A second hydraulic motor is mounted on the outer ring and drives the inner ring about a vertical axis. A seat is supported within the inner ring to support an operator and a video display unit and control stick are sued by the operator to control rotation of the rings and the image on the video display unit.

The video camera includes a video magnetic tape media for recording the images illuminated by the light source.
