Abstract: A content server generates an ad review display that allows users to review previously-presented ads. The content server provides a stream of media content to a client device for presentation to a user of the client device, and generates an ordered list comprising ad tiles corresponding to ads presented to the user with the stream of media content. The content server generates an ad review display based on the ordered list. The ad review display comprises one or more ad tiles organized along a first axis of the ad review display according to their position in the ordered list. The content server sends the ad review display to the client device for presentation to the user. Responsive to receiving a request to replay a previously-presented ad from the client device, the content server inserts the ad into the stream of media content being provided to the client device.

Abstract: The present invention provides methods and compositions for reducing lactate production and increasing polypeptide production in cultured cells. In one aspect, the invention provides a method comprising culturing cells expressing a) a small interfering RNA (siRNA) specific for a lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and b) an siRNA specific for a pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase (PDHK). In another aspect, the invention provides cultured cells or vectors comprising an siRNA specific for a LDH and an siRNA specific for a PDHK.

Abstract: A system, method, and apparatus for determining energy savings are provided. The method may include repeatedly measuring energy usage of a load, determining that a demand response load control event exists, modifying the cycle of operation based at least in part on determining that a demand response load control event exists, and determining an energy savings based on comparing the measured energy usage of the load with an energy usage statistic. The determining that the demand response load control event exists may include receiving a demand response load control notification. The modifying the cycle of operation may include reducing a power draw of the load.

By providing a unique identifier of a cellular customer, a wireless device may be automatically paired to a residential wireless network. A central database, for example, may store networking credentials associated with residential wireless networks. When the cellular customer purchases the wireless device, a server may query the central database for a cellular telephone number associated with the cellular customer. The server may thus retrieve the networking credentials that are associated with the cellular telephone number.

Abstract: A bead design allows the bead to be removably attached to a rail, allowing the bead to slide along the rail without coming off. The rail can be part of a bracket system to hang the rail in various desired locations. The beads can be made in various shapes and sizes, or with various textual indicators, to provide a user with a memory aid. A user can, for example, have a bead for each medicine dose they are required to take. A user can slide the bead to one side when the medicine is taken. Each bead can include an indicator, for example, 6 am, 2 pm, 10 pm that indicates a medicine to be taken 3 times a day. The beads can be used for other reminders and can be designed accordingly. A software application can be designed to mimic the bead and rail system.
