Abstract: A medication delivery module is mounted to a patient care device, and a first graphic representative of the first medication delivery module is displayed on a display screen of the device, wherein the first graphic includes an information display area for display of infusion information associated with the first medication delivery module, and a status indicator for display of status information associated with the medication delivery module. Responsive to the indication, the status indicator is dynamically orienting such that the status indicator is displayed on a side of the first graphic nearest the coupling of the first medication delivery module. Infusion information from the first medication delivery module is displayed within the display area of the first graphic.

Abstract: Methods and systems described herein authenticate a user and help secure transaction. A display screen presents images that are difficult for malware to recognize but a person can recognize. In at least one embodiment, a person communicates transaction information using visual images received from the service provider system. In at least one embodiment, a user selects a sequence of visual images as a means of authenticating the user and logging into a financial account or other corporate account. In some embodiments, methods and systems are provided for determining whether to grant access, by generating and displaying visual images on a screen that the user can recognize, and select. In an embodiment, a user presses his or her finger or fingers on a display screen to select images as a method for authenticating and protecting communication from malware.

Abstract: A user interface for allowing a user to create a chart, the user interface comprising: an entity type selection area for allowing a user to select a type of entity; an explorer for displaying an entity-relationship schema associated with the selected entity type and allowing a user to navigate the schema via one or more relationship paths; a list area for displaying one or more available fields of an entity associated with a relationship path selected from the explorer; and a target area for displaying a list of bindable data targets and allowing a user to assign one or more of the available fields to the bindable data targets to create a chart.

Abstract: A system includes a tabletop touchscreen display and a processing circuit comprising a processor coupled to non-transitory memory, wherein the processing circuit is configured to pair with a customer device associated with a customer, cause an image comprising sensitive customer information to be displayed on the tabletop display and cause at least a portion of the sensitive customer information to be simultaneously displayed on the paired customer device, receive a security trigger event indicative of a third party being proximate the smart table, and cause the sensitive customer information to be obscured on the tabletop display based on receiving the security trigger event.

Abstract: A computing device running a tool for visually exploring datasets receives a request for a dataset comprising a plurality of subspaces of a multi-dimensional data structure and in response to receiving a user selection of a data point associated with the dataset, presents a visualization of the calculations associated with the selected data point. The tool allows the user to select one of the calculations, thus causing presentation of a visualization of the selected calculation. A semantic graphical feature is incorporated into the visualization of the selected calculation depending upon a type of the calculation.

Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-reactive video generating method and program that performs various condition playbacks depending on a user's manipulation, based on a video database (e.g., a basic video) in which a general video or a plurality of image frames are stored. According to an embodiment of the inventive concept, various actions (i.e., reactions) may be applied as the multi-reactive video generation file is played with a general video or a combination of a plurality of image frames.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are single-finger gestures for activating a trackpad mode on a touch-sensitive device with no force sensors. An example method includes: displaying a virtual keyboard on a touch-sensitive display with a spacebar key and other keys. Detecting a first extended contact over the virtual keyboard and, in accordance with a determination that the first extended contact is over any of the respective displayed representations of the other keys, interpreting the first extended contact as a keyboard input and activating a corresponding extended keyboard function. The method also includes: detecting a second extended contact over the virtual keyboard. The method further includes: in accordance with a determination that the second extended contact is over a respective displayed representation of the spacebar key, interpreting the second extended contact as a mode-switching input that causes the electronic device to operate at least a portion of the touch-sensitive display as a trackpad.

The method receives detects an emotion of a user within a communication stream. A set of candidate emojis are generated. A set of emoticons are generated from the set of candidate emojis and a representation of the user. The set of emoticons are presented to the user in a user interface on a computing device associated with the user. The method incorporates a selected emoticon of the set of emoticons into the communication stream with the selected emoticon being selected by the user from the user interface.

Abstract: Methods and systems for transferring a user session between at least two electronic devices are described. The user session is conducted as an audible session via an audible interface provided by a primarily audible first electronic device. Input data is received from the audible interface, wherein the input data causes the audible interface to progress through audible interface states. An interaction may be determined to be sensitive or non-intuitive based on a logic rule or based on tracking interactions in the user session. A current audible interface state is mapped to a visual interface state defined for a visual interface. The mapped visual interface state is pushed to a second electronic device having a visual output device for displaying the visual interface, to enable the user session to be continued as a visual session on the second electronic device.
