Abstract: A computer system is configured to, responsive to receipt of a data alert from a sensor technology incorporated in a structure, perform real time polling of remedial technology in the structure, receive remedial action monitoring data output by the sensor technology and indicative of whether a remedial action has been taken, and input the monitoring data alert and the remedial action monitoring data into a trained computerized neural network. The neural network is configured to determine and operational status of the sensor technology and whether the remedial action has been taken. The computer system outputs a notification identifying a current risk and a determination of whether the remedial action has deployed.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, an existing risk relationship data store may contain electronic records, each electronic record including a risk relationship identifier and a risk relationship characteristic for an existing risk relationship between the enterprise and an entity. A prediction platform may receive electronic records associated with a set of existing risk relationships along with an indication of a future adjustment to a parameter associated with the set of existing risk relationships. The prediction platform may then automatically calculate a projected future impact to a key metric for the set of existing risk relationships based on the future adjustment to the parameter. A rendering platform may receive the projected future impact to the key metric and present an interactive graphical user interface, including an indication of projected future impact, to an administrator.

Abstract: A computer system for selection of data records for forwarding includes one or more data storage devices storing data records including structured and unstructured data, and an analysis hardware server configured to, in cycles, determine sets of data records for predictive model review, extract words and phrases from the unstructured data, apply the predictive model to determine current-cycle scores for the data records of the set, assign the data records to groups in accordance with the current-cycle score, determine a velocity of change in group, and select data records for forwarding to an operation system based at least in part on the determined velocity of change in group.

Abstract: A segmentation platform is interposed between an intake server and remote user-accessible computers. The segmentation platform includes a model training computer processor configured to generate a predictive model for determining a segment corresponding to received data sets based upon claim segment rules and historical data sets stored in data storage devices. The segmentation platform may be configured to dynamically update workload data corresponding to a plurality of users, and responsive to that updating and based upon application of the predictive model, segment the received current data sets and transmit electronic claim files to respective remote user-accessible computing devices. The predictive model is continually adapted through activation of the model training component to update the predictive model with new current claim data sets.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, a selection server is in communication with a potential communication device database and a currently participating device database, the potential communication device database storing information about communication devices associated with a transition from a first state to a second state, including at least one communication address associated with each communication device. The selection server may automatically identify a communication device as meeting a pre-determined criteria and copy information about the identified communication device from the potential communication device database to the currently participating device database.

Abstract: According to some embodiments, a hail history storage device may store information periodically received from a remote third-party weather reporting service. A hail history score request associated with a geographic location and a date range may be received from a remote requester device. Responsive to the received hail history score request, a computer processor of a hail history server may automatically access information in the hail history storage device based on the geographic location and date range. Moreover, the computer processor may automatically evaluate accessed information to calculate a hail history score value. The computer processor may then transmit, to the remote requester device, historical hail evaluation data including the calculated hail history score value.

The back-end application computer server may retrieve electronic record layout information and utilize pre-determined logic associated with the plurality of linked tables, including logic that matches multiple pointers within a single pair of linked tables, to automatically insert accessed data into a customized electronic record in accordance with the electronic record layout information. Abstract: According to some embodiments, data may be received indicative of a plurality of insurance claims along with an indication of an appropriate claim segment classification for each insurance claim. A first claim handler may then be automatically selected for a first insurance claim based at least in part on: (i) a first segment classification associated with the first insurance claim, (ii) numbers of other insurance claims currently assigned to claim handlers, and (iii) load factors associated with claim handlers. Abstract: According to some embodiments, a risk monitoring data store may contain a set of electronic data records, with each electronic data record being associated with a stream of sensor data received via a communication network from a remote set of sensor systems located at a risk monitoring site. A risk analytics platform computer may receive information associated with the sensor data in substantially real-time and analyze the received sensor data, using at least one risk analytics algorithm, to detect an abnormal pattern associated with a predicted elevated level of risk at the risk monitoring site. The risk analytics platform computer may also automatically transmit a result of the analysis to a risk operations platform. The risk operations platform may then implement an active risk mitigation adjustment at the risk monitoring site responsive to the result of the analysis.
