Abstract: A stand assembly for holding handheld electronic devices in a multitude of positions or locations having a first section with a curved end magnetically attached to second section having and indented surface. The first section also attaches to a surface, the second section either is contiguous with a portable electronic device, a carrying case, or other item; or has a means to attach to another surface. A high-friction elastomeric material, or similar friction producing material, helps to secure the first and second sections together, or the second section against another flat magnetic surface.

Abstract: A carabiner apparatus includes a carabiner body, the carabiner body having a first portion and a second portion, the first and second portion defined by a G-arm, the first portion including a carabiner opening, the G-arm adjacent to the carabiner opening. The carabiner further includes a first gate, the first gate oriented to close and open the carabiner opening. The carabiner further includes a second gate, the second gate extending from the G-arm to a portion of the carabiner body, the second gate when closed separating the first portion of the carabiner body from the second portion of the carabiner body.

Abstract: A mobile device connection apparatus, method and system is disclosed which allows a user to physically connect or tether, without the use of adhesive, a mobile device with a case to a user, surface, or structure. The mobile device connection apparatus comprises multiple layers of materials to create a connection point for mobile devices, such as mobile phones, which is compatible with devices with a case, reusable, and robust and prevents mobile devices from being damaged, lost, and stolen. Further the mobile device connection apparatus allows a user to interact with their phone in new ways.

Abstract: A tensioning device includes a first slot located on a first end of the tensioning device, the first slot being closed on all four sides. The tensioning device further includes a second slot and a third slot, the third slot located on a second end of the tensioning device, the second end opposite the first end, the second slot located between the first and third slot, the second and the third slot being having an open side on one of four sides and closed on three of four sides. The tensioning device further includes a lever arm, the lever arm located on the second end of the tensioning device.

Abstract: A system for holding an electronic device includes a body portion, the body portion having a surface. The system further includes a first gripping plate and a second gripping plate, each of the first and second holding pieces including a holding surface approximately perpendicular to the surface. The system further includes a first and second arm interconnected with the first and second gripping plate such that the first and second arm are rotationally movable and the first and second gripping plate are linearly moveable, the first and second gripping plate spring driven to move together, the first and second gripping plate configured to move apart when the first and second arm are moved together, the first and second gripping plate being complementarily shaped to hold the electronic device.

Abstract: A multifunction money clip includes a first plate and a second plate connected to the first plate via a plurality of connectors at the corners of the first and second plate, the first and second plate forming an internal area. The multifunction money clip further includes a plurality of tools each rotationally connected to the first and second plate via one of the plurality of connectors, the plurality of tools located in the internal area when retracted. The multifunction money clip further includes a double clip located on the first plate, a first portion of the double clip opening in a first direction and configured to trap items between the first plate and the clip and a second portion of the double clip opening in a second direction, opposite the first direction, and configured to trap items between the second clip portion and the first clip portion. A small clip is included opposite the double clip to attach to a pocket.

Abstract: An adjustable securement device which retains and secures items of personal property without slippage. The device includes an elastic band, an at least one sliding cinch, and a lanyard attachment mechanism. The elastic band is used to firmly secure and hold the item. The sliding cinch includes a constricting body and a strap-receiving hole. The strap-receiving hole traverses through the constricting body. The elastic band is slidably positioned within the strap-receiving hole to position the body of the elastic band adjacent to itself in order to create two separate loops. The first loop is positioned around the item and constricted tightly by sliding the sliding cinch adjacent to the item, thus securing and holding the item. The second loop is used to attach the lanyard attachment mechanism to the elastic band. The lanyard attachment mechanism is coupled to the elastic band and allows the device to attach to external structures.
