Abstract: A stand assembly for holding handheld electronic devices in a multitude of positions or locations having a first section with a curved end magnetically attached to second section having and indented surface. The first section also attaches to a surface, the second section either is contiguous with a portable electronic device, a carrying case, or other item; or has a means to attach to another surface. A high-friction elastomeric material, or similar friction producing material, helps to secure the first and second sections together, or the second section against another flat magnetic surface.
Abstract: A mobile device connection apparatus, method and system is disclosed which allows a user to physically connect or tether, without the use of adhesive, a mobile device with a case to a user, surface, or structure. The mobile device connection apparatus comprises multiple layers of materials to create a connection point for mobile devices, such as mobile phones, which is compatible with devices with a case, reusable, and robust and prevents mobile devices from being damaged, lost, and stolen. Further the mobile device connection apparatus allows a user to interact with their phone in new ways.

Abstract: A key ring includes a body having an upper ring and a lower ring, the upper ring having a closable opening. The upper ring and the lower ring are separated by a pinch point. The pinch point includes a first and second side of the body, the first and second sides of the body in very close proximity at the pinch point, such that a key sliding along the lower ring of the body may not easily pass the pinch point to the upper ring.
Abstract: A multitool includes a carabineer gate. The multitool further includes a body portion. The body portion includes a carabineer portion, the carabineer portion including a hook portion and apertures for receiving the carabineer gate. The body portion further includes a wrench portion, the wrench portion located in a portion of the carabineer portion, the wrench portion including a first aperture sized to receive a nut. The body portion further includes a screwdriver portion and a bottle opener portion.
Abstract: A carabiner apparatus includes a first carabiner portion and a second carabiner portion. The carabiner apparatus further includes a first piece of magnetic material attached to the first carabiner portion. The carabiner apparatus further includes a second piece of magnetic material attached to the second carabiner portion, the first piece and second piece of magnetic material attracted to each other and releasably holding the first carabiner portion and the second carabiner portion together at an angle.
Abstract: A system for holding an electronic device includes a body portion, the body portion having a flat surface. The system further includes a first holding piece and a second holding piece, each of the first and second holding pieces including a holding surface approximately perpendicular to the flat surface. The system further includes an arm interconnected with the first holding piece, the arm extending into an aperture in the body portion, the body portion including a mechanism for holding the arm in a first fixed position such that there is a first distance between the first and second holding pieces, the mechanism further providing for orientation of the arm in a second fixed position such that there is a second distance between the first and second holding pieces, the second distance less than the first, the first and second holding pieces being complementarily shaped to hold the electronic device.
Abstract: A tensioning device includes a first slot located on a first end of the tensioning device, the first slot being closed on all four sides. The tensioning device further includes a second slot and a third slot, the third slot located on a second end of the tensioning device, the second end opposite the first end, the second slot located between the first and third slot, the second and the third slot being having an open side on one of four sides and closed on three of four sides. The tensioning device further includes a lever arm, the lever arm located on the second end of the tensioning device.
Abstract: A tool and wallet system includes a planar body portion, the planar body portion approximately the size of a standard credit card, and a strap, the strap wrapped around the planar body portion, the strap taut to the planar body portion due to elasticity in the strap. The tool and wallet system includes numerous tools.
Abstract: A light-up object includes a rubberized outer body; a plug in a cavity of the outer body; and a lighting device located in the plug. The light-up object further includes a first inner capsule piece, the first inner capsule piece located in the plug, and a second inner capsule piece located in the cavity of the outer body, the second inner capsule piece shaped to engage with the first inner capsule piece. The first and second inner capsules are threaded to fit together. The outer body includes grooves, running around multiple circumferences of the outer body. The outer body has a size of approximately a baseball; the outer body is shaped approximately like a sphere; and the grooves are at least 5 mm deep in the outer body.
Abstract: An organizing device with rubberized twist ties. The organizing device includes a body piece and a back piece designed such that the back piece fits into the body piece to form an enclosed unit. The back piece can be fitted with various attachment devices, such as a suction cup or a magnet, for mounting the organizing device to different types of surfaces. The organizing device further includes small rubberized twist ties, threaded through the body piece, which can be used for hanging or securing small items from or securing items to the device.
