Abstract: The disclosure relates to a communication method and a system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. The disclosure relates to apparatuses and methods for detecting a specific service through a network data analytics function (NWDAF) in a mobile communication system and analyzing a characteristic related to the service.

Abstract: Techniques for implementing an infrastructure orchestration service are described. In certain embodiments, a cloud infrastructure orchestration system (CIOS) is disclosed that generates customized flock configurations for services to be deployed to different regions supported by the CIOS. The CIOS receives generic configuration information describing a set of infrastructure assets associated with a service and identifies first portions of the generic configuration information for deploying the set of infrastructure assets associated with the service that are configurable. The CIOS receives region configuration information for configuring the generic configuration information and updates the generic configuration information based on the region configuration information. The CIOS then transmits the updated configuration information to set of regions managed by the CIOS.

Abstract: In a method for managing and distributing content in a plurality of observation platforms, a message is generated with employment related content at a cloud based component of a content distribution manager in response to user interaction via an interface of the content distribution manager presented on a computer system. Responsive to the user interactions and to interactions of third party software via an application program interface with the cloud based component, delivery of the message is scheduled and a plurality of specified devices belonging to a specified class of employees are specified for delivery in a plurality of observation platforms at a designated time and location via the cloud based component. The message is delivered and the delivery and response to the message are measured to the plurality of observation platforms which relay the message to the plurality of specified devices at the designated time and the designated location.

Abstract: Systems and methods described herein provide a network tool that discovers device configurations for selected enterprise sites and automatically organizes the data to assist users, so they can build intents for network function policies in enterprise networks. An intent builder performs device discovery of network function (NF) instances in a customer network; retrieves configuration elements from the NF instances; normalizes the configuration elements; and generates a graphical user interface with rule paths based on the configuration elements. The network device receives, via the graphical user interface, user input to map source Internet protocol (IP) addresses in the rule paths to a user label and to map destination IP address in the rule paths to an application label. Based on the user input, the network device presents, via the graphical user interface, consolidated intents and generates vendor-agnostic policy rules from the consolidated intents.

Abstract: A system includes a processing device and memory device configured to receive a widget insertion request associated with an email message. The processing device is further configured to customize one or more options of the widget based on one or more user selections. The processing device can also insert the widget into a body of the email message. The widget provides one or more interactive services to a recipient of the email message based on the one or more options. The processing device is configured to send the email message with the widget to the recipient to allow the recipient to interact with the widget upon receiving the email message.

Abstract: A system can receive a request for a transport service from a first device. The request can include a user identifier associated with a first user of the first device, contact information associated with a second user, and a pickup location information. The system can make a determination whether a user account associated with the second user is stored in a user database using the contact information in the request. Based on the determination, the system can select a messaging protocol to transmit data to a second device associated with the contact information. The system can transmit a message corresponding to the transport service to the second device using the selected messaging protocol.

In an example, based at least in part on a determination, by the communication platform, that a user of the communication platform is permitted to access one or more snippets of content provided by one or more other users of the communication platform, causing one or more user interface elements associated with the one or more snippets of content to be presented via a user interface of a user computing device of the user. The communication platform can receive, from the user computing device, a request to view a snippet of content of the one or more snippets of content and can cause the snippet of content to be presented by the user computing device via the user interface associated with the communication platform.

Abstract: Facilitating separation of intended and non-intended browsing traffic in browsing history advanced networks (e.g., 4G, 5G, and beyond) is provided herein. Operations of a system can comprise determining respective contradiction values for second-level domains of a group of second-level domains in observed browsing history traffic. The operations can also comprise separating intended network traffic from non-intended network traffic based on the respective contradiction values. The respective contradiction values can indicate levels of inconsistency between the observed browsing history traffic and a determined popularity ranking.

Abstract: Method and system for determining a status of an application previously installed on a mobile device of a user are disclosed. For example, the method includes determining that an application has been installed on a mobile device of a user, determining whether the sensor data is received from the application at least once during a predetermined time interval, determining that the application does not work properly on the mobile device of the user in response to the sensor data being not received at least once during the predetermined time interval, and transmitting a notification to the mobile device indicating that the application does not work properly.

Abstract: Mobile devices often receive mobile notifications via a wireless communication network. The mobile notifications may relate to apps operating on the mobile devices. Techniques described herein allow users to manage such mobile notifications by defining, at a mobile device, preferences for managing mobile notifications related to apps operating on the mobile device. The mobile device receives, via a wireless communication network, the mobile notifications. Based at least in part on the preferences, the mobile notifications received at the mobile device are managed.

Data stores retain user account identification information and membership in groups are accessible by a central messaging module to send and receive messages. Abstract: There is provided an intelligent electronic device for responding to user data and information requests regarding power usage and power quality for any metered point within a power distribution system. The intelligent electronic device includes a first network interface which receives client side information and data requests, which are processed in accordance with a network protocol and forwarded to a network interface via a network socket interface translator which translates management signals to facilitate the eventual data transfer. Protocol routines process the requests by constructing an internal data request in certain cases and forwards the internal data request to a data interface for translation from an internal data request format of the protocol routine format to a native database format. The database receives the translated request, and retrieves the requested data from a measuring unit of the electric power meter, and forwards the data back to the requesting client.

Abstract: There is provided a system and method for routing messages received from any one of a plurality of external user accounts on any one of a plurality of different messaging applications within an entity. The system and method comprises one or more integration modules coupled to each of the plurality of different messaging applications for receiving messages via the messaging application. These messages are directed to a unique account identifier for the entity using additional address identifier information. A central messaging module is configured to receive from each of the one or more integration modules the messages via a common internal messaging protocol, and distribute the messages to at least one more internal user accounts within the entity using additional address identifier information.

In one example, a management system identifies an incident in an IT environment, identifies an initial status for the incident for an analyst of the IT environment, and provides the initial status for display to the analyst. The management system further monitors state information for the incident in the IT environment, identifies a second status of the incident based on the monitored state, and provides the second status for display to the analyst.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method reduces toil in chat systems. The method includes receiving, from a sending account, a message to be sent in a chat environment, where the chat environment includes a plurality of accounts including the sending account. The method also includes determining, by a learning model, a category of the message. The method further includes generating, for each account of the plurality accounts in a channel of the chat environment, a score, where the score indicates a likelihood an associated account will respond to a post with relevant information. The method includes recommending, based on the score, one or more accounts of the plurality of accounts to an at message, where the at message is configured to cause a notification to the associated account. The method further includes posting the message in the channel of the chat environment while at-mentioning the one or more accounts.

Abstract: In some implementations, a system may receive, from a user device, a user-side request associated with establishing an application session, wherein the user-side request includes an optical code. The system may receive, from an agent device, an agent-side request associated with the agent device joining the application session, wherein the agent-side request includes authentication information that indicates that the agent device scanned the optical code from an output component of the user device. The system may send, to the user device, a notification to permit the user device to join the application session. The system may activate the application session to permit the user device and the agent device to communicate via the application session.

Abstract: Systems and methods for multiplexing of a dedicated communication channel for multiple entities, including initiating, at a first entity, a request to share data with a second entity; sharing a portion of an aggregate record for the with the second entity including creating an entity-specific copy; initiating, at the first entity, a request to share data with a third entity; and sharing a portion of the aggregate record with the third entity including creating an entity-specific copy. The portions shared with the second and third entities are dependent on data sharing rules defining shared data, linked data, and entity-specific data that is i) nonsynchronous and ii) provided for display only at the entity associated with the data.
