Abstract: A lure includes a body, a weight, a guide member and an elastic member. The body is hollow and has a head in a front portion and a tail in a rear portion thereof. The weight is inside of the body so as to be movable in a front-rear direction. The guide member is in the body and configured to guide movement of the weight in the front-rear direction. The elastic member is in the body and is configured to generate an energizing force to move the weight in a forward direction. The weight is movable backward against the energizing force of the elastic member and one of the weight and the elastic member is inserted into an inside of the other.

Abstract: The present animal cooling mat apparatus includes a mat shell, at least one coolant sheet, at least one cushioning pad, and at least one foam pad. The coolant sheet is removably located within the mat shell, with the cushioning pad removably located within the mat shell above the at least one coolant sheet and the insulating pad is located within the mat shell below the at least one coolant sheet. The coolant sheet provides a heat sink to rapidly cool an animal, while the cushioning pad facilitates heat transfer and the insulating pad reduces the amount of ambient heat transferred from the environment. Multiple apparatuses may be combined to accommodate larger animals.

Abstract: An aquarium system includes a tank, a motion sensor, and a light source. The motion sensor is adapted to sense motion within a predetermined distance from the tank. The light source has a controllable intensity projecting light into the tank. The intensity varies responsive to motion sensed by the motion sensor. When the motion sensor senses movement, the light is on at 100% intensity. After some period of no-motion, such as about 60 seconds, the lighting slowly dims to around 20% of full brightness. When it senses movement again, the lighting slowly ramps up to 100% intensity.

Abstract: A ceiling vent assembly has a frame that is open at its top and bottom and a pair of louvers pivotably mounted in the frame such that each louver pivots between an open position and a closed position relative to the frame. Each louver has a pivot end, wherein the pivot end is located adjacent to but spaced apart from the pivot end of a second louver of the pair of louvers. The ceiling vent assembly has a sealing mechanism with a flange extending from the pivot end of each louver of the pair of louvers, wherein the flange from the first louver contacts the flange from the second louver in a space between the louvers such that the sealing mechanism reduces the flow of air through the space when the first and second louvers are in either the open or closed positions.

Abstract: A pet treat launching device includes: a launcher assembly and cover assembly. The launcher assembly includes: a housing, trigger, first spring, treat launch member, and second spring. The trigger moves in a housing track between first and second positions, being biased towards the first trigger position by the first spring. The treat launch member is coupled to the housing to slide between a launch position and a release position, and is biased by the second spring towards an open end of the housing, i.e., towards the launch position. The cover assembly, which includes a treat storage member that slidably receives a stacked plurality of pet treats, is configured to slidably couple to the launcher assembly at each of a plurality of different housing coupling positions, to accommodate launch of a corresponding plurality of different treat thicknesses. The trigger selectively engages and disengages with the second spring to accomplish treat launching.

Abstract: Described herein are examples of an animal containment system that includes a cable having a first end connectable with a first vertical structure and a second end connectable with a second vertical structure. A first tensioner attached to the first end of the cable and a second tensioner attached with the second end of the cable. The tensioners are configured to tension the cable between the vertical structures. A slider system configured to translate along the cable, the slider system includes a housing having a front wall, a back wall and a top wall. A first pulley, a second pulley and a third pulley. The first pulley and the second pulley are disposed in an upper portion of the housing. The third pulley may be disposed below the first pulley and the second pulley.

Abstract: A treadmill may include two separate left and right belts rotating around two sets of rollers, four legs having an adjustable height via air suspension to customize an inclination of the treadmill, a thermoelectric assembly, a fragrance assembly having a rotating fragrance cartridge to emit various smells toward a user of the treadmill, a display on which exercise programs are played, and an attachment module having a dispensing tray on which treats are dispensed. A handle of the treadmill may have a sensor to sense a height and front-rear position, and a belt divider provided between the left and right belts may have position or proximity sensors to sense a left-right position. An inclination of the treadmill may be automatically adjusted according to positions detected by the sensors, and the fragrance assembly, attachment module, and inclination may be automatically operated in accordance with an exercise program played on the display.

Also provided herein are methods of removing cage components or cage component mount members from cage bases and cage covers by nesting. Also provided herein, is a detachable animal containment cage component grommet and methods of use thereof.

Abstract: An aquarium includes a container that contains a liquid. A spout includes a first leg that extends along a first axis from an inlet positioned in a bottom portion of the aquarium space to a bend, and a second leg that extends along a second axis from a flow aperture formed adjacent the bend to an outlet. The spout is arranged to direct a portion of the liquid from the inlet to the outlet. A cap is coupled to the spout and is rotatable between a first position and a second position. The cap includes a seal element positioned to form a seal between the cap and the spout, and a flow control member fixedly attached to the cap and sized to completely block the flow aperture when the cap is in the first position and to completely uncover the flow aperture when the cap is in the second position.

Abstract: Provided herein are compositions and methods comprising a fragrance and from about 0.5 weight % to about 5.0 weight % of a granular malodor adsorbent which can be used to eliminate malodor in animal waste. The granular malodor absorbent can be granular molecular sieves or granulated activated carbon and has a pore size from about 0.4 nm to about 2.0 nm and a total surface area from about 100 m2/g to about 1500 m2/g.

Abstract: An illustrated view of a piddle patio for in care and maintenance of a small pet is presented. The piddle patio allows small pet owners the option to take their pets onto condominium, hotel and apartment balconies to comfortably eliminate, thereby avoiding the hassle of walking through a lobby, taking elevators and dealing with security. The piddle patio also allows those who are high-risk for contracting Covid the ability to avoid human contact and remain quarantined while still allowing their pets to go outside and enjoy fresh air in their own mini dog park.

The device could even be clamped to a rail of a wooden deck rather than on a boat. A stem is clamped to the rail using a clamp and several clamp screws. A rod holder with a sizing insert is screwed to a top end of the stem using a rod screw for connecting the holder to the stem. The sizing insert can be inserted into the holder and may be interchangeable depending on the rod to be placed within the holder, from a flag pole to a fishing pole handle to a spotlight pole.

It is provided that the climate control device sucks in air from the container, conditions the sucked-in air by guiding it along a first side of the electrothermal converter, and conveys the conditioned air back into the container.
