Abstract: A hand operable inhalator for dispensing a powdery substance, in particular a pharmaceutical substance, with a supply chamber, a discharge channel and a dosing chamber, wherein the discharge channel protrudes into the supply chamber, and the dosing chamber and discharge channel can be moved relative to each other. In order to indicate an inhalator for dispensing a powdery substance that makes the dosing chamber advantageously fillable, the discharge channel can be rotated around a rotational axis, and that the dosing chamber can be filled while the discharge channel rotates. The inhalator can have a dosing chamber that can be moved from a closed into an open state and vice versa. The inhalator can have a discharge channel that incorporates a turbulence means, which has a helically running wall and is to carry a flow while discharging air provided with the substance.

Abstract: A nebulizer and a container with a fluid for such a nebulizer are described, the container comprising an indicator device fixedly mounted on the bottom of the container, the indicator device stopping further use of the container in a locked state when a predetermined number of uses has been reached or exceeded, and when the nebulizer is partially opened, it is blocked against further use, and after replacement of the container including the indicator device, the nebulizer can be used again.

Abstract: A device for inhaling powdery substances, in particular of a medical nature, contained in capsules, can be brought into an emptying position via a receptacle that can be moved in a flat housing, in which position the capsule wall can be pierced via movable needles for the purpose of sucking out the capsule content through a mouthpiece channel, which extends in axial extension of the capsule chamber. The receptacle is designed as a part of the narrow lateral wall of the flat housing that can be pivoted out to a limited extent about an axis and a partial region of the narrow lateral wall plane is designed as a spring-loaded push-button for the needle bearings, in such a way that the partial region moves back to the plane of the narrow lateral wall at a maximum.

Abstract: A device outputs portioned medications (M) from individual chambers of a strip arranged one behind the other. The strip includes a base strip and a closure strip and the raised chambers of the strip can be opened by pressing a handle by sharp-edged deflection of the closure strip. In order to simplify the design and for safe operation, a chamber elevation directed toward the mouthpiece opening blocks the actuation of the handle using a blocking element, in which position a chamber arranged in front that has already been freed from the closure strip lies above a fall-through opening, which opening is closed using a flap that can be moved into the opening position by the suction air flow.

Abstract: A metering device activated by a user induced airstream for an inhalation of a medicinal substance. The device includes: a closure cap; a piston; a mouthpiece; and an annular chamber disposed upstream of the mouthpiece. A storage chamber stores the substance which can be moved out of the storage chamber when the closure cap is removed. A metering rod for removing the medicinal substance out of the storage chamber into an emptying-standby position. In the emptying-standby position, the metering chamber is closed by the piston. The piston is displaceable by airstream into an emptying-release position. In the emptying-release position, a metering chamber is released and the substance removed by the suction airstream. The metering device includes an outer cylinder which accommodates an inner cylinder.

Abstract: The invention relates to a handset (1) for delivering a pharmaceutical substance, with a housing (2) that exhibits a mouthpiece (8), wherein the mouthpiece (8) can be sealed with a cap (9), and the cap (9) is attached to the housing (2) by means of a spring (16), and can be swiveled around a swivel axis (x) to release the mouthpiece (8). In order to further improve a handset of the kind in question, in particular as relates to attaching the cap to the handset, it is proposed that the spring (16) have an angled progression in a top view, in which the swivel axis (x) is imaged as a line.

The counter wheel has readable characters and is designed in a cylindrical manner and with a central axis, and has a drive part which is designed to rotate the counter wheel, the counter wheel being provided with an engagement toothing via which the drive part acts on the counter wheel so as to rotate same, the drive part having a rotational axis.

The indicator device is fixedly mounted from the bottom of the container and comprises a piercing element for opening an aeration of the container. The indicator device and its piercing part are preferably actuated by axial movement of the indicator device and container within the nebulizer.

In order to disclose a syringe cap for a medical syringe, wherein a first use can be advantageously determined and handling is simple, according to the invention an indicator element is displaced into a display setting and the display element (6) can be removed from the syringe (28) together with the cap parts (2, 3) of the syringe cap (1).

Abstract: An inhaler for powdery, in particular medical, substances is formed with a suction air channel, which leads to a mouthpiece. The inhaler also has a storage chamber for storing the substance and a linearly moving dosing chamber for apportioning a specified amount of substance from the storage chamber to a transfer point to the suction air flow. The aim of the invention is to obtain a structurally simple solution that makes it possible to eliminate adding an external air flow. To this end, a component of the suction air flow, which is located in the direction of extension of the dosing chamber, empties the dosing chamber.

Abstract: The invention relates to a dosing device for inhaling a powdery substance, particularly of a medical nature, which is arranged in a storage chamber above a trailing bottom and can be brought from said storage chamber into an evacuation readiness position, and having a display (A) associated with the actual filling level in the area of the device wall. In order to further develop a dosing device of the type in question particularly with regard to an improved display in an advantageous manner, it is proposed that the display (A) be composed of a strip tape carried along by the bottom and deflected by 180°, wherein the deflection area of the strip tape lies behind the transparent device wall.
