  • Patent number: 10832515
Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer readable storage to implement a slot machine (or other game) with a reveal list feature. When the player wants to view the reveal list (e.g., by pressing a button), the next X (e.g., 100) outcomes on the slot machine will be revealed. Thus, as the player plays these next 100 games, the outcomes will be exactly as listed in the reveal screen. Thus, the player will know what the next 100 games will result in. In an embodiment, the outcomes in the reveal list will be applied to a skill meter which can decrease (or in some embodiments also potentially increase) the outcome depending on mechanical skill of the player.

  • Patent number: 10814222
Abstract: A gaming controller is provided. The gaming controller includes a controller; a plurality of input positions; and a plurality of input modules, each input module configured to receive user input to the gaming controller. The plurality of input modules are connected to the controller to form a ring network. Each of the plurality of input modules is connected to the ring network through a different one of the input positions. The controller is configured to initiate a transmission of a data packet around the ring network, and each input module is configured to enter data into a different section of the data packet. Each input module is configured to determine the section of the data packet to enter data into based on one or more of (1) a type of that input module and (2) whether one or more sections of the data packet already include data from one of the input modules.

  • Patent number: 10810843
Abstract: A method and system for a card-based game with simulates a traditional keno game through the use of a specially designed deck of playing cards. The system includes a computer, a scanner, a specialty card shoe, and the specially designed deck of cards. The method includes first shuffling the deck of cards by the specialty card shoe. Next, a card is drawn from the deck of cards and scanned, thus extracting a unique number that is associated with a spot on a traditional Keno card. The unique number is then associated and indicated to a spot on a simulated Keno card by the computer. This process is repeated for twenty iteration to compile winning numbers. The winning numbers are then compared against guessed spots associated with a user account to identify a set of matching spots. A primary payout transaction is managed based on the set of matching spots.

  • Patent number: 10803702
Abstract: A card selection system, for use with an online gaming system, for allowing verifiable, physical selection of cards for players while playing a card game on the online gaming system. A plurality of card identifying balls are provided in a vessel, each ball representing one of the cards of a standard card deck. The balls are sequentially deployed from the vessel into a delivery tube, and are read by a sensor to provide identity data for each ball, so that a corresponding virtual card can be associated with the appropriate player. A video feed of the balls entering the delivery tube is recorded so that any dispute of the randomization of card selection can be verified by replaying the video feed.

  • Patent number: 10717011
Abstract: Redirection of physical media interaction is disclosed. For instance, a read action can be redirected from an optical disc to a secure virtualization module that virtualizes optical discs. The module can take digital packages in one format and present them to optical disc drivers configured to read the content of such packages in a different format. Thus, the module allows for online media content to remain in its native format while being accessible to existing native gaming console resources configured to read content in a different format. In other aspects, the module can perform various security checks on the packages, including hashing the fragments of packages, where such fragments can contain licensing provisions that can be examined by the module. The module itself can be downloaded and installed onto a gaming system or it can be pre-installed.
