Abstract: A plurality of burial crypts of identical configuration are arranged in a pre-excavated burial area in side by side relation, leveled with respect to one another by interconnecting adjustable means and the areas therebetween and thereover back filled whereby access can be obtained to any given crypt with a minimum of effort and whereby the crypt can be sold as a part of the cemetery plot with an improved utilization of the burial area.

Abstract: An adjustable dry pendent sprinkler for fire extinguishing sprinkler systems incorporates a heat fusible sprinkler head on an elongated telescopically adjustable device threadably engagable in a horizontal sprinkler main or the like and isolated therefrom by a frangible disc. The device contains a pair of telescopically engaged tubular members both of which are capable of longitudinal movement and one of which is held in a first position by the sprinkler head. A plurality of spheres are radially movable between oppositely disposed configurations of the tubular members so that fusing of the sprinkler head, opening the same, permits one of the tubular members to move into the area occupied by the sprinkler head thereby freeing the spheres to move radially and permit the other of the tubular members to be spring urged toward the frangible disc so as to cut the same and thereafter form a tubular passageway through the device for the delivery of fire extinguishing fluid therethrough.

Abstract: A cabbage coring tool has an elongated semi-triangular shaped blade which is cross sectionally arcuate with both of the longer edges being sharpened. An axially extending shank is joined to the blade midway of its widest section and a cross bar is affixed to the end of the shank to serve as a handle in rotating the tool and simultaneously moving it into a head of cabbage to remove the core therefrom.

Abstract: A hollow, vertically standing blade having a width substantially greater than its thickness is provided with raised chevron-like configurations on its wider surfaces to deflect light directed thereagainst. A plurality of such blades mounted in spaced relation in a row on a support in the mediun strip of a highway block light from the headlights of vehicles traveling in one direction with respect to vehicles traveling in the opposite direction.

Abstract: A pyramidal solar heater for a dwelling house or other building takes the form of a pyramidal structure formed of translucent plastic or like material having heat absorbing properties and includes a second pyramidal structure spaced inwardly thereof together with an air moving device for circulating air from the dwelling house or other building against the solar heated translucent plastic pyramidal device.

Abstract: A device has an elongated body member with pivoted fingers depending therefrom and notched on their opposite sides for positioning between and engaging with the warp strings of a tennis racket so that simultaneously tilting the fingers sidewardly raises and lowers the warp string alternately from a common plane to facilitate threading the transverse strings therethrough in stringing or restringing the tennis racket.

Abstract: A fire protection system for several zones of protection utilizes an expensive extinguishing agent and directs the extinguishing agent only to a zone in which a sensing device indicates the presence of a fire thus enabling the supply of the extinguishing agent to be delivered only to the fire zone and avoiding the necessity of charging the remainder of the system.
