An intermediation server receives data indicative of on-line communications between at least one communication device and at least one on-line sales presence, determines that the data indicative of the on-line communications is associated with legal data associated with the on-line sales presence and when the legal data meets a given criteria, triggers remedial legal action.

Abstract: Various devices, systems, structures and methods are disclosed related to securely authorizing a transaction by synchronizing digital genomic data with associated synthetic genomic variants. An embodiment of the present invention utilizes digital genomic data associated with an entity, such as a person, who may utilize a genome-based security device to complete a transaction. In one embodiment, a person may use a genome-based security device to communicate with an external device over a wireless or other communication interface, synchronize digital genomic data and an associated synthetic variant received from the external device with digital genomic data and associated synthetic variant stored on the genome-based security device.

Suspicious and abnormal activities in any channel communicate across predictive models for all the financial channels through real-time memory storage updates to the smart agent profiles they all share.

Abstract: To manage property records using a multi-layered hybrid distributed ledger architecture, identification information for a particular property is obtained and transmitted to at least one participant in a public distributed ledger network for a public distributed ledger layer. Ownership information for the same particular property is obtained and transmitted to at least one participant in a federated distributed ledger network for a federated distributed ledger layer. Transaction-related documents for the same particular property are obtained and transmitted to at least one participant in a private distributed ledger network for a private distributed ledger. The distributed ledger layers are different layers of a property distributed ledger each having a separate set of consensus rules for appending distributed ledger data to the respective layer. This allows for the immutable preservation of royalty terms and conditions for a property or asset using the distributed ledger.

Alternatively, each customer is assigned different and independent personal thresholds for transaction types, amounts, times, locations, and context. These thresholds are then applied if an instant payment transaction request is about to be declined.

Better trained predictive models make better predictions, and can classify transactions with reduced levels of false positives and false negative. Abstract: Methods, computer program products, and apparatus for open tab transactions. A customer device, e.g., a smart phone, can generate an order for purchasing one or more goods or services from a merchant. A list of the items can be stored in a data structure designated as a tab. The list is routed to a merchant device, e.g., a tablet computer. The customer device can be carried by a user to the merchant. When the user reaches the merchant, the customer device or merchant device can receive a request to add an additional item to the list. The tab remains open and modifiable until the customer device or merchant device receives an input to close it. Payment for the goods or services listed in the modified tab is processed upon closing of the tab.

Abstract: In one aspect, a share data allocation (SDA) computing device is provided. The SDA computing device includes at least one processor in communication with a database. The at least one processor is configured to receive direct-share participant (DSP) request data indicating an amount each DSP is willing to invest and receive interest-based participant (IBP) request data indicating an amount each IBP is willing to invest. The at least one processor is also configured to apply a first mapping algorithm to the DSP request data and apply a second mapping algorithm to the IBP request data. The at least one processor is further configured to calculate a preliminary allocation of a total amount of assets among the DSPs and the IBPs according to results of an apportionment, and direct allocation of the total amount of assets among the DSPs and the IBPs according to results of a join operator.

Abstract: A mobile banking system and method allows an unbanked individual to engage in banking practices that would otherwise not be available to the individual due to the individual not having a bank account and not being able to cash checks, make deposits, etc. The mobile banking system allows the unbanked individual to create a registered system account and become a customer of the system. This system account allows the customer to make deposits at credit unions and merchants who are part of the mobile banking system. The customer can also withdraw funds from a merchant or make purchases from a merchant. The customer can also make donations to a desired donation receiver and create a wallet that allows the customer to allocate funds to cards in the wallet and allow individuals access to the cards and money associated with a card.

Abstract: According to one or more aspects of the present disclosure, operations may include obtaining a token transaction request of a token transaction that includes a transfer of assignment of a crypto-token of a crypto-medium from a first entity to a second entity. The token transaction request may be a request to initiate the token transaction. The operations may further include generating a transaction signature in response to obtaining the token transaction request. The operations may include validating the token transaction using the digital signature and blocks of a private blockchain that includes a blockchain record of all transactions of the crypto-medium. In these or other embodiments, the operations may include generating a new block for the private blockchain, the new block including an update to the blockchain record that indicates the token transaction details. The generating of the new block may be triggered by the token transaction being validated.
