    Abstract: A jack receptacle for a plug connector is configured with a receptacle profile having one or more keying features disposed on a removable bezel which correspond to complementary keying features formed on a plug connector. The jack receptacle with removable keyed bezel can be configured to allow only plug connectors with the corresponding keying features to mate therewith, while preventing plugs without the corresponding keying features from mating. These features can prevent non-certified devices from being plugged into a power-delivering data circuit, and also permit the keying of receptacles with removable bezels based on ratings for transmission of different power levels. Other embodiments of the keyed jack receptacle can be configured to allow both plug connectors with the corresponding keying features and plug connectors without the corresponding keying features from mating therewith. This provides a means to migrate specific circuits within the system to limited power usage.

    Abstract: A pin and sleeve device including a contact carrier with captive set screws is disclosed. In some embodiments, the pin and sleeve device includes a housing and a contact carrier. The contact carrier may include a plurality of contact openings each receiving a terminal, such as a pin or a contact sleeve. The contact carrier may include a tool opening or slot extending from an outer surface or perimeter thereof. The tool opening or slot being in communication with one of the contact openings and/or terminals. A set screw may be positioned within the contact openings, the set screw positioned directly adjacent a retainment wall defining an inner portion of the contact openings. The contact carrier may therefore reduce the likelihood that the set screw may be lost or dropped, as the retainment wall is configured to prevent the set screw from passing through or exiting the tool opening or slot.

The determined instruction may be provided to a second cloud service platform connected to the first cloud service platform. The first and second cloud service platforms may be connected to a device to be controlled based on the voice command. The cloud service platforms can adjust an operation of the device based on the determined instruction.

A method provides daylighting operation of a lighting system. An occupancy sensor can have Wi-Fi functionality to enable remote configuration of the sensor. A line voltage occupancy sensor can include an interface with low voltage devices. An occupancy sensor can include an integral interface to enable an external control system to override the sensor's normal logic under emergency conditions. An occupancy sensor can include an active temperature compensation feature. An occupancy sensor can also incorporate an automatically adjustable coverage area.

    Abstract: A fiber optic cassette includes structural features that maintain segregation between incoming and outgoing optical fibers. A dividing wall and a set of splice holders within the cassette together define two separate chambers within the cassette. Cable entry openings on the rear end of the cassette are configured to receive fiber optic cables into the rear chamber defined by the dividing wall and the splice holders. The front chamber is configured to hold patching fibers that interface with fiber optic adapters on the front of the cassette. The patching fibers and incoming optical fibers can be spliced as needed, and the splices held in place by the splice holders. This arrangement ensures that the incoming optical fibers from the fiber optic cable and the patching fibers remain segregated, such that the splice points are the only points of contact between the two sets of fibers.

The room controller being configured to interpret the occupancy and light sensing information and make decisions thereon, while the network coordinator can rank the lighting fixtures according to a determined signal strength. The network coordinator can command each of the lighting fixtures to illuminate, and based on an observation of the lighting fixture, a determination is made about whether the lighting fixture is located in a particular room. The network coordinator can also include a third transceiver for receiving wireless commands from a remote device.

The provided signals can be representative of an input electrical parameter of the power and communication link. The microcontroller is programmed to compare the signals representative of the input electrical parameter against a predetermined value, and command operation of the LED driver chip based on the comparison.

One side of the duplex connector can be marked with “A” and “B” labels corresponding to the receive and transmit connectors, respectively. Thus, a user can readily identify whether the connector is configured for “A-B” polarity or “A-A” polarity.
