Abstract: A method for providing loan bid information to a prospective borrower is provided. The method includes: receiving, from a user, a request for a loan that includes user preference criteria; transmitting, to each of a plurality of prospective lenders, a solicitation for bids for the requested loan, receiving a respective loan bid from each of at least one of the prospective lenders, each respective loan bid including respective bid criteria corresponding to a particular lender; analyzing each received loan bid with respect to the user preference criteria and the respective bid criteria; selecting one loan bid based on a result of the analysis, and transmitting, to the user and to each of the plurality of prospective lenders, a message that notifies a result of the selection. The request for the loan may be received from the user via a blockchain mechanism that is accessible by each prospective lender.

The order request also includes a request location and a request time. As a function of the information, the method determines an estimated time to complete the order request. The method further sends a confirmation request to the consumer device requesting a confirmation response within a predetermined time. After an expiration of the predetermined time, the method completes a transaction for the order request and receives the confirmation response from the consumer device after the expiration of the predetermined time. The method sends a notification to the consumer device indicating the estimated time to complete the order request for the recipient to receive the order request.

Abstract: A computer implemented method for controlling operational states of a hardware matching processor includes monitoring, by a circuit breaker, incoming electronic data transaction request messages to the hardware matching processor; dynamically defining a range of values as a function of values included with electronic data transaction request messages received during a rolling lookback window; detecting that an incoming electronic data transaction request message contains a value outside the range of values; transitioning the electronic data transaction processing system into a pre-open state for a predetermined period, thereby preventing the hardware matching processor from matching incoming electronic data transaction request messages; calculating a pre-open value at an end of the pre-open state; and re-opening the electronic data transaction processing system at the calculated pre-open value, thereby allowing the hardware matching processor to match incoming electronic data transaction request messages.

Abstract: A listing and locating application is shown and described. The listing and locating application will allow for products to be listed within a listing function. The application will be able to share lists among allowed users. The application will have a GPS system that will allow for the application to display localized maps. The localized maps will display the exact locations of products on the list. The products on the list will be correlated with coupons form the merchant shop. The application further will be enabled to display a direction to locate a specific area or the most direct route through a localized area.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods utilizing neural contextual bandit for improving interactions with and between computers in content generating, searching, hosting and/or providing systems supported by or configured with personal computing devices, servers and/or platforms. The systems interact to make item recommendations using latent relations and latent representations, which can improve the quality of data used in processing interactions between or among processors in such systems. The disclosed systems and methods use neural network modeling in automatic selection of a number of items for recommendation to a user and using feedback in connection with the recommendation for further training of the model(s).

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer readable storage to implement a lending system for use with electronic commerce web sites such as auction sites. A seller may receive a cash loan for items placed for sale but not yet purchased by a buyer. The seller can be required to pay back the loan after a predetermined amount of time or as soon as the item for sale is sold and payment is received from the buyer. The lender would charge interest or commission for the loan. In this manner, sellers can receive cash for items listed on auction sites before those items are actually sold, generating additional cash flow for the seller.

Abstract: This disclosure describes embodiments of methods, systems, and non-transitory-computer readable media that personalize visual content for display on digital signage near a projected location of a person by mapping visual content to physical items selected by the person. In some examples, the disclosed system identifies physical items selected by a person based on signals from the physical items, such as signals emitted by RFID tags affixed to (or other devices associated with) the physical items. The disclosed system analyzes the collection of physical items—as identified by the signals—to tailor digital signage content specific to the person. The disclosed system further tracks the location of the person as the person moves through a physical space and interacts with the physical items. Based on the tracked positions, the disclosed system determines a digital sign in proximity to a predicted location of the person to display the personalized visual content.

Abstract: Various methods and systems are provided for conducting e-commerce. In one example, a method of conducting an e-commerce transaction includes a method of operating an online retail website. The method includes providing access to a computer interface for suppliers and presenting information to the suppliers through the computer interface regarding activity of the supplier's stock keeping unit (SKU). The suppliers are then enabled to directly modify at least one parameter associated with a presentation of the supplier's SKU on the retail website by way of the interface. The modification of the parameter may include, for example, modification of the presentation of the SKU including, for example, changing the title, adding video or photograph, or adding some other information. The modification of the parameter may also include, for example, modifying the price or entering into a bilateral agreement with the operator of the retail web site.

Abstract: A server automatically generates a response on behalf of second users to a request received from a first user. A first stage of matching is performed that includes determining which of the second users match a requested location and request type. A second stage of matching is performed for each second user that includes computing a value that quantifies a likelihood of the first user selecting that second user to fulfill the request, and determining a capacity of the second user to fulfill the request. Some of the second users are selected based at least in part on the computed value and the determined capacity of each of the second users. A response is automatically generating for each of the selected second users. The generated responses are transmitted to the first user.

Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques for utilizing sensor data to determine the results of events within a system. Upon receiving sensor data indicative of an event, the sensor data is analyzed to determine a result of the event. For instance, a user may identified upon entry to a facility, may pick items from shelves in the facility, and may be identified upon exit. Contents of a virtual shopping cart of the user may be maintained based on analysis of the sensor data as the user picks the items. When a user exits, a payment instrument of the user may be charged for a cost of the items and a receipt may be sent to a device of the user. A state-invariant time, representing a time before which all events have been processed, may be maintained such that no shopping sessions are finalized prior to the state-invariant time to avoid mistaken charges.
