Abstract: The present invention comprises a system and method for dynamically scheduling patient medical facility appointments. The present invention is capable of contacting patients to ensure that each patient will be present for the appointment and is capable of dynamically adjusting the schedule in the event the patient plans to be late or plans to cancel the appointment. The present invention is also capable of contacting patients to reschedule appointments in the event that their medical service provider unexpectedly becomes unavailable. The system's scheduling method has the effect of increasing medical facility efficiency and standardizing medical facility wait time for the patients and thereby increasing profitability and increasing patient convenience.

Abstract: A system for identifying audio data is provided. The system includes a transform system receiving left channel audio data and right channel audio data and generating a plurality of frequency bins of left channel magnitude data, left channel phase data, right channel magnitude data and right channel phase data. A watermarking system receives watermarking data and modifies predetermined frequency bins of the left channel phase data and the right channel phase data to encode the watermarking data. A magnitude system receives the left channel magnitude data and the right channel magnitude data and increases the left channel magnitude data and the right channel magnitude data for one or more of the predetermined frequency bins to a threshold level if the left channel magnitude data and the right channel magnitude data for the corresponding frequency bin is less than the threshold level.

Abstract: A rotary die apparatus and method for determining a registration error of a pattern applied to a strip of material by a rotary die. The rotary die apparatus may comprise the rotary die and a control system which senses signals from a sensor and a rotary encoder to determine an actual position of the rotary die when a fiducial on the strip of material is sensed. The control system may calculate the registration error by comparing the actual position with a registration target corresponding to a pattern length. The pattern length may correspond to the number of encoder pulses output per revolution of the rotary die divided by the number of patterns spaced apart around the circumference of the rotary die. An encoder count used to determine the actual position of the rotary die may reset each time it reaches the pattern length.

Abstract: A real-time sourcing system is described herein that matches consumers with service requests to providers that perform the requested services. In addition, the system automates communication between consumers and providers. The real-time sourcing system provides automated and integrated end-to-end management of a transaction. The system receives a request from a consumer that describes a particular service needed by the consumer, and sends notifications to registered providers based on the requested service. The system receives an offer from one or more notified providers that indicates terms under which the provider would perform the requested service, and sends offers that match the consumer's criteria to the consumer for evaluation. The system receives an acceptance of an offer from the consumer. Thus, the real-time sourcing system reduces the time involved with finding providers to perform services, and provides consumers with more relevant selections of providers to perform services.
