  • Publication number: 20190130955
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for operating a ferroelectric memory cell or cells are described. A ground reference scheme may be employed in a digit line voltage sensing operation. A positive voltage may be applied to a memory cell; and after a voltage of the digit line of the cell has reached a threshold, a negative voltage may be applied to cause the digit line voltages to center around ground before a read operation. In another example, a first voltage may be applied to a memory cell and then a second voltage that is equal to an inverse of the first voltage may be applied to a reference capacitor that is in electronic communication with a digit line of the memory cell to cause the digit line voltages to center around ground before a read operation.

  • Patent number: 10274315
Abstract: A vehicle wheel alignment rack is described herein that includes at least one laser and a target. The laser is removably coupled to a wheel of a vehicle. The target corresponds to the laser and is disposed at an opposite end of the vehicle from the laser. The target is directly and removably coupled to a frame of the vehicle such that the target is aligned with the frame at a known angle. The wheel is aligned to the frame by comparing the known angle to an expected and actual position on the target where a beam of light from the laser strikes the target. Some embodiments of the claimed invention include at least a second laser and a second target similarly disposed. Various means of coupling the target or targets to the frame are also disclosed herein.

  • Publication number: 20190095263
Abstract: Computer system drift can occur when a computer system or a cluster of computer systems deviates from ideal and/or desired behavior. In a server farm, for example, many different machines may be identically configured to work in conjunction with each other to provide an electronic service (serving web pages, processing electronic payment transactions, etc.). Over time, however, one or more of these systems may drift from previous behavior. Early drift detection can be important, especially in large enterprises, to avoiding costly downtime. Changes in a computer's configuration files, network connections, and/or executable processes can indicate ongoing drift, but collecting this information at scale can be difficult. By using certain hashing and min-Hash techniques, however, drift detection can be streamlined and accomplished for large scale operations. Velocity of drift may also be tracked using a decay function.

  • Publication number: 20190088081
Abstract: A server system includes a processor configured to receive a first signal from a communication device in response to the communication device entering at least one of an immediate zone, a near zone, or a far zone. The immediate zone may be defined around a first beacon, the near zone may be defined around the immediate zone, and the far zone may be defined around the near zone. The processor may be configured to determine a first zone associated with the communication device, such as one of the immediate zone, the near zone, or the far zone. The processor may be configured to determine a first state of the communication device based on a movement of the communication device relative to the first beacon, such as one of an incoming state, an outgoing state, or an idle state. The processor may transmit a message to the communication device based on the first zone and the first state.

  • Publication number: 20190034579
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products that enable system-wide probabilistic forecasting, alerting, optimizing and activating resources in the delivery of care to address both immediate (near real-time) conditions as well as probabilistic forecasted operational states of the system over an interval that is selectable from the current time to minutes, hours and coming days or weeks ahead are provided. There are multiple probabilistic future states that are implemented in these different time intervals and these may be implemented concurrently for an instant in time control, near term, and long term. Those forecasts along with their optimized control of hospital capacity may be independently calculated and optimized, such as for a dynamic workflow direction over the next hour and also a patient's stay over a period of days.
