Abstract: A method includes a processor receiving from a consumer a consumer profile and a plurality of images associated with each foot. The processor determines first data associated with each foot. These steps are repeated for the plurality of consumers. The processor aggregates the first data into a plurality of first aggregated subsets based on a portion of the first data. The processor receives from a shoe source second data associated with a shoe last or a shoe design that correlates to a shoe. This step is repeated for the plurality of shoe sources and a plurality of shoes. The processor aggregates the second data for the plurality of shoes into a plurality of second aggregated subsets based on a portion of the second data. The processor grants the shoe source device associated with the shoe source access to the plurality of first aggregated subsets or the first data.

Abstract: A heuristic cross-selling recommendation engine includes capabilities to collect an unstructured data set and a current business context to suggest marketing actions. By providing a heuristic algorithm and executing the algorithm within the engine with the data set allows determination of predicted future contexts and optimal marketing actions. Such heuristic algorithms may learn from past marketing transactions and appropriate correlations with events and available data.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method receives an order request from a consumer device where the order request is be provisioned to a recipient at a later time and where the recipient is required to be physically present receive the order. The order request also includes a request location and a request time. As a function of the information, the method determines an estimated time to complete the order request. The method further sends a confirmation request to the consumer device requesting a confirmation response within a predetermined time. After an expiration of the predetermined time, the method completes a transaction for the order request and receives the confirmation response from the consumer device after the expiration of the predetermined time. The method sends a notification to the consumer device indicating the estimated time to complete the order request for the recipient to receive the order request.

Abstract: According to certain aspects of the disclosure, a computer-implemented method may be used for providing vehicle recommendations based on traffic camera data. The method may include acquiring traffic data from a plurality of traffic cameras and determining vehicle information based on the traffic data. Additionally, calculating average idling time of vehicles based on the traffic data from the plurality of traffic cameras. Additionally, determining accident information based on the traffic data from the plurality of traffic cameras and selecting at least one available vehicle for purchase, wherein the at least one available vehicle matches one or more predetermined requirements based on the determined vehicle information, average idling time, and the determined accident information. Additionally, transmitting a recommendation based on the selected at least one available vehicle for purchase.

Abstract: Methods and systems for facilitating a digital wallet transaction are described herein. A service provider identifies and recommends the most applicable digital wallets for a user based on various factors, such as user location, type and amount of purchase, type of merchant, and/or mood of the user. The service provider may also rank the recommended digital wallets and/or determine how many should be presented to a user. During merchant checkout, the user is presented with the recommended digital wallets, and the user selects one of the digital wallets to fund the purchase.

Abstract: The core inventive points of this patent are the verification of a purchasing activity for a crowdsourcing based system and/or platform. There are two main aspects, the verification of purchasing certification from two sources and the verification of the implemented purchasing actions. The system respectively obtains the purchase proof from the implementing user and the purchase certification from the corresponding business owner. A comparison process is implemented to verify whether these two sources of purchase certification can be matched with each other. Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program product are provided for estimating inventory based on distribution data. A requesting computer may submit an order request (e.g., benefit request) indicating a product and merchant attributes. Inventory information of the merchant may not be accessible, so inventory information may be estimated based on distribution data relating to the distribution of product to the merchant. Estimates regarding quantities, high or low inventories, and/or the like may be made based on distribution history and/or estimated subsequent distributions. A prescriber computer, such as one used by a physician, may therefore receive estimated inventory information regarding prescription medication at various pharmacies, prior to submitting the prescription to a pharmacy.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods utilizing neural contextual bandit for improving interactions with and between computers in content generating, searching, hosting and/or providing systems supported by or configured with personal computing devices, servers and/or platforms. The systems interact to make item recommendations using latent relations and latent representations, which can improve the quality of data used in processing interactions between or among processors in such systems. The disclosed systems and methods use neural network modeling in automatic selection of a number of items for recommendation to a user and using feedback in connection with the recommendation for further training of the model(s).

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for scheduling processing of an order for goods at a provider location obtains an arrival estimate for when a user associated with the order is expected to arrive at the provider location and uses the arrival estimate to schedule processing of the order. Processing may be scheduled so that completion of order processing is expected to substantially coincide with arrival of the user at the provider location. The method may also obtain an order completion estimate for when processing of the order is expected to be completed and use both the arrival estimate and the order completion estimate to schedule processing of the order. The method may update one or both of the arrival estimate and the order completion estimate. The method may be executed by a networked mobile wireless telecommunication computing device of the user, or by a data processing system associated with the provider.

Abstract: A customer assistance guidance system includes an interface for communicating information to a customer relationship management (CRM) system. The system receives state information from the CRM system that defines a current interaction state between an agent of the CRM system and a customer. The system may predict, based on the state information, a next interaction state between an agent of the CRM system and the customer. The system may communicate the predicted next interaction state to the CRM system to facilitate the suggestion of a next course of action for the agent to perform.

Abstract: A system for viewing shopping information on a social networking platform is disclosed. At the social networking platform, the system receives a request from a user device corresponding to a first user of the social networking platform to view a list of a second user of the social networking platform. The list may include items offered for transaction on a network-based commerce server. In response to receiving the request from the user device, the system forwards the request to the network-based commerce server, and then receives updated information for at least one item on the list from the network-based corner server. Then, the system communicates the updated information received from the network-based commerce server to the user device.

Abstract: A system and method is disclosed to transmit electronic information to a user of a step-top box. The system includes a database that stores user registration and product information data. A set-top box is also provided that communicates with a remote controller with a touch screen and a server broadcasts the product information data to a plurality of set-top boxes for display on touch screens of remote controller communicating with the set-top boxes, respectively, without the product information being designated for a specific user of one set-top box. The server also transmits updated product information data that replaces a portion of the original product information data. Furthermore, a processor compares data relating to a transaction request from a user of one set-top box with user registration data stored in the database to identify the user, and that generates customized transaction data that is transmitted to the identified user.

Abstract: This application relates to apparatus and methods for automatically identifying substitute items. A computing device can generate matrix data that identifies connection values between a plurality of items. The matrix data may be generated based on the application of one or more machine learning algorithms to historical data identifying accepted or denied item substitutions. The computing device may then receive item data identifying at least one second item and at least one attribute of that second item. The computing device may generate a graph based on the matrix data and the item data to determine connection values between the second item and the plurality of first items. The computing device may then determine a substitute item (e.g., a replacement item) for the second item based on the connection values between the second item and the plurality of first items.
