  • Patent number: 11250507
Abstract: Embodiments relate to providing trusted tokenized transactions in a blockchain system. In one embodiment, a tokenization request may include identification information. A fiduciary server may apply a cryptographic private key to a hash of the identification information to generate a digital signature. An exchange server may cause a transmission of the digital signature to a blockchain. The blockchain includes a set of code instructions that verify the digital signature. The verification may include applying the public key corresponding to the cryptographic private key to decrypt the digital signature to re-generate the hash of the identification information. The hash may ensure the integrity of the identification information. The code instructions recorded on the blockchain, when executed, cause a computer to generate a blockchain unit. The tokenized transactions are traceable to the digital signature of the fiduciary server.

  • Patent number: 11238538
Abstract: Methods and systems for evaluating the effectiveness of autonomous operation features of autonomous vehicles using an accident risk model are provided. According to certain aspects, an accident risk model may be determined using effectiveness information regarding autonomous operation features associated with a vehicle. The effectiveness information may indicate a likelihood of an accident for the vehicle and may include test data or actual loss data. Determining the likelihood of an accident may include determining risk factors for the features related to the ability of the features to make control decisions that successfully avoid accidents. The accident risk model may further include information regarding effectiveness of the features relative to location or operating conditions, as well as types and severity of accidents. The accident risk model may further be used to determine or adjust aspects of an insurance policy associated with an autonomous vehicle.

  • Patent number: 11228888
Abstract: One or more Bluetooth® low energy (BLE) beacons in communication with a remote server that provides check in capabilities and payment capabilities may be installed at a location. The BLE beacons may connect with a user's mobile device when the user enters the location and allow the user to check in to the location and authorize payments to be made at the location. Once the user is checked in to the location, the user may be provided with additional functionality, benefits, offers, and applications related to the location and facilitated by the check in. Further, the user may be pre-checked in into a next location when the user is at a current location.

  • Patent number: 11195233
Abstract: A driving accident simulation, having a head-wearable user interface (e.g., a head-worn virtual-reality display), may be used to inform a driver of the driver's potential liability under different insurance options. The simulation may determine damages caused by the simulated accident, and identify multiple insurance options and the resulting user liability under each option. The simulation may also be used to assess an insurance adjuster's ability to estimate damages from an accident, by receiving the adjuster's estimate and comparing it to the simulation's own estimate of damages. In some embodiments, the simulation may present a driver with a simulated view from a point of view of another party to the simulated accident.

  • Patent number: 11120509
Abstract: A segmentation platform is interposed between an intake server and remote user-accessible computers. The segmentation platform includes a model training computer processor configured to generate a predictive model for determining a segment corresponding to received data sets based upon claim segment rules and historical data sets stored in data storage devices. The segmentation platform may be configured to dynamically update workload data corresponding to a plurality of users, and responsive to that updating and based upon application of the predictive model, segment the received current data sets and transmit electronic claim files to respective remote user-accessible computing devices. The predictive model is continually adapted through activation of the model training component to update the predictive model with new current claim data sets.

  • Patent number: 11113769
Abstract: Appearance data of a target entity is collected as appearance data, where the target entity comprises a physical entity capable of accessing, as a member, a blockchain. The appearance data is registered in a distributed database associated with the blockchain as an identity of the target entity. A target transaction initiated by a member node device in the blockchain is received, where the target transaction comprises the appearance data of the target entity that is collected by the member node device and a service event that is related to the target entity and that is detected by the member node device. A smart contract that corresponds to the service event is invoked. Based on the identity indicated by the appearance data of the target entity, service logic stated in the smart contract is executed.

  • Patent number: 11080709
Abstract: A method of reducing financial fraud by operating artificial intelligence machines organized into parallel sets of predictive models with each set specially trained with supervised and unsupervised training data filtered for a particular financial channel. Each set integrates several artificial intelligence classifiers like neural networks, case based reasoning, decision trees, genetic algorithms, fuzzy logic, business rules and constraints, smart agents and associated real-time profiling, recursive profiles, and long-term profiles. Suspicious and abnormal activities in any channel communicate across predictive models for all the financial channels through real-time memory storage updates to the smart agent profiles they all share.

  • Patent number: 11080793
Abstract: A method of preventing healthcare fraud-waste-abuse uses artificial intelligence machines to limit financial losses. Healthcare payment request claims are analyzed by predictive models and their behavioral details are compared to running profiles unique to each healthcare provider submitting the claims. A decision results that the instant healthcare payment request claim is or is not fraudulent-wasteful-abusive. If it is, a second analysis of a group behavioral in which the healthcare provider is clustered using unsupervised learning algorithms and compared to a running profile unique to each group of healthcare providers submitting the claims. An overriding decision results if the instant healthcare payment request claim is or is not fraudulent-wasteful-abusive according to group behavior.

  • Patent number: 11068897
Abstract: A system is configured to perform operations that include receiving first device information corresponding to a consumer device of a _Sonsumer, where the first device information is collected by a merchant application of a merchant in response to a payment transaction request being initiated between the consumer and the merchant. The operations further include determining that the first device information fails to satisfy a risk analysis threshold for performing a risk analysis process and in response, transmitting a push communication to the consumer device. The push communication includes instructions that cause the consumer device to automatically transmit, to the system, second device information corresponding to the consumer device. Additionally, the operations include based on the second device information, executing the risk analysis process with respect to the payment transaction request.
