Abstract: Systems and methods are discussed for providing sensor enhanced safety, recovery, and activity evaluation systems. Sensors that monitor user activity and behavior are worn by a user and/or placed in the user environment. Data from the sensors are processed to obtain a safety, recovery, and/or activity evaluation. Based on the evaluation, recommendations or adjustments to the terms of an insurance policy covering the user, the user's employer, or a facility providing health care to the user, are generated, to accurately reflect the risks associated with the user, employer, and/or facility. In embodiments, an alert may be generated when a failure to conform with activity guidelines is detected.

Abstract: A computer server may receive an indication of a selected potential relationship and retrieve, from a use case configuration data store, an electronic record for that relationship. The first entity may then construct computer system configurations in accordance with use case parameters. The computer server may be used to evaluate the constructed computer system configurations, and an entity score result for the first entity may be stored into the use case configuration data store. The computer server may also retrieve, from a quality function deployment data store, an electronic record associated with the first entity and update a uniform scoring matrix by assigning weighted score values for the first entity in connection with a set of platform capabilities. An entity selection tool may be executed to automatically select a recommended entity based on the score results and scoring matrixes, and an indication of the recommended entity may be transmitted.

Abstract: A system to provide a risk relationship life event analytical modeling platform via a back-end application computer server of an enterprise. The system may include a risk relationship data store that contains electronic records representing potential risk relationships between the enterprise and a plurality of entities. Each record may include an electronic record identifier, at least one third-party indication associated with an upcoming life event, and a communication address. The server may determine a selected potential risk relationship and retrieve, from the risk relationship data store, the electronic record associated with the selected potential risk relationship. An analytical model may be executed based on the upcoming life event to generate a proactive notification including information based on the upcoming life event and data in the electronic record. The server may then automatically transmit information about the proactive notification to the communication address.

Abstract: An enterprise resource data store may contain electronic records, each electronic record representing an enterprise resource entry, and including, for each entry, an electronic record identifier and a set of enterprise values. A series query data store may contain electronic records, each electronic record representing a series query, and including, for each series query, an electronic record identifier and a set of pre-defined single query parameters. A back-end application computer server may receive, from a remote user device, a selected series query. The server may then retrieve, from the series query data store, information about a selected set of pre-defined single query parameters including comparison period data. In addition, the server may retrieve, from the enterprise resource data store, information about enterprise resource entries associated with the selected set and comparison period data. The server may then arrange to output an indication of step analysis results and analysis notes.

Abstract: The present system and method is directed to a process to facilitate trusted sources of information in an enterprise. The present system and method positions data governance to move away from the element level and focus on the data asset (i.e. repository, interface, subject) level. When data persons are having any issue with their data asset, whether it is a conflicting data asset, interface issues, competing data asset, new data asset build, data subject issue, or the like, a certifier may operate to assess the asset based on our well defined metrics, determine the health through the data asset scoring process, recommend asset services, and provide those services to the data owner who is ultimately responsible for implementing them to improve the data and the data processes.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, a selection server is in communication with a potential communication device database and a currently participating device database, the potential communication device database storing information about communication devices associated with a transition from a first state to a second state, including at least one communication address associated with each communication device. The selection server may automatically identify a communication device as meeting a pre-determined criteria and copy information about the identified communication device from the potential communication device database to the currently participating device database.

Abstract: A back-end application computer server may receive a request along with a descriptive term. A look-up process may be performed based on the descriptive term (and hidden terms) may establish a set of potential pre-determined descriptions. The user may select one of the potential descriptions, and a user identifier may be associated with the request. A series of dynamic information exchanges may then help assign a category to the user identifier. A partial set of initial request details may be received from a third-party device and the user may adjust and/or add details to create a complete set. A potential value may then be calculated for the request. An indication of the potential value may be transmitted to the user, and information about the user identifier may be transmitted to a user response terminal to facilitate communication between the user response terminal and the user.

Abstract: A data analytics system may include a first risk relationship data store containing electronic records that represent a plurality of risk relationships between the enterprise and a first risk relationship provider. Similarly, a second risk relationship data store containing electronic records that represent a plurality of risk relationships between the enterprise and a second risk relationship provider. A back-end application computer server may include a data mining engine that analyzes a set of electronic records in the first and second risk relationship data stores to identify flags corresponding to risk drivers. A predictive analytics engine may then calculate a risk score associated with the set of electronic records based on the associated entity attribute values and the identified flags corresponding to risk drivers. An insight platform may automatically generate a recommended action for the enterprise to lower the calculated risk score.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, an automated scoring analysis computer may access information in a historical data store, including sets of attribute values and prior results for a plurality of prior associations, to create a scoring model. An indication of a selected potential association from a potential association data store may be received, including a set of attribute values. The scoring analysis computer may then calculate a risk score for the selected potential association based on the scoring model. A front-end application computer server may automatically select a workflow path from a plurality of potential workflow paths.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, data may be received indicative of a plurality of insurance claims along with an indication of an appropriate claim segment classification for each insurance claim. A first claim handler may then be automatically selected for a first insurance claim based at least in part on: (i) a first segment classification associated with the first insurance claim, (ii) numbers of other insurance claims currently assigned to claim handlers, and (iii) load factors associated with claim handlers. An indication of the selected first claim handler may then be transmitted.

Abstract: System and methods may facilitate user guidance to risk relationship documents for an enterprise. A risk relationship document data store may contain a set of electronic data records, each electronic data record being associated with a risk relationship document and including a document identifier and a set of document metadata values. A document navigation computer may receive information from a user associated with the enterprise, and, based on the information received from the user and document metadata values, dynamically create a sub-set of the documents in the risk relationship data document data store. An interactive user interface display computer may provide indications associated with the documents in the dynamically created sub-set to the user via an interactive user interface and receive a selected document of the dynamically created sub-set. The user interface display computer may then, responsive to the selection, deliver the selected document to a remote user device.

Abstract: Some embodiments may facilitate software development and operations for an enterprise. A communication input port may receive information associated with a software continuous integration/deployment pipeline of the enterprise. An intelligent software agent platform, coupled to the communication input port, may listen for a trigger indication from the software continuous integration/deployment pipeline. Responsive to the trigger indication, the intelligent software agent platform may apply system configuration information and rule layer information to extract software log data and apply a machine learning model to the extracted software log data to generate a pipeline health check analysis report. The pipeline health check analysis report may include, for example, an automatically generated prediction associated with future operation of the software continuous integration/deployment pipeline.

Abstract: A risk relationship package data store may contain electronic records, each electronic record representing a risk relationship package between an enterprise and an entity, and including, for each package, an electronic record identifier and an overall attribute value. A computer server may transmit, to a remote device associated with the entity, a set of potential types of risk coverage based on information in an available type of risk coverage data store. The server may then receive an indication of a selected subset of the potential types of risk coverage and, based on the received indication and a pre-determined rule, generate a risk relationship package for the entity using a flexible structure framework. The server may calculate an overall attribute value for the package based on an attribute algorithm (such that at least one reduction to the overall attribute value is applied based on an amount associated with the selected subset).

Abstract: A multi-region risk relationship data store may contain electronic records representing a plurality of multi-region risk relationships and, for each multi-region risk relationship, an electronic record identifier and a set of multi-region attribute values including a plurality of hierarchical local risk relationship attribute values. A back-end application computer server may receive an indication of a selected risk relationship and display at least some of the associated multi-region attribute values. The server may receive adjustments to some of the multi-region or local risk-relationship attribute values, and displayed information may be automatically and dynamically configured based on the received adjustments and a standalone risk calculation unit. At least some local risk relationship attribute values may be replicated for multiple regions. When adjustments have been completed, the server may automatically assemble a multi-region risk relationship document.

Abstract: A system and method for processing and administering insurance policy premium discounts for mobile device disabling technology to promote safer driver is disclosed. An insurance policy premium discount is determined based on the level of disabling technology implemented by a user on a user's mobile device.

Abstract: A back-end application computer server may access a potential metadata entries data store containing a set of potential metadata entries, each entry including at least a data element name and a data element definition. A metadata collection system may be executed to automatically populate a metadata template based on the set of potential metadata entries. The system may update entries in the metadata template using a translation tool and validate the updated entries in the metadata template to ensure that required data elements are present. The system may also certify the validated entries load the set of certified metadata entries, including the certified data element names and certified data element definitions, into an enterprise metadata repository data store. Electronic messages may be exchanged to support at least one interactive user interface display associated with certification of the metadata template.

Abstract: In some embodiments, an input document is received at a tagging platform, via a communication device, and associates it with a tag request. The tagging platform automatically selects at least one electronic record associated with a first user from a user data store containing electronic records associated with users (each record including at least a user identifier and a user communication address). The input document and tag request are transmitted to the communication address associated with the first user, and a document tag is received from the first user. The tagging platform may then store the document tag in a document mining result database by adding an entry to the database identifying the received document tag and transmit an indication associated with the document mining result database to a plurality of risk applications.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatus, computer program code and means to improve dynamic data processing associated with one or more automated rating applications are provided. In some embodiments, an apparatus may include a communication device to receive a business type and a business location. The apparatus may also include a business owner's policy coverage or standalone general liability coverage platform to query a rating database, the query resulting in at least a first price for an entity. The apparatus may further include a professional liability coverage platform operating in parallel with a business owner's platform.

Abstract: Embodiments may monitor operation of a machine and provide feedback to maintain use within certain parameters. Mobile personal communication device sensors are each configured to monitor at least one machine parameter (speed, acceleration, location, etc.), generate a signal encapsulating the monitored machine parameter, and transmit the generated sensor signals to a control unit of the communication device. The control unit may receive the generated sensor signals, store the received signals, and selectively combine the received signals. The communication device also includes a transmitter coupled to the control unit capable of transmitting the combined signal. A transceiver remote from the machine may determine a current machine condition and compare that condition to received conditions from other machines. Feedback may then be provided to adjust operation of the machine based on the comparison. For example, an operator interface may provide audio and/or visual feedback to the operator of a vehicle.

Abstract: A system may receive a first resource allocation request (associated with a first company) from a first entity. The system may determine that the first request is not associated with a risk relationship and arrange for it to be processed via a claim servicing entity. Information about the first request may then be routed to a request handler device for processing and a communication with a first graphical indication may be generated. The system may also receive a second resource allocation request (associated with the first company) from a second entity and determine that it is to be processed via a risk. The system may then route information about the second request to a request handler device for processing and generate a communication with a second graphical indication. Note that the request handler device may be the same device that received the information about the first request.
