  • Patent number: 11513024
Abstract: Apparatus and methods for determining operational health of a pump. An example method may include commencing operation of a processing device to monitor operational health of a pump for pumping a fluid at a wellsite, wherein the pump may be a reciprocating pump. During pumping operations of the pump, the processing device may receive pressure measurements of the fluid at a fluid inlet manifold and/or a fluid outlet manifold of the pump, receive position measurements of fluid displacing members of the pump, detect irregular pressure measurements based on the received pressure measurements, determine operational phase of the pump based on the received position measurements, and determine which of fluid inlet and outlet valves of the pump is leaking based on operational phase during which the irregular pressure measurements are detected.

  • Publication number: 20220143202
Abstract: The invention features compounds (e.g., macrocyclic compounds) capable of modulating biological processes, for example through binding to a presenter protein (e.g., a member of the FKBP family, a member of the cyclophilin family, or PIN1) and a target protein (e.g., a eukaryotic target protein such as a mammalian target protein or a fungal target protein or a prokaryotic target protein such as a bacterial target protein). These compounds bind endogenous intracellular presenter proteins, such as the FKBPs or cyclophilins, and the resulting binary complexes selectively bind and modulate the activity of intracellular target proteins. Formation of a tripartite complex among the presenter protein, the compound, and the target protein is driven by both protein-compound and protein-protein interactions, and both are required for modulation of the targeted protein's activity.

  • Patent number: 11144874
Abstract: A product returns processing system may include mobile devices communicating respective purchase transaction receipts for respective products. The system may also include a returns processing server including a processor and a memory. The memory may store the purchase transaction receipts, for each product, a product return rule, a product availability status, and a disposition, and for each user, a return mode preference. The processor may determine a return expiration for each product based upon a respective product return rule, send a notice to each mobile device based upon a respective return window expiration, and receive a return request. The processor may, when the request is received before a return expiration, determine a product availability and condition, determine a return address based upon the disposition and at least one of the product availability and condition, and generate a label with the return address and based upon the return mode preference.

  • Patent number: 10938302
Abstract: A power system comprises a converter including an inductor core defining a gap, and a separator spanning the gap and contacting the core. The power system also includes a controller programmed to, responsive to a decrease in current ripple amplitude output by the converter to less than a first threshold, decrease power supplied by the converter. The first threshold is indicative of an inductance change through the core due to a temperature driven decrease in size of the separator.
