Abstract: The invention is directed to a seamless threading method of inserting hair extensions in a user's hair. The method includes sectioning and beading a user's natural hair. A bottom hair extension weft is then positioned under the beaded sections of hair. The beaded hair is then laid on top of the bottom weft and clipped to secure the bottom weft in place. A top hair extension weft is positioned above the bottom weft in a reversed orientation, with the beaded hair in between the two wefts. Next, a user sews through the top weft, bottom weft, and optionally the beads. The threading begins on a first side of the upper and lower weft strips, extends across the wefts to the second side of the wefts. The threading can then be reversed and sewn back to the first side using a single portion of thread. The upper weft can then be inverted, and the upper weft hair flipped back and smoothed down. Advantageously, the thread is seamless without being visible because the weft strips are sewn from the inside out.

Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to a hand-tied hair weft having at least two hair bundles fixed to three or more thread-like filaments that provide a cortex, where each two adjacent hair bundles are separated by one or more knots formed by the three or more thread-like filaments. In an illustrative example, the two adjacent hair bundles may be separated by, for example, at least two knots. The knots may include overhand knots. By introducing one or one or more knots, the width of the hand-tied hair weft may be customized without the weft shedding or unraveling.

Abstract: A hybrid dental tool is disclosed herein. The hybrid dental tool includes a flossing head and a handle portion. The flossing head can include a filament stretching between the leading arm and a trailing arm. The flossing head can be connected to the handle portion. The handle portion can include features that can receive and retain a pick. The pick can be a soft pick or a hard pick. The handle portion can further include an integrated pick that can be located at a free end of the handle portion.

Abstract: An interdental cleaner has a rod-shaped support, which is made of plastic and, in one end region thereof, is provided with a cleaning part made of a flexible plastic, and a handle part made of plastic. The support, at a support end facing the handle part, is integrally connected to the handle part in a connection region via a web. The connection region is configured as a joint, and the web is provided at least partially with a sheath made of a flexible plastic. Provision is made here that the web has at least one protruding web rib, and/or that at least one rib is formed on the outer face of the sheath.

The fiber structure member (5) retains a hair cosmetic that includes a pigment and a film-forming resin, and is sealed in a packaging (2). The hair treatment method of the invention treats hair by: exposing a surface of the fiber structure member (5) of the hair treatment tool (1); and bringing the fiber structure member (5) into contact with hair, and in this state, moving the fiber structure member (5) in a direction of orientation of the hair.

Abstract: A dental floss holder and flosser is provided. The flosser provides a reusable dental device for cleaning between the user's teeth. The flosser comprises a casing, a pair of tines, and a floss advancement reel. A bundle of floss resides within the casing. A length of dental floss from the bundle of floss is fed through the casing and into the floss advancement reel. The length of dental floss is wrapped around the floss advancement reel. The length of dental floss is then strung taut along the pair of tines, forming a fresh segment of dental floss. The remaining length is routed and wrapped back to the floss advancement reel. A user can then rotate the floss advancement reel such that the segment of dental floss is replaced and ready for the next use.

Abstract: A cosmetic source applicator is provided for users to decorate skin and/or place at least one skin product in contact with recipient skin. It may comprise one or multiple containers and one or multiple interchangeable cartridges. Each container provides secure support of one cartridge during skin decoration use over an open-topped bottom recess. A cartridge may hold, store, or be the cosmetic source, and be constructed in one or multiple sizes, shapes and/or materials. Each cartridge also has opposing top and bottom surfaces which may be reversed in positioning for skin decoration successively by both surfaces. Containers may attach to another container for increased ease in reaching different areas on the body. For convenient storage and travel, containers may store a cartridge before, during and after use. The cosmetic source applicator's use of single-use cartridges, disposable cartridges, and multi-use cartridges limit cartridge exposure to bacteria and other environmental germs.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to a hair roller which can be separated into a pair of half-cylindrical roller pieces, pairs of half-cylindrical roller pieces, and a method of storing half-cylindrical roller pieces by nesting the half-cylindrical roller pieces. The hair roller of the invention includes a whole cylindrical body separable along a vertical axis into half-cylindrical roller pieces which include a plurality of mating devices configured to selectably couple the half-cylindrical roller pieces to form the whole cylindrical body, wherein the half-cylindrical roller pieces are capable of being nested. The pair of half-cylindrical roller pieces of the invention are identical in shape, which include a plurality of tabs and orifices, where the tabs have protuberances which protrude into a corresponding orifice when the lateral edges of the pair of roller pieces are aligned.

Abstract: A hair waver system is presented. The system includes a top waver. The system also includes a bottom waver configured to mate with the top waver. The system further includes a plurality of connectors designed to connect the top waver with the bottom waver and structured to maintain hair designated to be styled between the top waver and the bottom waver during hair styling evolutions. The system also provides for hair styling without the need for hot irons or chemicals.

In one embodiment, first and second comb teeth rows are respectively mounted in parallel on corresponding laterally spaced apart parallel side regions of the base (typically on a top flat base surface). In use, some teeth of at least one comb teeth row captures extension hair therein. A coloration/treatment process is engaged on captured extension hair in the lateral space between the first and the second comb teeth rows. A floor or table stand may be provided with a mounting coupler on the bottom of the base. A hair extension storage bag is elongated, defining a vertical bag cavity with an upper edge lip closure system. A horizontal bar with a single comb teeth row is mounted in the upper region of the bag cavity. Comb teeth capture extension hair which falls down into the vertical bag cavity. A vertical closure system is also included.

Abstract: A method of installing a wig on the head of a wearer, the wig having a top portion that defines an opening corresponding to the wearer's part, the top portion being composed of a fabric and having wig hairs attached to the top portion. Wig clips attach the wig to the wearer's natural hair on the opposing sides of the wearer's part so that the wearer's natural part is exposed. The wearer's natural hair is not disposed over the fabric at the edges of the opening. Alternatively, a leave-out of the wearers natural hair does not cover the wig hair adjacent to the edges of the opening. The wig hair adjacent to the edges of the opening may be tangled or the installer may tease the wig hairs adjacent to the edges of the opening. The invention is also a wig for application of the method.
