Abstract: In an approach to training a chatbot for remote troubleshooting, one or more computer processors receive a request for help with an issue from a user via a chatbot. One or more computer processors extract information associated with the issue from the request. One or more computer processors determine a script is not available to resolve the issue. One or more computer processors request an agent to resolve the issue. One or more computer processors monitor one or more actions performed by the agent to resolve the issue. Based on the one or more actions, one or more computer processors generate a script, wherein the script includes a sequence of commands corresponding to the one or more actions. One or more computer processors store the script.

Abstract: One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for presenting augmented reality (AR) interfaces are provided. For example, a first object corresponding to a representation of content in an AR interface may be presented. Responsive to receiving a selection of the first object, a first graphical object corresponding to the content may be presented. An AR interface comprising a real time view of a camera of the device may be presented. A first graphical representation of the first graphical object may be presented overlaid on the real time view of the camera of the device. A second graphical representation of the first graphical object comprising the graphical modification and a second graphical object associated with information corresponding to the content may be presented overlaid on the real time view of the camera of the device. Responsive to receiving a selection of the second graphical object, the information may be presented.

The method comprises: providing a human-machine conversation interface; displaying, upon receiving first input, input information of a user; displaying, in response to the input information, a response result; displaying, upon receiving second input, a function identifier based on the second input, a service function corresponding to the function identifier being configured to respond to the input information; and determining, upon receiving third input, a target function identifier based on the third input, the target function identifier indicating a service function for responding to the input information.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing context-specific support from trusted contacts are provided. A software application residing on the computing device may be associated with a trusted contact for providing remote support to the user. When such a trusted contact exists, a “Help” button is displayed on the computing device when the software application is in use. The user may select that button to cause the computing device to automatically contact the trusted contact and establish a screen sharing communication session with a computing device associated with the trusted contact.

Abstract: Systems and methods develop a natural language interface. Conversational data including user utterances is received for a plurality of conversations from a natural language interface. Each of the conversations is classified to determine intents for each user utterance, and for each of the conversations, a control flow diagram showing the intents and sequential flow of the conversation is generated. Each of the control flow diagrams is processed to generate a graph embedding representative of the conversation. A previous conversation that is similar to the current conversation is identified from a previous graph embedding that is nearest to a current graph embedding of a most recent utterance in a current conversation. A previous outcome of the previous conversation is used to predict an outcome of the current conversation, which, when not positive, may control response outputs of the natural language interface to steer the current conversation towards a positive result.

Abstract: Event organizing methods include at least partially facilitating an at least intermittent communicative coupling between one or more servers and first and second computing devices. A map interface and main location indicator are displayed on a display of the first computing device. The one or more servers receive, from the first computing device, a selection by a first user of a main location for an event selected using one or more selectors displayed on one or more user interfaces displayed on the first computing device. A map and the main location indicator are displayed on a display of the second computing device. The main location indicator may include profile images of the first user and/or one or more invitees. In implementations the first user selects a parking location and/or an entrance location in addition to the main location. Event organizing systems include elements configured to facilitate the event organizing methods.

The electronic processor, through execution of the instructions stored in the memory, is configured to receive detected interactions between a touchscreen and a digital pen representing one or more digital strokes within a canvas and determine whether the one or more digital strokes match a predetermined signifier including a predetermined mark and a line extending from the predetermined mark. Abstract: Examples described herein include systems and methods for importing text into a draft email on a user device. In response to a user selecting the first selectable element, the user device can launch a camera interface on the display. The user can capture an image, such as a page of a book or newspaper, and then scale the captured image to the relevant desired portion. The example method can further include recognizing text within the scaled portion of the image and automatically importing the recognized text into the draft email. The user device can utilize a machine learning model to perform text recognition at the device and then insert the recognized text into the draft email automatically. The user device can also display an indication of the accuracy of the imported recognized text within the draft email.
