Abstract: A rack for a truck bed includes a structural framework formed by a set of linear rails and a set of couplings. Each linear rail has a first end connected to one of the couplings and a second end connected to another of the couplings, wherein the rails and the couplings are connected to form a driver side frame, a front frame, a passenger side frame, a rear frame and a top frame. Each rail has a uniform cross-sectional profile including an outer profile that forms an outwardly directed T-slot and a central tube having an interior profile that is a complex shape. Each coupling includes a rigid body and a plurality of linear connectors extending from the rigid body, wherein each linear connector has an exterior profile that is a complement to the interior profile of the rail to which the connector is connected.
Abstract: The present specification discloses a play and practice apparatus, system and associated methods of use and kits comprising such play and practice apparatus and/or system. In particular aspects, the play and practice apparatus, system and associated methods of use are utilized for practice and/or games utilizing a ball. In one aspect, the play and practice apparatus has a first playing surface and a second playing surface substantially opposing the first playing surface, and the ball can be a volleyball. In another aspect, the play and practice apparatus is useful as a training aid as well as for playing a game utilizing the play and practice apparatus.
Abstract: A waterstop joint includes a sealing strip made of an elastomer or a rubber like material, two bulged portions, each bulged portion extending along a different one of said two peripheries of the sealing strip, two fixation strips, each fixation strip extending from a different one of said two bulged portions, and extending in the same plane as the sealing strip, and a multitude of injection tubes for injecting a curing liquid, such as epoxy resin. One outer end of each of said injection tubes is mounted to, or in the vicinity of, one of the steel strips. The outer end of each of the injection tubes is mounted to, or immediately adjacent to, one of said two bulged portions.
Abstract: The invention relates to a profiled plastic section (1) for a metal/plastic composite profiled section (31). The profiled plastic section (1) comprises a first profiled element (2) and at least one second profiled element (3). The first profiled element (2) and the second profiled element (3) together form a latching mechanism (4, 9; 5, 10; 6, 11), by means of which a form-fitting connection can preferably be produced between the first profiled element (2) and the second profiled element (3) in a width direction (x) and in a height direction (y). The first profiled element (2) and the second profiled element (3) overlap preferably over a large area when the form-fitting connection is produced between the first profiled element (2) and the second profiled element (3), and the form-fitting connection can be produced on the cross-sectional plane (x, y) between the first profiled element (2) and the second profiled element (3) by latching the profiled elements (2, 3) of the profiled plastic section (1).
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an edge clip for attaching an item to an edge of an object. In an aspect, an edge clip includes a first part with a holding fixture for the item and a second part with two sidewalls and a gap between the two sidewalls. When the edge clip is plugged onto the edge, the edge is introduced into the gap in an insertion direction. The first part and the sidewalls are formed integrally with each other. The first part and at least a part of the sidewalls are formed of a hard component. At least two respective legs protrude into the gap and are formed integrally with each of the sidewalls. The legs of the different sidewalls are offset with respect to each other in the insertion direction and are formed at least in part of a soft component, relative to the hard component.

Abstract: A flatbed, step-deck, double-drop deck, or lowboy trailer assembly comprises a plurality of metal crossmembers extending in a transverse direction of the trailer assembly; a metal deck supported by the plurality of crossmembers, the metal deck having an upper deck surface and a lower deck surface; and a pair of parallel wooden boards extending in a longitudinal direction of the trailer assembly proximate respective laterally opposite sides of the trailer assembly. Each wooden board in the pair of wooden boards is located in a respective recessed portion of the metal deck. The lower deck surface is situated between and separates a lower surface of each wooden board from the plurality of metal cross members. The lower deck surface is welded to the plurality of crossmembers.
Abstract: A connector and associated system. In a first aspect, the connector comprises a patterned surface and a primary track. The patterned surface comprises a surface aperture pattern that is configured to receive at least one protruding element, the protruding element being configured to connect the connector to a first modular component. The primary track is connected to the patterned surface. The primary track can slidably engage a protruding element of a second modular component, thereby connecting the first modular component and the second modular component. In a second aspect, a system can comprise the connector, the first modular component and the second modular component.
