Abstract: A processing system having at least one processor may establish a communication session between a first communication system of a first user and a second communication system of a second user, the communication session including first video content of a first physical environment of the first user and second video content of a second physical environment of the second user, determine a first visualization action for a first physical object in the first physical environment in accordance with a first configuration setting of the first user for the communication session, obtain the first video content from a first camera of the first communication system, detect the first physical object in the first video content, and perform the first visualization action to modify the first video content. The processing system may then transmit first visualization information including the first video content that is modified to the second communication system.

Abstract: The technology disclosed herein enables user notifications via a light emitter associated with a video camera. In a particular embodiment, a method provides exchanging video user communications on the video communication session between a first endpoint operated by a first user and a second endpoint operated by a second user. The method further includes receiving video of the first user for inclusion in the video user communications using a video camera for the first endpoint and monitoring first behavior of the first user during the video communication session to determine whether the first behavior satisfies a notification criterion. In response to determining that the first behavior satisfies the notification criterion, the method includes directing a light emitter associated with the video camera to present a visual notification to the first user.

Abstract: A system and method for delivering a message to a user makes use of a voice applications agent that is located, at least in part, on the user's local device, the voice applications agent being configured to perform a voice application in order to deliver the message to the user. The voice application comprises a set of instructions about how to interact with the user. Performing the voice application on the user's local device comprises the voice applications agent following the set of instructions that comprise the voice application in order to interact with the user.

Abstract: A method for edge network authentication and access, implemented by an edge server, including receiving user equipment (UE) information from an application client executed on a UE to establish a connection between the edge server and the UE, verifying whether the UE has authorization to the local access point name (APN) based on the UE information, generating a session key when the UE has authorization to the local APN, sending the session key to the UE, receiving a request to access content of an application on a content server from the UE, decrypting the information to obtain a key, comparing the key with the application key to validate the UE, verifying identifiers of the UE when the UE is valid, identifying the application on the content server to obtain the content based on the request, encrypting and sending a session identifier to the UE based on a new application key.

Abstract: A presentation service generates an audience interface for an electronic presentation. The audience interface may simulate an in-person presentation, including features such as a central presenter and seat locations for audience members. The audience members may select emotes which may be displayed in the audience interface. The emotes may indicate the audience members' opinion of the content being presented. The presentation service may enable chats between multiple audience members, grouping of audience members private rooms, and other virtual simulations of functions corresponding to in-person presentations.

Abstract: A system and method for causing a voice application to be performed on one or more user local devices utilizes a distributed voice application execution system architecture. The distributed voice application execution system architecture allows a voice applications agent on a user's local device to obtain a rendered voice application from a remote voice application rendering agent. The voice applications agent on the user's local device can then perform the voice application for the user.

Abstract: Systems and methods for multi-attendee video conferencing are described. A system can convert from huddle video conference mode to spatial video conference mode. In particular, by assigning user roles, specific users can have greater control of the video conference as compared to other users. For instance, moderators may have a greater level of control of the video conferencing system. Thus, in example implementations of the present disclosure, specific users can affect transition between two or more video conferencing modes, such as between a huddle video conference mode and a spatial video conference mode.

Abstract: An example operation may include one or more of receiving audio files from public safety answering points (PSAPs), the audio files comprising recordings of telephone calls captured via the PSAPs, converting, via a speech-to-text converter, the audio files into text files that comprises respective transcripts of the respective telephone calls, identifying, via a reporting engine, a recurring topic that is repeatedly observed among the PSAPs from text content within the text files, and outputting, via the reporting engine, a descriptive identifier of the recurring topic via a user interface.

Abstract: Connecting agent to customers is the cornerstone of contact center operations. When a customer is connected to an agent for real-time communications (e.g., voice), they can be particular sensitive to any delay, such as the delay to establish a media channel between the agent's endpoint and the customer's device. By establishing a media channel between the agent's device and a server having initially received the communication, the communication may be attached to the existing media channel without requiring the time and resources otherwise necessary to establish the media channel. Additionally, if a problem or failure occurs, a server utilized for the connection may seek to establish the media channel with a second network, such as a telephone network, or a second agent endpoint or endpoint component.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a computer system, method, and computer-readable medium for a computer processor to detect, prevent and counter potentially fraudulent communications by proactively monitoring communications and performing multi-step analysis to detect fraudsters and alert communication recipients. The present disclosure may implement artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms to identify fraudulent communications. The AI model may be trained by real world examples to become more efficient.

Abstract: One example method of operation may include collecting call metric data over a predefined period of time for identified calls, querying the call metric data to identify whether one or more call filtering criteria parameters require changes, determining one or more call filtering criteria parameters require changes based on a deviation from one or more expected call metric data values included in the call metric data, modifying one or more of the call filtering criteria parameters, and updating an active call scam model stored on a call processing server based on the one or more call filtering parameters.

The effect of these focused groups is the virtual equivalent of being in the same physical room as all users while having separate conversations in different areas of the room. Abstract: A first UE receives a first Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) INVITE message requesting the first UE to place the RTT call on hold, during an ongoing Real-Time Text (RTT) call with a second UE. In response to the first SIP INVITE message, the first UE sends a first SIP 200 OK message to the second UE, and the first SIP 200 OK message indicates that the first UE is not allowed to send and receive media data. After sending the first SIP 200 OK message, the first UE receives a second SIP INVITE message requesting the first UE to resume the RTT call. In response to the second SIP INVITE message, the first UE sends a third SIP INVITE message to the second UE, and the third SIP INVITE message indicates that the first UE is allowed to send and receive media data.

Abstract: A distributed voice applications system includes a voice applications rendering agent and at least one voice applications agent that is configured to provide voice applications to an individual user. A management system may control and direct the voice applications rendering agent to create voice applications that are personalized for individual users based on user characteristics, information about the environment in which the voice applications will be performed, prior user interactions and other information.
