    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for authenticating users. An exemplary method includes receiving, by a directory server (DS), an authentication request for a transaction to an account where the request includes a token and a cryptogram, and transmitting the token and cryptogram to a digital service server (DSS). The method also includes mapping, by the DSS, the token to an account number for the account, validating the cryptogram, generating a directory server nonce (DSN) for the request, and transmitting the DSN and the account number to the DS. The method further includes transmitting, by the DS, the DSN and the account number to an access control server (ACS) associated with an issuer of the account and, in response to an issuer authentication value (IAV), compiling an accountholder authentication value (AAV) including the IAV, the DSN and an amount of the transaction and transmitting the AAV to a merchant or server.

A filter element separate from the catch tray is disposed within the second void space. The housing may include a cap portion defining the first void space, and a shell portion coupled to the cap portion and defining the second void space. The cassette may be simultaneously operable in a tissue collection mode in which fluid is suctioned across the catch tray to collect the tissue sample, and a bypass mode in which the fluid is not suctioned across the catch tray.

The device frame also includes a seating surface. The flexible membrane is attached to the frame attachment region such that the device frame and the flexible membrane enclose a pressure chamber. The seating surface extends outward around the flexible membrane and the flexible membrane protrudes above the seating surface. The pressure sensor is configured to generate a pressure signal. The device electronics are configured to determine the pressure in the pressure chamber based on the pressure signal.

    Abstract: A reaction pathfinder system can leverage historical chemical reaction data and determine a synthesis route in a reaction network. The reaction pathfinder system can account for various performance criteria of chemical reactions such as a highest yield for a molecule or a minimal number of reaction steps. A reaction pathfinder system receives a user request for a synthesis route including one of a user-specified molecule or a user-specified reaction. The reaction pathfinder system may then query a reaction network that has various synthesis routes and represents reactions of reactants to produce respective molecules. The reaction network may be composed of molecule nodes and reaction nodes. The reaction pathfinder system determines, using the reaction network, the synthesis route from the synthesis routes to fulfill the user's request.
