Abstract: A data processing method includes: presenting one or more control elements on the touch screen, where the one or more control elements are in a one-to-one correspondence with one or more pieces of data; and encrypting or decrypting, based on fingerprint data obtained by the fingerprint recognition module, first data corresponding to a first control element when an operation of dragging the first control element from a location outside a second region to the second region is detected, where the second region includes at least a partial region of the first region. This can further complete operations of confirming that encryption or decryption is to be performed and performing authentication in one step, to shorten steps and time of a data encryption or decryption operation, thereby improving user experience.

Abstract: Systems, methods and computer program products that facilitate dynamic playlist priority in a vehicle based upon user preferences and context. According to an embodiment, a system comprises a processor that executes computer executable components stored in at least one memory, a compilation component that receives content in a vehicle, an assessment component that respectively classifies subsets of the content, a ranking component that ranks relevancy of the classified subsets of content based upon preferences and context of a user in the vehicle, a content playback component that plays the subsets of classified content based upon relevancy ranking, a prioritization component that dynamically prioritizes a first subset of the content based upon the context of the user or context of a sender of the first subset of content, wherein the first subset of content comprises extrinsic data, and an interrupt component that interrupts playback of the subsets of classified content based upon the dynamic prioritization.

Abstract: A user interface comprising at least a set of reaction icons configured to initiate a search of content of a communication platform is described. In an example, at least the set of reaction icons can be presented via the user interface of the communication platform, wherein individual reaction icons of the set of reaction icons are selectable as search parameters in the user interface. In response to receiving a selection of at least one reaction icon, a search for content, associated with the at least one reaction icon, stored in a database associated with the communication platform can be initiated.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems, and computer-readable media are provided for introducing a user to functions of various applications through interactions with an assistant agent. The assistant agent can correspond to an assistant application that can provide a user interface with multiple selectable elements, each of which can correspond to a separate application. When a user selects one of the selectable elements, a function of an application can be demonstrated to the user, in order that the user might become more familiar with functions of the application. In some implementations, a portion of the selectable element can be selected to cause information about the application to be presented to the user. This allows the user to have the option to try out or learn about an application before investing computational resources through downloading and installing the entire application.

When an element located in the center in the width direction of the display receives an expanding operation, child elements are expanded one layer below the element. When a parent element of child elements goes beyond the center in the width direction, in response to the width direction slide operation, the child elements subordinate to the element are hidden on the display.

Abstract: A research assistant system may include a research tool and components and a user interface to discover and evidence answers to complex research questions. The research tools may include components to iteratively perform steps in a research process, including searching, analyzing, connecting, aggregating, synthesizing, and chaining together evidence from a diverse set of knowledge sources. The system may receive an input query and perform a semantic search for key concepts in a text corpus. A semantic parser may interpret the search results. The system may aggregate and synthesize information from interpreted results. The system may rank and score the aggregated results data and present data on the user interface. The user interface may include prompts to iteratively guide user input to explore evidentiary chains and connect research concepts to produce research results annotated by evidence passages.

Another step involves identifying a modification to the field by the user. Another step involves displaying the modification in a second digital form residing on the agent device. The second digital form also contains the field, and is capable of accessing functionality that the first digital form is not capable of accessing. Another step involves analyzing the modification using the functionality the second digital form is capable of accessing. The agent can make a modification to a field in the second digital form and the agent's modification can be displayed in the first digital form.

Abstract: A computer displays, in a user interface, a data field region and an object model visualization region that includes object model icons. The computer detects user input to join a first object class and a second object class and detects user selection of a first linking field and user selection of a second linking field. In response to receiving the user selection of the first linking field and the second linking field, the computer generates a relationship that connects the first object class and second object class according to shared data values of the first linking field and the second linking field. The computer also displays, in the data field region, information regarding cardinality of the relationship and information regarding referential integrity of the relationship. The computer also updates the object model visualization region to display a visual connection between the object icons representing the first and second object classes.

Abstract: Techniques for enhancing the viewing of applications in a preview provider are provided. A method includes receiving an indication to provide a preview mode on a display of the computing device, providing screenshots of a plurality of applications in the preview mode such that the screenshots are accessible for viewing by a user. The method also includes identifying the first application to provide the first screenshot in an updated mode and changing a state of the first application from a suspended state to an inactive state by allocating processing time of the one or more processors to the first application, and displaying updates of the first screenshot while the first application is in the inactive state.

Abstract: Systems and methods for interacting with virtual objects in a three-dimensional space using a wearable system are disclosed. The wearable system can be programmed to permit user interaction with interactable objects in a field of regard (FOR) of a user. The FOR includes a portion of the environment around the user that is capable of being perceived by the user via the AR system. The system can determine a group of interactable objects in the FOR of the user and determine a pose of the user. The system can update, based on a change in the pose or a field of view (FOV) of the user, a subgroup of the interactable objects that are located in the FOV of the user and receive a selection of a target interactable object from the subgroup of interactable objects. The system can initiate a selection event on the target interactable object.

Abstract: The present teaching is related to the field of aesthetics. It concerns more particularly new methods for the generation of 3D anatomical outputs and 3D simulations of any aesthetic procedure, products obtained by such simulations, uses thereof and the creation of platforms or 3D virtual worlds of connected users and entities forming a virtual community using such methods and creating or ordering accessories and/or products.

Abstract: A computer system analyzes an input in a chat window of a first device, wherein the chat window corresponds to a first chat session with a user of a second device and a second chat session with a user of a third device. The computer system determines, based on the analyzing the input, whether the input corresponds to an information associated with the first chat session and an information associated with the second chat session. Based on determining that the input corresponds to the information associated with the first chat session and the information associated with the second chat session, the computer system transmits the input to the second device and the third device.

Abstract: A multimedia controller for controlling and displaying zones in a multi-zone system is provided. In one example the controller provides a user interface for multiple zones of a media playback system comprising multiple playback devices. The controller identifies respective states associated with each zone of the multiple zones and detects an input to display a list of the multiple zones. In response to detecting the input, the controller determines an order of the multiple zones within the list of the multiple zones and displays, via the user interface, the list of the multiple zones, wherein the list of the multiple zones identifies each zone of the multiple zones in the determined order.
