The slidably removable clip is adapted for three positions; an extended, a closed, and a removed position relative to the L-shaped base. The slidably removable clip has a headrest attachment aperture or an interlocking headrest clamp, each adapted to receive and securely retain a headrest pole. In another embodiment the L-shaped base has an extruding air vent clip retention channel with air vent clips for mounting the apparatus to the vehicle's air vent. The apparatus is also adapted for insertion and retention into a side window panel in a door, attachment to an inside door handle, and an armrest of the vehicle.

In the first position, the frame supports the ladder when one carries the frame. In the second position, the frame and ladder, together, support one when one sits on the frame. The carrier's frame includes a first member that holds the ladder when the frame is in the first position, and a second member that supports a person sitting on the frame when the frame is in the second position. With the ability to position the carrier's frame in a first position and a second position, one can use the carrier to carry a ladder to and from where one will be working without having to use one or both of one's hands. This allows one to use both hands and/or arms to carry one's tools and supplies to where one will be working. Then, later in the day, one can use the same carrier to sit on while taking a break.

With the implementation of the present invention, the movable barrier rods are either raised to securely contain and protect objects or luggage, or set flat to have more space to contain and protect larger or longer objects such as ski board or surfboard, and thus make the roof panel structures multipurpose roof panel structures.

    Abstract: Disclosed are shoulder belt sliding-down preventing method, and a related preventing tool, shoulder belt, and bag. The belt-shaped neck hanging element is connected to a belt at positions separated from each other via connecting members. A loop-shaped space is thereby formed between the belt body and the neck-hanging element. The head passes through this space, and the neck hanging element contacts the side of the neck. In operation, the connecting member is removed and held with one hand, the belt body is hung on the shoulder, the connecting member is passed around the back of the neck, the neck hanging element is hung around the neck, and the connecting member is engaged again with the belt body. The belt body of the shoulder bag can hang on the shoulder and the neck hanging element can be wound around the neck, thereby preventing the belt body from sliding down the shoulder.

Both the proximal and distal halves of the cuboid bracket have interior surfaces to which high-density foam is substantially connected. The exterior surface of the proximal half of the cuboid bracket comprises a second mechanism by which it attaches the body of the apparatus to a rigid surface.
