Abstract: A history management apparatus that includes: a control unit and a storage unit that stores a history management program that, when executed by the control unit, causes the history management apparatus to perform actions including: acquiring a plurality of fragment data sets, an action of a contact center to a call, and an execution time of the action; generating a plurality of historical data sets indicating a history of response states to a respective plurality of calls and, for each call of the plurality of calls, determining a sequence of response states and duration of each of the sequence of response states; generating a first display image indicating the history of response states for one or more calls from the plurality of calls at the position of a corresponding time within a region indicating a designated time slot based on the historical data sets; and causing the display image to be displayed on a display unit.
Abstract: A history management apparatus that includes: a control unit; and a storage unit that stores a history management program that, when executed by the control unit, causes the history management apparatus to perform actions including: acquiring a plurality of fragment data sets, an action of a contact center to a call, and an execution time of the action; generating a plurality of historical data sets indicating a history of response states to a respective plurality of calls and, for each call of the plurality of calls, determining a sequence of response states and duration of each of the sequence of response states; generating a display image indicating the history of response states for a selected call from the plurality of calls based on the historical data set for the selected call; and causing the display image to be displayed on a display unit.
Abstract: A display controller 1 displays each of a sequence of a plurality of card images 81 to 87 to move in a first direction, and to move back and forth in a second direction, in accordance with scroll operation type. The display controller 1 determines a superposition order of displaying each of the sequence of the plurality of card images 81 to 87 in accordance with displacement of a display position of each of the sequence of the plurality of card images 81 to 87 in the second direction, and displays each of the sequence of the plurality of card images to be superposed in the order, on a display unit 17.
Abstract: A seating arrangement designing apparatus includes: a seating arrangement condition table that stores an attribute score indicating intensity of an attribute different for each position regarding a seating arrangement condition, in a data structure of contour lines; a staff condition table that stores tolerance in terms of the attribute of each of staff members; a point calculation unit that calculates a tolerance point indicating a degree of suitability of a certain seat arranged for any of the staff members, based on the attribute score and the tolerance, in a case of planning the seat to be arranged for the staff member; and a seating arrangement determination unit that determines seating arrangement, such that a total sum of the tolerance points for all the staff members satisfies a predetermined condition.
Abstract: An audio recording apparatus that includes: an acquisition part that acquires a fragment data set indicating an action of a switchboard to a call, and an execution time of the action; a history generation part that generates a historical data set indicating a history of response states of an agent to one call, from a plurality of fragment data sets acquired; a talking storage part that stores audio recording data of talking of the agent; a display control part that causes a link display image to be displayed on a display unit, the link display image indicating a link to the corresponding audio recording data, in association with historical display of response states of the agent, based on the historical data set; and a replaying part that replays the audio recording data, when the link display image is selected.
Abstract: A display apparatus includes: a location acquisition unit that acquires an image location designated by an operation of the user in the planar image of the user symbol; a direction setting unit that specifies an area to which the image location of the user symbol belongs from among a plurality of areas into which the planar image is divided and with which a predetermined direction is associated in advance, respectively, and sets, as a direction of eyes of the user, a direction that is associated in advance with the area specified; and a display control unit that displays the planar image in which the seat symbols and the user symbol are arranged in such a way of being associated with a seat layout in a room visually recognized when the user views in the direction of eyes.
