Abstract: A vehicle roof rail assembly may have a rail with an upper channel, a first channel below the upper channel and a second channel below the first channel. The assembly may also have a mounting portion with a channel portion adapted to be selectively located at least partially within the second channel and for selective sliding movement within the second channel. The mounting portion may also have a foot portion connected to the channel portion. A base portion of the foot portion may be adapted to selectively pivot.

Abstract: A footwear transportation device is an apparatus used to contain, protect, and transport various shoes, sandals, sneakers, and other such footwear. The apparatus is also configured to hang comfortably around a user's neck or over a user's shoulder for carrying ease. The apparatus includes a storage pouch, a hood, a first shoe-supporting mechanism, and a second shoe-supporting mechanism. The storage pouch allows for storage of items. The hood is an enclosure generally used to cover the head of a user. The first shoe-supporting mechanism and the second shoe-supporting mechanism are units allowing for containment and support of one of a pair of shoes each. The first shoe-supporting mechanism and the second shoe-supporting mechanism each comprise a flexible line and a shoe pouch. The flexible line is a connector made of elastic material. The shoe pouch is a storage unit which allows for secure containment of a shoe or other footwear.

Abstract: A plush children's lounge is provided. The lounge includes a sidewall connected to a base. The lounge is convertible between an open configuration and a closed configuration and a fastener is provided. When the fastener is connected, the lounge defines a closed configuration having a reduced length and suitable for portability. Backpack straps are provided so that the lounge can be carried on the back. The sidewall is resilient such that the lounge springs into the open configuration when the fastener is released. When in the open configuration, a child can recline inside the lounge. Scallops in the sidewall serve as a headrest for the lounger and a plush toy head with eyes is connected to the lounge such that the child can see the plush toy while lying in the lounge. The lounge further includes arms and legs that resemble an animal or other creature.

The rack system can include a longitudinal elongate rail traversing a longitudinal direction, and a lateral rail adjustably mounted to the elongate rail. The lateral rail can be orthogonally oriented (or obliquely oriented) with respect to the longitudinal elongate rail. The lateral rail can be configured to be mounted at a plurality of longitudinal positions along the longitudinal rail. The rack can further include one or more upwardly extending brackets that are adjustably mounted to the lateral rail. The upwardly extending bracket(s) can be mounted at one or more lateral positions along the lateral rail. The lateral rail and the upwardly extending bracket(s) cooperate to form a concavity for at least partially surrounding a portion of an article to hold the article in position when mounted to the system.

Abstract: A convertible backpack that can be used as an edge protection mat to protect ropes against abrasion and includes a flexible mat or sheet that can be configured into a pack and carried on the back of a user to carry equipment, clothing, or other gear. Abstract: A backpack having a hat securing strap system to secure a hat onto the backpack when the hat is not being worn. The present backpack can have a front backpack section with shoulder straps, a middle backpack section having one or more storage compartments, and a rear backpack section wherein the hat securing strap system secures the hat. This hat securing strap system can be made up of three parts: a top section, a middle section, and a bottom section. The middle section can have parallel straps which are designed to pass around the crown of a hat while holding the brim of the hat against the rear backpack section. The top section and bottom section of the hat securing strap can attach to the backpack using a buckle or similar fastening mechanism. The hat securing strap system can be stored in a zippered storage pouch attached to the bottom of the backpack.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a novel configurable carrying apparatus that may be configured into a variety of pouch, purse, messenger bag, or other accessory carrying configurations. More specifically, the present invention may include two opposing carrying straps being joinable along one edge with a two-way zipper. The apparatus may be configured into a harness arrangement, a single sling arrangement, a two independent slings arrangement, or a clutch bag arrangement, as well as others. The straps may have a different appearance on each side and be reversible to offer even more wearing variations.
