Abstract: A slide capture handgun sight pusher can include a handgun sight adjustment device that can include a frame having a front and back face where a central opening can be disposed therethrough, along with a first and second side. Further included can be a firearm slide catch mechanism that can be structured to attach to the internal rails of a firearm's slide, having an adjustable sight. The firearm slide catch can include a cap, an adjustment knob, and a shaft that can be disposed between the cap and adjustment knob, where the adjustment knob can be configured to change a distance between the cap and the first side. The firearm slide catch can work in conjunction with various shims to adjust to fit the firearm slide with the sight adjustment device. This may include a sight pusher that may include a press-block tooth having multiple engagement surfaces.
