Abstract: A system is provided for configuring legacy file-based workflows to remotely and dynamically access media essence. An example system includes a filename generator that dynamically generates a filename for corresponding media content in an essence store in response to a selection by a file-based workflow application running on a media production computing device. The system includes an identity file generator that generates a respective identity file for the selected content and that includes the generated filename. Furthermore, the system includes a content API that queries an essence access database using the generated identity file to obtain metadata that indicates access information for the media content. The content API then configures the file-based workflow application to access the media content from the essence store based on an accessed track number and byte length of the respective media content accessed in response to the query of the media essence access database.

Abstract: A universal passenger seat system includes a system controller and a physical connection interface with a standardized communication protocol for coupling the system controller with seating hardware, at least one peripheral device, and at least one network connection. The system controller can also be in communication with a biometric sensor, a physiological sensor, and/or a situational data sensor. An artificial intelligence engine is communicatively coupled to or embedded within the system controller. The artificial intelligence engine is configured to determine a passenger status based on data received from the biometric sensor, the physiological sensor, and/or the situational data sensor and is further configured to generate one or more communication signals based on the data. For example, the communication signals can include control signals for the seating hardware, information signals for peripheral devices, or status signals for transmission via the network connection.

In some examples, a method may include receiving, at the network orchestrator, a service invocation for a service transaction associated with a transaction object; storing, by the network orchestrator, service metadata as part of the transaction object; determining whether there is a service metadata conflict associated with the transaction object; and in response to determining that there is the service metadata conflict associated with the transaction object, retrying the service transaction; or in response to determining that there is no service metadata conflict associated with the transaction object, applying the service metadata to one or more nodes of the set of data nodes.

Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure describe systems and methods for aliased data insertions/retrieval for key-value stores. In aspects, a data set comprising a primary key, one or more secondary keys (“aliases”), and data values may be received by a data storage system. The system may allocate an internal identifier to the primary key and store the internal identifier and the primary key in a first table. Each of the secondary keys may be used to create a key-value pair comprising the secondary key and the internal identifier. The key-value pair(s) may be stored in the first table with the corresponding primary key. The internal identifier and the data values may be stored in a second table. Subsequently, the primary or secondary key may be used to interrogate the first table for the internal identifier. The internal identifier may then be used to interrogate the second table for the data values.

Abstract: Systems and methods for data reporting using a data aggregator and a data retrieval tool such as a file intelligence service. The data aggregator stores two sets of data reporting tables and designates a first one of the sets of tables as an active set and the second one of the sets as a non-active set. The active set of tables stores data corresponding to a most recently successfully completed search. The non-active set stores data retrieved by the data retrieval tool from disparate data sources according to current search. The data in the active set of tables is immediately available for use in requested reports. When the data aggregator completes the current search, it designates the non-active set of tables as the active set so that the data therein becomes available for use in requested reports.

Abstract: A parallel remote control driving system for an intelligent network vehicle, comprising an intelligent network vehicle control device, a parallel driving control and a remote control driving device. The remote control driving device generates, according to a remote control driving request signal from the parallel driving control device, a remote control driving instruction signal, and generates, according to user operations, a driving mode signal and a vehicle control signal and transmits the vehicle control signal to the intelligent network vehicle control device through the parallel driving control device, for remote control of the intelligent network vehicle. Abstract: A method for pre-utilizing tables before refresh includes selecting a query for execution in a data analytics application and identifying a table specified by the query, for instance a materialized table. Another operation includes computing an encoding, such as a hash value, for at least one portion of the identified table. Another operation includes comparing the computed encoding to a pre-stored encoding for the at least one portion of the identified table. On the condition that the computed encoding is identical to the pre-stored encoding, the operations include utilizing the identified table in executing the query in lieu of re-materializing the identified table. Otherwise, on the condition that the computed encoding differs from the pre-stored encoding, the operations include re-materializing the identified table before returning the results of the query.
