge of the circuit board is brought to be fitted in the positioning groove, an outer peripheral region of the panel is brought to abut against the inner peripheral region so as to enable an air-tight engagement therebetween.
Abstract: A sound enhancer for use with a speaker assembly, comprising a sound manifold forming an enclosure having upper and lower hollow interior portions, the enclosure defining an interior zone within an upper interior portion and having an inlet that faces angularly forwardly, and upwardly, a speaker assembly facing rearwardly through an inlet and into an interior zone to transmit sound rearwardly within the upper interior portion, the enclosure having a back panel to reflect sound transmission downwardly toward and into the enclosure lower interior portion, the lower interior portion having a frontward facing outlet from which sound is transmitted forwardly below the level of the speaker assembly.

Abstract: A slender-type diaphragm longer in a longitudinal direction and shorter in a transversal direction in relation to the longitudinal direction, has a base member and a slant member. The base member has a pair of extending members provided in parallel in the longitudinal direction as facing each other, and a curved section that protrudes toward a first side of the diaphragm in a vibration direction of the diaphragm from a first plane that includes the extending members, the vibration direction being perpendicular to the longitudinal and transversal directions. The slant member has a slant surface in relation to the first plane and connected to the base member in a manner that the slant member surrounds the base member in a second plane parallel to the first plane, the slant member having a curved surface in a cross section thereof in relation to a cross section of the base member in the transversal direction.
