Abstract: A water lubrication screw type air compressor includes a compressor, an air-loop system and a water-loop system. The water-loop system includes a water supply device, a first water-loop unit and a second water-loop unit. The water supply device includes a first water-treatment device to modify the water quality and provide purified water. The first water-loop unit includes a second water-treatment device to modify water quality and reduce the corrosion of metal components. The second water-loop unit includes a water filter to remove the impurities in water and maintain the purity of cycling water. Therefore, the water-loop system in the present disclosure includes multiple water-treatment devices and filters to maintain the water quality. The purified water ensures better cooling, lubrication and air proofing when injected into the compressor.

The two first screw rotors are meshingly engaged with each other. The two second screw rotors are meshingly engaged with each other. Two first screw rotors are arranged in the first chamber of the main body. Two second screw rotors are arranged in the second chamber of the main body. The driving module is arranged in the drive chamber of the main body. The first slide member can move relative to the two first screw rotors. The second slide member can move relative to the two second screw rotors. A fluid entering the main body exits after being compressed or expanded by the two first screw rotors and the two second screw rotors.

Abstract: A two-stage compressor includes a casing, a first compression mechanism and a second compression mechanism. The casing has a first compression chamber, a second compression chamber and an oil tank, wherein the first compression chamber communicates with the second compression chamber and the oil tank is located in the second compression chamber. The first compression mechanism is disposed in the first compression chamber. The second compression mechanism is disposed in the second compression chamber and the second compression mechanism corresponds to the oil tank. The first compression mechanism and the second compression mechanism consume different amounts of lubricant oil respectively.

Abstract: A screw expander includes a main body, at least an expansion screw and an adjusting component. The main body has a high pressure region, an expansion region and a low pressure region. The expansion screw is disposed at the expansion region and has an air inlet end and an air outlet end, wherein the air inlet end is connected to the high pressure region, and the air outlet end is connected to the low pressure region. The adjusting component covers the expansion screw, and is adapted to move relatively to the expansion screw to change an opening area of the air inlet end or an opening area of the air outlet end, such that a pressure of an air exhausted from the air outlet end is adjusted.

Abstract: A water lubrication air compression system disposes an lubricant heat dissipation system at a bearing chamber close to the high pressure end of the compressor for cooling and circulating lubricant due to the rise of temperature during operation of the compressor, hence enhancing the ability and stability of the compressor. On the other hand, a negative pressure system is connected to the air chambers between the oil lubrication and the water lubrication of the compressor in order to provide a negative pressure. If any leak of water vapor at the compressor chamber or oil vapor at the bearing chamber, the negative pressure system is able to produce a negative pressured condition toward the sealing structure so that the oil lubrication can be effectively isolated from the water lubrication and inter-contamination between the lubricant and water can be avoided.

Two blocks extend from the periphery of the body. The orbiting scroll is disposed to correspond to the fixed scroll and has a main body. Two protrusions extend from the periphery of the main body. The Oldham ring is sandwiched between the body of the fixed scroll and the main body of the orbiting scroll. The Oldham ring has a first surface provided with a pair of first troughs and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The second surface is provided with a pair of second troughs. Each protrusion is slidably connected in the first troughs. Each block is slidably connected in the second troughs. Thus, the wear of the Oldham ring can be reduced.

A sealing head is fixed onto an opening of the compressor and has a first-end opening, a second-end opening and a screw hole; the first-end opening has a first thread; a sealing cap is coupled to the second-end opening and includes a cover plate, a screw and a first positioning portion; the screw is screwed into the screw hole; an air filter is coupled to the first-end opening and includes a filter core and a filter cover; the filter cover has a second thread and a second positioning portion, and the second threads are engaged with the first threads, and the second positioning portion is positioned on the first positioning portion. When the air filter is rotated, the cover plate is moved with the filter cover to seal or leave the second-end opening.

The vibration absorbing washer absorbs vibration during swing, thereby enhancing assembling reliability of the weight.

Abstract: A heat treating method for a golf club head includes preparing a golf club head having at least one heat treating zone. A protrusion is provided on the heat treating zone. Heat treatment is carried out on the protrusion by a high-energy beam, and the protrusion is removed after the heat treatment. The properties of the material of the golf club head are improved without sacrificing appearance of the golf club head.

Abstract: A golf club head includes a golf club head body and a complex plate. The golf club head body includes an assembling opening to mount the complex plate. The complex plate includes a base plate and a protrusion structure which are made of different metal material. The upraised protrusion structure has a buffer structure formed therein. The complex plate has an outer (front) surface and an inner (rear) surface opposite to the outer surface. The protrusion structure is disposed on the inner surface of the complex plate. In assembling operation, the complex plate is received in the assembling opening of the golf club head body so as to constitute the golf club head.

A plurality of spaced spot welding points are provided along a joint area between the cover plate and the perimeter wall of the assembling opening. A brazing bonding portion is located between a pair of the spaced spot welding points adjacent to each other. The spot welding points and the brazing bonding portions securely fix the cover plate in the assembling opening to improve the bonding reliability.

The golf club head body includes a neck portion located at a heel-side portion, and a connecting portion formed on the neck portion. The complex hosel is constructed from a one-piece tubular member made from a two-layer or multi-layer complex substrate combined along a longitudinal direction such that the complex hosel has at least one first tubular, segmental wall and at least one second tubular, segmental wall that possess two different characteristics of vibrational absorbability and elastic deformability. The complex hosel can provide different vibrational absorbability and elastic deformability characteristics in different radial directions of the neck portion of the golf club head body when assembled.

The ribs intersect in the region of which the center of a circle is the geometric center of the non-striking surface and of which the diameter is 20 mm.
