Abstract: A method of installing a wig on the head of a wearer, the wig having a top portion that defines an opening corresponding to the wearer's part, the top portion being composed of a fabric and having wig hairs attached to the top portion. Wig clips attach the wig to the wearer's natural hair on the opposing sides of the wearer's part so that the wearer's natural part is exposed. The wearer's natural hair is not disposed over the fabric at the edges of the opening. Alternatively, a leave-out of the wearers natural hair does not cover the wig hair adjacent to the edges of the opening. The wig hair adjacent to the edges of the opening may be tangled or the installer may tease the wig hairs adjacent to the edges of the opening. The invention is also a wig for application of the method.

Abstract: An interdental brush comprising an interdental brush bar and a grip, the interdental brush bar having a central shaft and a joint portion, the central shaft surface axially staggering a plurality of first bristle sets and a plurality of second bristle sets, the first bristle set has two first bristles, and the second bristle set has two second bristles, and each of the first bristles is connected with an adjacent second bristles to form a squeegee. The grip connects the joint portion, and the squeegee can increase the contact area with the teeth to enhance the cleaning effect.
Abstract: Disclosed herein are devices and methods for holding hair to prevent hair damage during combing procedures. A hair gripping device can include a handle, a jaw connected to the handle, and a grip retained within the jaw. The handle and the jaw may comprise portions of first and second arms of the hair gripping device. The grip may be configured to hold a plurality of hair strands at a hair contact portion of the grip. With actuation of the handle, the jaw may be configured to move between a closed position in which movement of a majority of strands in a bundle of hair within the first hair contact portion is inhibited by the grip and an open position in which movement of a majority of hair strands in a bundle of hair within the first hair contact portion is not inhibited by the grip.
Abstract: A hybrid dental tool is disclosed herein. The hybrid dental tool includes a flosser having a flossing head. The flossing head can include a filament stretching between the first arm and a second arm. The flossing head can include a pick receptacle. The hybrid dental tool can further include a pick that has a first end and a second end. The pick can be sized and shaped to fit within the pick receptacle such that the first and second ends are protected. The pick can releasably connect with the flossing head to allow the separation of the pick from the flossing head.
Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to a hand-tied hair weft having at least two hair bundles fixed to three or more thread-like filaments that provide a cortex, where each two adjacent hair bundles are separated by one or more knots formed by the three or more thread-like filaments. In an illustrative example, the two adjacent hair bundles may be separated by, for example, at least two knots. The knots may include overhand knots. By introducing one or one or more knots, the width of the hand-tied hair weft may be customized without the weft shedding or unraveling.

The regulating member comprises a number n of rigid portions interconnected in pairs by n elastic coupling links. The elastic suspension comprises n elastic suspension links respectively connecting each rigid portion to the support.
Abstract: A case includes a lit, a gasket, and a body coupled to the lid such that the body and the lid define a window and such that the gasket is positioned between the lid and body. The window is configured to enable a lash extension having a base and a plurality of hairs that extend out the window as the gasket resiliently contacts the base or the hairs.
Abstract: A weave may be created by attaching multiple, unwefted hair extensions to a series of braided rows of a person's natural hair using the strands of unwefted hair extensions to secure such hair extensions, by looping and knotting the hair extensions, to the braided rows of the person's natural hair. The method advantageously secures the hair extensions to the person's natural hair without using harmful chemicals or damaging the person's hair or scalp and such that the hair extensions may appear to be the person's natural hair. The hair extensions may be removed from the person's natural hair without cutting or damaging the person's natural hair.

Abstract: Apparatus, systems and methods related to hair ties. In a first illustrative embodiment, a securing apparatus, such as a hair tie, has a middle section formed as an elongated pliable member. At a first end, a fastener body is attached to the elongated pliable member. At a second end, two connection loops may be disposed. In use, the fastener body may be passed through one of the two connection loops to configure the pliable member as a relatively large loop. This relatively large loop may be tightened, by drawing the pliable member further through the loop, until it is drawn tight on material to be retained therein. The pliable member may then be wrapped around the retained material until secured with the fastener body adjacent the connection loops. The fastener body may then be passed through the second connection loop to be retained therein.
