Abstract: A golf club head comprising a striking plate, a shell together with the striking plate to form a main body, and a power zone disposed on the shell is provided. The power zone satisfies equations that (S/W)=4˜40 and ((d1+d2)/d1)=1.6˜6, wherein S is a distance from a center of the striking plate to an edge of the power zone, W is a width of the power zone, d1 is a thickness of the shell, and d2 is a thickness of the power zone. By forming the power zone on the main body, the coefficient of reaction of the golf club head can be enhanced. Moreover, the contact time between the golf ball and the striking plate as using the golf club head to hit the ball can be prolonged. Therefore, the effect of ball controlling and hitting is improved.

Abstract: A golf club head includes a body having at least one assembling hole in which a weight is engaged. The weight includes a head and a shank, and at least one engaging surface is provided on the weight for engaging with the assembling hole. At least one vibration absorbing section is partially formed on the engaging surface to provide enhanced vibration absorbing effect while providing various visual presentation.

Abstract: A golf club head includes a body, a weight, and a positioning resilient member. The body includes an engaging seat having a perimeter wall and a perimeter groove defined in the perimeter wall. The weight is mounted in the engaging seat, and includes a main body having a perimeter wall with a plurality of latching grooves corresponding to the perimeter groove of the engaging seat. The positioning resilient member is initially mounted in the perimeter groove of the engaging seat prior to receiving the weight. The positioning resilient member includes at least one engaging point pressing against a perimeter bottom wall of the perimeter groove. The positioning resilient member is further engaged in the latching grooves of the weight to thereby resiliently retain the weight in the engaging seat when assembled.

Abstract: A golf club head includes a striking plate, a golf club head body and a plurality of annular flexible portions. In assembling, the striking plate mechanically connects to a front side of the golf club head body. The golf club head body forms a crown portion, a sole portion, a toe portion, a heel portion and a side portion to constitute a body member. The annular flexible portions are provided on an inner surface of the golf club head body. Thereby, the annular flexible portions can increase an elastic deformation of the golf club head body.

Abstract: A golf club head comprising a main body and an adjustable weight mechanism disposed in the main body is provided. The adjustable weight mechanism comprises a tube, a weight component movably disposed in the tube, and a driving component connected between the tube and the weight component for adjusting the position of the weight component along the tube. By the adjustable weight mechanism in the golf club head, a real time adjustment of the center of gravity of the golf club head can be brought out to meet any using demands. The golf club head with the adjustable weight mechanism gives more convenience and flexibility in using.

Abstract: A golf club head includes a body and at least one transparent cover. The body includes a striking face for striking golf balls and a hosel for coupling with a shaft. The body includes a crown in which at least one opening is defined. A perimeter delimiting the opening includes a stepped portion. The transparent cover is securely mounted to the opening of the crown. The transparent cover is made of a transparent material having a specific gravity smaller than 1.5 g/cm3 for reducing a weight of the crown of the golf club head and for shifting a center of gravity of the golf club head downward and rearward.

Abstract: A manufacturing method for a hybrid one-piece design of a wax pattern of a golf club head includes the steps of: prefabricating a first wax pattern in a first molding assembly, the first wax pattern having a connecting portion; inserting the first wax pattern into a first mold cavity of a second molding assembly which has a configuration substantially corresponding to that of a first component of the golf club head; filling liquid wax into a second mold cavity of the second molding assembly which has a configuration substantially corresponding to that of a second component of the golf club head; and cooling the liquid wax in the second mold cavity to form a second wax pattern joined to the connecting portion of the first wax pattern.
