Abstract: A power converter with synchronous rectifying through the control of a current transformer is disclosed. The basic architecture of the power converter includes a flyback transformer (10), a switch controller (20) and a current transformer (30). The secondary winding of the flyback transformer (10) is connected to the primary winding of the current transformer (30) used to control the switch controller (20). The primary winding of the current transformer (30) is connected to a synchronous rectifying switch (Q7). If a current change occurs on the secondary winding of the flyback transformer (10), the current transformer (30) detects the phase change and enables the switch controller (20) to switch off the synchronous rectifying switch (Q7). The current transformer (30) turns off the synchronous rectifying switch (Q7) anticipatorily in the continuous current output mode to prevent any power loss from crossovers.

Abstract: A wrench includes a handle, a head extended from the handle, and a drive member rotatably mounted in a compartment of the head. A cavity is defined in a web between the handle and the head and communicated with the compartment. A transverse hole is defined in the web and includes an inner end communicated with the cavity and an outer end communicated with outside. A pawl is slidably mounted in the cavity and includes a toothed side, an attachment side, and a pressing side. An elastic element includes a first end attached to the attachment side of the pawl and a second end attached to an anchor securely mounted in the transverse hole. The toothed side of the pawl is biased to engage with the drive member and the pressing side of the pawl is biased to press against a wall defining the cavity.

Abstract: A reliable new IC package structure comprises an IC package having a plurality fo grounding conductor plates provided around its surrounding, a first conductor plate for covering over the IC package has downwardly flexed edges at its both sides to form two lugs, and each grounding plate is upwardly camberred to wrap corresponding first conductor plates. A second conductor plate with similar shape to the first one for covering the former closely coupled first and grounding conductor plates, the both sides of the second conductor is also downwardly flexed to form two lugs. A press block having an inner cavity to shade the IC package, first and second conductor plates. Several elastic press bars are installed in said inner cavity and above grounding conductors.

Abstract: A mechanism includes two units for securing a transparent eye protector to a helmet having a recess at either side. Each unit comprises a bracket formed at one end of a frame of the eye protector. The bracket includes, at a free end thereof, an inner raised, round surface, radial first ridges on the raised, round surface, an outer recessed, round surface, and a central hole through the round surfaces. Separate snapping members include two lower, resilient latched pieces inserted into each recess for releasably securing to the helmet, radial second ridges at an upper, outer surface, and a central hole through the upper, outer surface. Bolts are driven through the central holes for fastening the snapping members and the brackets together. Pivoting of the ridges of the bracket about the ridges of the snapping member is done by pulling the eye protector up or down about the helmet.

Abstract: A pump includes a cylinder, a piston, a rod, a handle, a nozzle and a pressure gauge. The piston is received in a space extending through the cylinder. To pump, the piston is reciprocated in the cylinder. The rod is connected with the piston so that the piston is moved via operating the rod. The handle is connected with the rod for facilitating the operation of the rod. The nozzle is in communication with the cylinder. A pressure gauge can be engaged with and disengaged from the nozzle. A flow control unit is in communication with the nozzle for detachable engagement with the pressure gauge. The flow control unit provides an open position when engaged with the pressure gauge and a closed position when disengaged from the pressure gauge.

Abstract: A socket structure essentially including a socket with a press unit therein, the two sides of the press unit are respectively configured with a first recess and a second recess, and the first recess integrates with a ball, when the ball is placed in the first recess, it protrudes within the power jacks of the socket, when the plug has be plugged in the power jacks of the socket, the ball is made possible to engage with the hole of the electric conduction flake of the plug for fixing the plug without separating from the power jacks of the socket; when the user wants to unplug the plug, he can just press the press unit for making the ball out of the hole of the electric conduction flake of the plug and hide in the second recess, then unplug the plug from the power jacks.

Abstract: A lock includes an outside spindle, an outside hub for rotatably receiving the outside spindle, a cam received in the outside spindle, and a sleeve received in the cam and slidable along a longitudinal direction of the outside spindle. A lug is formed on an end of the cam and operably connected to the retractor. The sleeve includes a longitudinal slot having an enlarged section. A peg is mounted in the cam and received in the longitudinal slot of the sleeve. The sleeve is engaged with the outside spindle to turn therewith. When the locking bar is moved to a locking position, the peg is located in the enlarged section such that the sleeve and the outside spindle turn freely without causing rotation of the cam when the outside spindle is turned.

Abstract: A striking face of a golf club includes a rear face with varied thickness distribution. The rear face is divided into eight sections with an imaginary transverse line, a perpendicular line and two diagonal lines. The rear face has a joint position where the imaginary transverse line, perpendicular line and two diagonal lines join, and a joint where the rear face is adapted to engage with the golf club. The joint position has a maximum thickness, an inner peripheral edge of the joint engaging with the imaginary transverse line and the perpendicular line has a medium thickness and the inner peripheral edge of the joint engaging with the diagonal lines has a minimum thickness.

Abstract: A method for removing voids in a ceramic substrate includes steps of preparing a ceramic substrate and defining holes of different dimensions in the ceramic substrate, sputtering a titanium/copper film onto opposite sides of the ceramic substrate, chemical copper plating, forming a dry film onto the ceramic substrate, forming an image, plating copper leads, plating nickel and gold, removing the dry film, and etching titanium/copper.

Abstract: A working machine has a platform, a hood disposed on the platform, two lateral plates disposed on the platform and connected to the hood, a hollow interior confined by the hood and the lateral plates, and a safety door connected to the lateral plates. Each lateral plate has a semicircular frame. The hood has two arc plates, and two arc frames each communicating with the corresponding semicircular frame. The safety door has two oblong windows, two handles, a plurality of rollers disposed on two sides of the safety door, and a plurality of rolling bearings disposed on two sides of the safety door. The rollers and the rolling bearings move along the corresponding arc plate and the corresponding semicircular frame.

Abstract: A waterproof Christmas light bulb includes a connection tube formed on top of the socket and having a diameter smaller than a diameter of the socket so that a step is formed at a joint between the socket and the connection tube. A bulb is partially received in the connection tube. Two wires are oppositely formed on a side of the bulb, and a dividing plate is integrally formed on a bottom of the bulb. An O ring rests on and is supported by the step. An enclosure is securely connected to the connection tube by a securing device so that the O ring is securely clamped between the enclosure and the step of the socket to complete a waterproof engagement between the enclosure and the socket. A plug is received in the socket to have a waterproof engagement with the cables and the inner periphery of the hollow socket.

Abstract: A locking device includes a housing, a base, an electromagnetic sensor, a locking hook, a locking mechanism having a locking bolt and a linking member, and a key having a first end formed with a mechanical unlocking portion and a second end formed with an electromagnetic unlocking portion. Thus, the locking device can be opened by the mechanical unlocking portion of the key and the electromagnetic unlocking portion of the key, thereby enhancing the versatility of the locking device.

Abstract: A golf club includes a hollow conical middle tube having a first end provided with a head and a second end provided with a grip. The middle tube includes an upper rod and a lower rod. The golf club further comprises a connector mounted between the upper rod and the lower rod, so that the upper rod, the connector and the lower rod are combined to form a conical rod. Thus, the connector can absorb and eliminate the shock produced by the head rapidly and actually, thereby preventing the shock from being directly transmitted to the grip so as to protect the user's hand.
