Abstract: A circuit breaker includes a body having a chamber defined therein. Two terminals are provided in the chamber and extend out from the body. The first terminal has a first node, and the second terminal has a bimetallic strip and a second node on the bimetallic strip and electrically connected with the first node. A reset button is pivotally mounted in the chamber and has a tab formed at a bottom side of and near the first terminal. A swing member has a first pin pivotally mounted in the tab and a second pin under the tab and connected with the first pin by a linkage. An elastic strip is received in the tab and has a leg extending downwards to abut the second pin of the swing member. Even if the reset button is blocked, the bimetallic strip still can deform to terminate the circuit in an excessive-consumption condition.
Abstract: A hook screw driver includes a first body and a second body. An end of the first body is connected to an end of the second body. The other end of the first body and the other end of the second body are movable between an open position and a closed position for clamping a hook screw. The hook screw driver includes a tool-coupling portion for coupling with an end of a tool for tightening/loosening fasteners.
Abstract: A reverse gear device of a combined variable transmission system includes a housing which is mounted on the rear wheel axle of a motor scooter for housing a drive bevel gear, a driven bevel gear, an idle bevel gear, an idle gear shaft, shifting forks, and a sector plate cam. The drive bevel gear and the driven bevel gear are identical in specification to each other and are mounted at two sides of the rear wheel axle on the basis of a toothed cone center. The drive bevel gear and the driven bevel gear are provided with a groove facing the toothed cone center. The drive bevel gear is disposed with the axle by a spline hole. The driven bevel gear is disposed with the axle by a round hole for the power transmission in the forward motion.
Abstract: A system and a method provide edge enhancement for a printer engine which produces multiple laser beams for marking a corresponding number of scan lines on at least one photosensitive medium. A corresponding number of windows are created. Each window contains data of a matrix of dots centered at a to-be-processed dot located in a corresponding one of the scan lines. An edge enhancing device provides edge enhancement for the windows that are alternately outputted to the edge enhancing device by a multiplexer. The windows processed by the edge enhancing device are alternately outputted by a de-multiplexer to a number of modulators. Each modulator controls a corresponding one of the laser beams produced by the printer engine.
Abstract: A pair of eyeglasses comprises a pair of myopic, hypermetropic, or presbyopic lenses, a pair of endpieces having rear ends coupled to temples, each endpiece including a horizontal first hole at a forward end for permitting a fastener to drive into to secure the first endpiece to the lens, and two elongate first slots above and under the first hole respectively, a bridge interconnected the lenses, the bridge including two horizontal second holes at both ends for permitting two fasteners to drive into to secure the bridge to the lens, and two elongate second slots above and under the second hole respectively, and a pair of tinted lenses each including an inner recess snugly fitted onto the second slots and an outer recess snugly fitted onto the first slots.
Abstract: A telescopic support includes an external tube, an internal tube inserted in the external tube and an extending device for extending the external tube and the internal tube. The extending device may include a collar mounted on the external tube and a cam mounted on the collar between a first position for releasing the internal tube and a second position for pushing the internal tube.
Abstract: A pallet has a supporting board, multiple supporters, multiple reinforcing rings and a base. The supporting board is rectangular and is made of paper. The supporting board has a top, a bottom, four sides, an inner space and a honeycomb-like baffle. The honeycomb-like baffle is received in the inner space and is formed between the top and the bottom. The supporters are made of paper and are securely attached to the bottom of the supporting board. The reinforcing rings are made of paper, and securely mounted respectively around the supporters and abut against the bottom of the supporting board. The base is made of paper and is securely attached to the bottoms of the supporters. Accordingly, the pallet is light and is convenient to assemble and to transport.
Abstract: A broadcast spreading top dresser (10) includes a diverter (200) which can be positioned in an upper position for light applications and a lower position for heavy applications, with the diverter (200) extending through a slot (210) in an upper sheet (58) of the spinner assembly (40) and beyond and below the upper sheet (58) in the lower position. The leading edges (204) of the diverter (200) are spaced from the circular disks (154) of the spinners (54) intermediate the radial position that the material is dispensed unto the spinners (54) and the maximum rearward extent of the circular disks (154). The lower edges of the diverter (200) extend at differing distances into the thickness of the propelled top dressing material.

Abstract: A juicer includes a base, a column extending upright from the base, a head securely attached to an upper end of the column, a vertical rod extending vertically through the head, a Y-shaped handle having a main section and two arms branching from an end of the main section, and two connecting rods. A connecting member is securely attached to a lower end of the vertical rod. The distal ends of the arms of the handle are connected to the head by an axle. The lower ends of the connecting rods are pivotally connected to two ears respectively on two sides of the connecting member. The upper ends of the connecting rods are pivotally connected to two lugs formed on intermediate portions of the arms. Oil grooves are provided in the ears, in the lugs, and in two ends of the axle, allowing smooth operation of the juicer.
Abstract: A garbage storage apparatus includes a bin, a cover and an air cleaner. The bin defines a space for storing garbage. The cover is for covering the bin. The air cleaner is communicated with the bin for cleaning air in the bin. The air cleaner may include a catalyst for processing the air. The catalyst may be an optical catalyst that is activated by light.
Abstract: A detecting unit has a housing with a chamber, a cover, an air valve, a circuit board, a detecting assembly and a ground. The cover is attached to the housing to close the chamber. The circuit board is received in the chamber of the housing and has a signal processing unit mounted on the circuit board. The signal processing unit has a reset terminal. The ground is mounted on the circuit board and is electrically connected to the air valve. Accordingly, the signal processing unit will be reset when the reset terminal is electrically connected to the air valve.
Abstract: A power supply casing includes a top casing having a recessed area defined in a mediate portion of the top casing and multiple cutouts defined in a slanted front portion of the top casing. A bottom casing has multiple sets of conducting plates formed on a rear portion of the bottom casing to correspond to multiple sockets in the top casing. Switches are electrically connected to the multiple sets of conducting plates and buttons are respectively arranged in the cutouts of the top casing. Each button corresponds to one of the switches such that each button is able to control initiation of one switch, which activates power supply from one specific socket to a specific computer peripheral device and a total space occupied by the power supply casing is small.
Abstract: A pump capable of releasing excessive air is shown to include a hollow base, a cylinder installed on and communicated with the hollow base, a piston movably received in the cylinder, a piston tube including a lower end connected with the piston and an upper end located beyond the cylinder, a tube including a lower end communicated with the hollow base and an upper end inserted into the piston tube through a channel defined in the piston, a release valve mounted on the upper end of the piston tube and a handle mounted on the upper end of the piston tube. The valve is installed on the handle so that it can be touched conveniently and operated easily by a user who is using the pump.
