  • Patent number: 11760248
Abstract: A recreational vehicle is disclosed comprising wheels adapted to roll along a ground surface, a chassis supported on the wheels, and a table assembly supported by the chassis and having a supporting surface adapted to support an object. The table assembly includes a stowed position in which the supporting surface defines a first plane and an extended position in which the supporting surface defines a second plane generally parallel to the first plane. The extended position is rotationally displaced from the stowed position. A center of gravity of the table member may be spaced from the wall by a first horizontal distance when in the stowed position and may be spaced from the wall by a second horizontal distance greater than the first horizontal distance when in the extended position. If desired, an upper stay member can be positioned above the table member to limit upward movement of the table member.

  • Patent number: 11760288
Abstract: A bumper cap retention assembly includes an end cap that is insertable into an open end of a bumper on a recreational vehicle. A frame is provided that has a width and a length sufficient for extending around the bumper of the recreational vehicle. The frame has a plurality of lobes each extending outwardly from the frame. A bracket is provided which is positionable between respective ones of the lobes on the frame and the bracket is oriented to extend between respective members of the frame. The bracket extends across the end cap when the end cap is inserted into the open end of the bumper and the frame is positioned around the bumper. In this way the bracket inhibits the end cap from falling out of the open end of the bumper.

  • Patent number: 11753081
Abstract: The present invention relates to a hybrid cowl cross bar manufactured through an improved method of performing an insert injection molding without applying hydraulic pressure to the inside of a metal pipe during injection molding in order to simplify a manufacturing process of a hybrid cowl cross bar and to secure rigidity of the cowl cross bar. According to an aspect of the present invention, a reinforcing material is inserted into a metal pipe that is a material of a cowl cross bar. The metal pipe may be made of a material such as aluminum, magnesium, or steel, like a conventional cowl cross bar. The reinforcing material may be manufactured by extruding a synthetic resin or a composite material (for example, PP+GF50%). A rib may be formed inside the reinforcing material to increase a capability to resist injection pressure when the metal pipe is insert-injected and to secure rigidity.
