Abstract: Cordless earphones include first earphone and second earphones connected together by means of wires, an FM (frequency modulation) receiver inside the first earphone, a Bluetooth module inside the first earphone, a chief switch button and a microphone on the first earphone, a power input terminal and a switching button on the second earphone; the chief switch button is used for turning on/off the earphones; the microphone will serve as a sound input source when a cellular phone having Bluetooth function is used with the earphones; the switching button is used for switching the earphones between an FM mode and a Bluetooth mode; thus, a wearer of the cordless earphones is allowed to listen to MP3 music files stored in an electronic device in a wireless manner, and is allowed to make a phone call with a cellular phone having Bluetooth function in a hand-free manner.

Abstract: A multimedia wireless transmitting and receiving device includes a main device body, and a base member connected to both the main device body and a car cigarette lighter socket; the main device body has an FM transmitter for transmitting FM signals receivable by a radio of the car; the main device body has a Bluetooth module for performing transference of audio and digital data between the Bluetooth module and a cellular phone; the main device body has a microphone serving as a sound input source; the base member has a plug for connection with the car cigarette lighter socket to obtain power supply; the base member has several connection cavities, which are each used for connection with a respective transfer wire of electronic devices so as to transfer digitized music files stored in the electronic devices to the main device body and to charge the electronic devices.

Abstract: A multimedia video and audio playing device includes a main part, a wireless receiver, and a connecting member; the main part has a built-in wireless transmission module, and a holding room thereon, in which the connecting member is received in a separable manner; the connecting member has a holding space thereon, on which a multimedia playing appliance is fitted; the main part allows various connecting members to be connected thereto, which connecting members are provided for holding various playing appliances with different dimensions and different functions; various sockets for image transfer and various transfer wires are provided on the main part for allowing the multimedia video and audio playing device to be used with various playing devices.

Abstract: A packaging process for improving effective chip-bonding area is disclosed in the present invention. An A-stage liquid paste is formed on a substrate and partially cured to become a B-stage film layer. The B-stage film layer is maintained without fully cured passing through a chip-attaching step and an electrically connecting step. During the molding step, the packing pressure for the molding compound (1000 psi˜1500 psi) is larger than the chip attaching pressure for enabling the B-stage film layer to be closely compressed in order to improve effective chip-bonding area. The B-stage film layer and the molding compound are cured simultaneous in the molding step.

Abstract: A wafer treating method for making adhesive dies is provided. A liquid adhesive with two-stage property is coated on a surface of a wafer. Then, the wafer is pre-cured to make the liquid adhesive transform a thermo-bonding adhesive film having B-stage property which has a glass transition temperature not less than 40° C. for handling without adhesive under room temperature. After positioning the wafer, the wafer is singulated to form a plurality of dies with adhesive for die-to-die stacking, die-to-substrate or die-to-leadframe attaching.
