    Abstract: A power converter with synchronous rectifying through the control of a current transformer is disclosed. The basic architecture of the power converter includes a flyback transformer (10), a switch controller (20) and a current transformer (30). The secondary winding of the flyback transformer (10) is connected to the primary winding of the current transformer (30) used to control the switch controller (20). The primary winding of the current transformer (30) is connected to a synchronous rectifying switch (Q7). If a current change occurs on the secondary winding of the flyback transformer (10), the current transformer (30) detects the phase change and enables the switch controller (20) to switch off the synchronous rectifying switch (Q7). The current transformer (30) turns off the synchronous rectifying switch (Q7) anticipatorily in the continuous current output mode to prevent any power loss from crossovers.

A cavity is defined in a web between the handle and the head and communicated with the compartment. A transverse hole is defined in the web and includes an inner end communicated with the cavity and an outer end communicated with outside. A pawl is slidably mounted in the cavity and includes a toothed side, an attachment side, and a pressing side. An elastic element includes a first end attached to the attachment side of the pawl and a second end attached to an anchor securely mounted in the transverse hole. The toothed side of the pawl is biased to engage with the drive member and the pressing side of the pawl is biased to press against a wall defining the cavity.

A second conductor plate with similar shape to the first one for covering the former closely coupled first and grounding conductor plates, the both sides of the second conductor is also downwardly flexed to form two lugs. A press block having an inner cavity to shade the IC package, first and second conductor plates. Several elastic press bars are installed in said inner cavity and above grounding conductors.

    Abstract: A mechanism includes two units for securing a transparent eye protector to a helmet having a recess at either side. Each unit comprises a bracket formed at one end of a frame of the eye protector. The bracket includes, at a free end thereof, an inner raised, round surface, radial first ridges on the raised, round surface, an outer recessed, round surface, and a central hole through the round surfaces. Separate snapping members include two lower, resilient latched pieces inserted into each recess for releasably securing to the helmet, radial second ridges at an upper, outer surface, and a central hole through the upper, outer surface. Bolts are driven through the central holes for fastening the snapping members and the brackets together. Pivoting of the ridges of the bracket about the ridges of the snapping member is done by pulling the eye protector up or down about the helmet.

The handle is connected with the rod for facilitating the operation of the rod. The nozzle is in communication with the cylinder. A pressure gauge can be engaged with and disengaged from the nozzle. A flow control unit is in communication with the nozzle for detachable engagement with the pressure gauge. The flow control unit provides an open position when engaged with the pressure gauge and a closed position when disengaged from the pressure gauge.

A peg is mounted in the cam and received in the longitudinal slot of the sleeve. The sleeve is engaged with the outside spindle to turn therewith. When the locking bar is moved to a locking position, the peg is located in the enlarged section such that the sleeve and the outside spindle turn freely without causing rotation of the cam when the outside spindle is turned.

A bulb is partially received in the connection tube. Two wires are oppositely formed on a side of the bulb, and a dividing plate is integrally formed on a bottom of the bulb. An O ring rests on and is supported by the step. An enclosure is securely connected to the connection tube by a securing device so that the O ring is securely clamped between the enclosure and the step of the socket to complete a waterproof engagement between the enclosure and the socket. A plug is received in the socket to have a waterproof engagement with the cables and the inner periphery of the hollow socket.
