Abstract: A presentation service generates an audience interface for an electronic presentation. The audience interface may simulate an in-person presentation, including features such as a central presenter and seat locations for audience members. The audience members may select emotes which may be displayed in the audience interface. The emotes may indicate the audience members' opinion of the content being presented. The presentation service may enable chats between multiple audience members, grouping of audience members private rooms, and other virtual simulations of functions corresponding to in-person presentations.

Abstract: An audio output method and a system including first and second electronic devices and an audio output device. The first and second devices are connected to a network using a system authentication account, the first device has installed thereon a music application, and the second device has installed thereon a voice call application. When the audio output device outputs an audio signal corresponding to audio data of the music application, in response to the second electronic receiving an incoming call from the voice call application, the first device displays a first prompt corresponding to the incoming call. The first device sends an indication of answering the incoming call to the second device, which answers the incoming call and sends audio data of the incoming call to the first device, and the first device causes the audio output device to output an audio signal corresponding to the audio data of the incoming call.

A method for handling an abnormal video call can include receiving a measurement configuration message sent by a network device during the video call in a current cell of a first network, determining data reception during the video call and determining a signal quality parameter of the current cell, and not reporting a B1 event in response to the data reception meeting a first condition and the signal quality parameter meeting a second condition.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described for replacing image data from a virtual machine with local image data, such as for a video application. In some aspects, a method for replacing image data in a video application may include obtaining first image data from a camera connected to the user device and transmitting the first image data to a virtual machine that executes the video application. The user device may receive a video application image from the virtual machine that includes an indication that identifies the first image data. The user device may identify the first image data in the video application image based on the indication and replace it with second image data obtained from the camera device to produce a modified video application image. The client device may render the modified video application image in a virtual computing environment displayed on the user device.

Abstract: In a method for monitoring or tracking between mobile devices of a same group, mobile devices broadcast messages in broadcast mode over a radio interface in compliance with a short-range digital communication protocol. The messages can be received by all other mobile devices in the vicinity and can communicate according to the protocol. The messages include encrypted data encrypted using at least one identifier of the emitter device and a seed intended for single use or having a short period of validity. The encrypted data can only be decrypted by a limited group of devices. The mobile devices receive messages broadcast by other devices and decrypt the messages intended for a group to which they belong. If the protocol provides that the message includes an address field of the emitter device, this field is filled with a randomised address intended for single use or having a short period of use.

Abstract: Disclosed here is a method to determine a user intent when a user device initiates an interactive voice response (IVR) call with a wireless telecommunication network. A processor can detect the IVR call initiated with the network and determine whether the user device is a member of the network. Upon determining that the user device is a member of the network, the processor can obtain user history including interaction history between the user and the network. Based on the user history, the processor can predict the user intent when the user initiates the IVR call. The processor can detect whether user device is a 5G capable device. Upon the determining that the device is 5G capable and based on the predicted user intent, the processor can suggest to the user an application configured to execute on the user device and configured to address the predicted user intent.

Abstract: Video processing devices, systems and methods are disclosed. A control device, a capture device, and at least one cooperation application are provided. The cooperation application configures the capture device and control device to communicatively pair for cooperation with one another to perform a video processing operation. The cooperation application determines a split of video processing tasks between the capture device and the control device. Abstract: A multi-modal portal system provides an authorization prior to establishing a visual interface connection between a support user or caller and a client user or receiving party. Once the caller is authorized, the caller is permitted to drop-in such that a visual interface connection is established with the receiving party. The authorization can be based on a profile configuration that indicates whether the caller has the credentials required for the visual interface. The authorization can require that a notification be sent to a trusted user or primary contact or the caller can be associated with a profile configuration that allows for a pre-authorization without requiring the notification. Also, a schedule associated with the profile configuration can ensure a video notification of one or more scheduling parameters to the client user as well as the receipt of a video response from the client user.

Abstract: As a user interacts with a voice application, a history of the prompts played to the user and the users responses are displayed to the user. The displayed prompts and displayed responses could be summaries of the prompts and responses, or they could be full transcriptions of the prompts and responses. A user may be able to select a prompt or response in the history to return to a certain point in the voice application. It may be possible for a user to save a history of the interactions that occurred when a voice application was performed, and to recall the history to continue on from a selected location in the history.

Abstract: A controller for calibrating a videoconferencing system is disclosed. The system includes a first codec connected to a second codec through a videoconferencing connection. The controller includes an output in communication with the first codec for controlling the first codec to transmit a videoconferencing signal to the second codec through the videoconferencing connection, and an input for receiving a calibration adjustment value from another controller over a network, where the other controller is in communication with the second codec. The system monitors communications between participants of a primary conference to determine if a) participants have a disagreement that needs to be resolved or b) if a topic from the meeting agenda requires additional time for discussion. Participant language, including negations and repetitive word usage, job profiles, body language, overlapping voice signals, among other factors, are monitored to determine if a disagreement exists. If a disagreement exists or additional time is required, the system automatically creates a virtual breakout session, determines the topic that created the disagreement, determines participants associated with the disagreed topic, and moves them to the breakout session.
