Abstract: An axial fan wheel, in particular for the radiator of a motor vehicle engine, is described. The axial fan wheel includes a crown ring having a multiplicity of rotor blades, a hub having an inner ring which is connected or connectable to a drive shaft, and having, for the purpose of torque transmission, connection surfaces along an outer periphery of the hub which are connected to the inner ring and to the crown ring. The hub has through-passages between the inner ring and the outer periphery. At least one element, arranged rotationally fixedly on the axial fan wheel inside the crown ring, is designed to maintain a pressure difference in the axial direction when the axial fan wheel rotates.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a variable valve drive, in particular with a sliding cam system, for an internal combustion engine. The variable valve drive has a shaft and a cam carrier which is arranged rotationally conjointly and axially displaceably on the shaft and which has a first cam and a second cam. The variable valve drive has an actuator device for axially displacing the cam carrier, and has a carrying device which at least partially engages around a lever axle of a force transmission device and carries the actuator device. The variable valve drive can offer the advantage that an arrangement of the actuator device which is expedient in terms of structural space is made possible in the region of the lever axle. At the same time, support of the actuator device by means of the carrying device on the lever axle can stiffen the flexible lever axle by means of the engaging-around configuration.
Abstract: An expansion tank for the coolant of a fluid-cooled machine, in particular a machine-operated water-borne vehicle or a truck includes at least one inlet connection arranged in the lower region of the expansion tank, and an outlet connection for connection of the expansion tank to a cooling circuit of an internal combustion engine. A filler nozzle is arranged in the upper region of the expansion tank and has a lower edge spaced from an expansion tank cover to limit the fill level. At least one valve seals the filler nozzle for filling the expansion tank and protects the cooling system from over-pressure. Furthermore, an air volume in the expansion tank, which remains on maximum filling of the expansion tank with coolant, can be adjusted.
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a variable valve drive, in particular with a sliding cam system, for an internal combustion engine. The variable valve drive has a cam carrier which has a first and second cam and a first, second, and third engagement track. A first actuator is designed to engage into the first engagement track in order to displace the cam carrier in a first axial direction. A second actuator is designed to engage into the second engagement track in order to displace the cam carrier in a second axial direction which is opposite to the first axial direction, and to engage into the third engagement track in order to displace the cam carrier in the first axial direction. The variable valve drive can have the advantage that, even in the event of a failure of the first actuator, a displacement of the cam carrier that is normally effected by means of the first actuator is possible by means of the second actuator.

Abstract: A pipe connection arrangement for connecting two pipe ends arranged in an exhaust line of a combustion engine, the two pipe ends being aligned axially with respect to one another and/or are spaced apart and, on the outer circumferential surface thereof, each have a raised spherical segment in a ring shape. The spherical segments are accommodated in a connecting pipe which surrounds the pipe ends in an overlapping section such that the circumference of the raised spherical segments rests radially on an inner wall of the connecting pipe in a spherical-segment contact region.
Abstract: A housing for a crankshaft starter generator is designed so as to be divisible and/or a crankshaft starter generator without a housing and with a stator is designed so as to be divisible.
Abstract: A vehicle seat, in particular a passenger seat for a bus, includes a seat member with a seat upholstery carrier and seat upholstery, which is rigidly arranged on the seat upholstery carrier; the vehicle seat also includes a backrest with a back upholstery carrier and back upholstery, which is rigidly arranged on the back upholstery carrier; and a support structure for receiving forces which act on the vehicle seat. The support structure is constructed as a rigid carrier frame arranged at the peripheral side outside the seat member and the backrest and which is connected to the seat upholstery carrier and the back upholstery carrier. The carrier frame has carrier rails which are arranged in pairs and which extend along opposing lateral edges of the seat member and the backrest.
